HiI want to send Email and SMS over http in Adobe Campaign. Beacuse the Email and SMS vendor in our place only support HTTP and the API is private.Is there a way to to do that?What I think is as follow( but it will failed and the JavaScript of Connector was not called):(1) create a new "External Account" with the next general configuration           Type:  Routing          Channel: Email          Delivery mode: External(2) Write a JavaScrpt Connector and set it to the "Connector" of the my "External Account" best regards.

Hi guys,I have been tasked by my senior to find a few column name within a Database that I can't have an access to via mySQL but connected to campaign.From my understanding, there is a schema called "Data Schema" that contains all schemas inside campaign which means it contains all the table that exist within the database. Problem is, how do I configure list that "data schema" so that it gives me the full XML information that each schema have, and from there I can do advance filter and find if the column name exist or not.Hope my question is clear.Regards,Felix

Hi All,Just wondering if any of you have the solution on how can we target people that have been segmented in Adobe Analytics inside Adobe Campaign's workflow.The first options that we tried is using Genesys connector inside both Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics but it seems like its a dead end since we can not seem to get any of the segmented user's data flowing to our workflow.Our second option that we are currently investigating is using what the documentation referring to as the "People Core Services", just wondering if anybody knows how this works and would this help me achieving what I'm trying to do?Regards,Felix

Hey guys!New to the forum, and also to Adobe Campaign I'm more of a "CRM-person", and used to working with Salesforce and Dynamics CRM. When it comes to MA-tools I have some knowledge about Campaign monitor, Mailchimp, Apsis, Hubspot and Marketo. (And oh, I'm on the IT-side of things if that makes any difference)Anyway - we're thinking about upgrading from Neolane 6.1 to Adobe Campaign, and I am wondering if someone could give me some advice? In my workflow I am populating an instance variable with the last run date:instance.vars.last_run_date = new Date()Each time this workflow runs it populates the variable.  My question is - how do I use this variable in a query node target selection - I want to only pull back records where the expression modification date > instance.vars.last_run_date is true.I cannot find examples of how to do this. Hi Team,We often come across scenarios wherein workflows are getting in error state with the log 'no free disk space available'. After checking the database usage of the workflows we came to know that the workflows were not cleaned up (i.e their temp tables were not dropped and which was occupying unnecessary database space).After looking into the workflows we came to know that, scheduled workflows terminated with end activity didn't appeared in the database usage list while others with no end activity had used the database space.Please let me know whether adding end activity to the workflows will solve the 'no free disk space issue', or do we need to optimize the workflow design as well. Currently the ACM v6.1 documentation does not give much in depth detail on end activity, it will be very helpful if you can give more insights on the same.with regards,Richa Chaubey

I have done some modifications in  DEV on an existing Schema and the changes are quite big ,  so I want to import the same into STG.While I am importing the  if the MD5 id gets changed in STG will that cause any problem ? Hi,I'm trying to add a column to each report showing how many people have unsubscribed. Ideally it should be on the same report so it is next to the delivery template and we can see how many people are unsubscribing from each specific email. I have managed to place the unsubscribed column but I am struggling to come up with a way to add the total number of unsubscribed in there (at the minute I can only see are just the number of clicks).The only way I could think to do this was by using the tracking logs and specifying 'Email click'. However, I cannot filter the email click to be for only our unsubscribe link (as shown below). Is anyone able to offer some advice for doing this? Perhaps an alternative approach is needed!Any response is much appreciated.Thanks,Rob

Is there a way of a existing step in AC6 that allows concurrency to be built in a Technical Workflow(TW) in AC6 ? Scenario -  There is a TW built in AC6 that is shared between different marketing divisions. When a marketeers starts a TW, the workflow will be able to execute ONLY if no instance of the same TW is currently running. And, in case this TW is running already, then put the new request in a queue to be execute AFTER the current TW processing completes AND in First-Come-First-Serve basis. P.S - I understand that we can have a copy for each marketing divisions AND a organizational process can potentially solve the issue, but I need a technical solution, hopefully. Hi,I have a query on the temporary workflow tables that are created each time a technical workflow(TW) is run in AC6. Does AC6 create a NEW  instance of the workflow table for the same TW when it is run again or does it overwrite or append the entries in same workflow table in each run ?-- My concern is coming from the point when I execute a TW, I update a column value ( or a flag) from unprocessed to processing. If the same workflow is stopped in between for an error or any other reason, when time comes to re-run the TW, would it have capability to identify dirty rows or do I need to build it custom./RegardsKanwal

Hi Team, Can we have the delivery summary for the deliveries which are sent in waves. As in suppose if i marked the delivery which is have the target of about 400k as to be sent in waves -> 20% each day in 5 waves. Hi there, im trying to define a schema attribute with a default value. I updated my input form to show this new attribute.The attribute is shown but is blank, the default value did not take into account. This is my attribute tag setting:--FIRST TRY---- <attribute default="50" desc="" label="Offer Validity Days" name="offerValidityDays" type="long"/>--SECOND TRY----<attribute default="1" label="Offer Validity Days 1" name="offerValidityDaysNew"  type="string"/>None of them seems to work. Any advice?

Hi thereCan I ask what implications does it have when you are NOT sending deliveries from the standard recipient table, but instead from a table that is 1:1 linked to the nms:recipient table?Any particular impact on reporting or anything else that needs to be taken into account? Hi,I was trying to delete file created by Export activity in Adobe Campaign.But it's not getting deleted. I tried setting up the permission but it's showing permission denied.Initially The directory wasn't there on SFTP,  it got created dynamically by Export Activity when I typed directory & now the folder is not getting deleted.what can be the issue ?Thanks
