Campaign Standard

Hi guys, I am trying to link up all declared Ids with all the known Adobe Ids especially MCID between our Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager and Adobe Analytics integrations. I want to get all of this data back to our corporate data warehouse.  We already have all declared Ids and UUIDs from audience manager extracts, plus all declared Ids and MCIDs (sourced from trackingLogRcp) from Adobe Campaign extracts.   I am thinking of just now extracting all UUIDs, declared Ids and MCIDs by setting up Adobe Analytics data warehouse extracts. Has any one else done this to obtain, link, etc all this data in their corporate data warehouse to better understand their customers, report end to end, attribution, match with other 1st,2nd,3rd party data and any other tips or recommendations?Cheers, David

Hey, i'm trying to do one of the GET example from this doc: Adobe Campaign Standard APIbut everytime I try to do it, I get the error {"error_code":"403003","message":"Api Key is invalid"}The problem is I know my API key is good because I use it to get my JWT token and I get it from my AdobeIO.From this discusion: Re: "JWT token is incorrectly formatted" error when trying to get an AdobeIO API access token I think the problem comes from my organization name(tenantID). The staff member suggest to get it from the marketing cloud URL but we are not using the marketing cloud...My guess is my organization name is the one from my admin console but it does not seem to work. Hello,Is there an updated documentation of Javascript API for Adobe Campaign v7.0 ? I still have the JSAPI of Sep 2014 (ac_jsapi_en.chm), for AC version 6.1, that I have been told by Adobe Campaign support that is the only one version also for v6.1.1).But I guess it should exist an update for AC v7.0 ? Hi,We developed a j2EE demo web app and implemented Adobe Analytics on that, got it working. Then we implemented the message centre functionality for transactional messaging. Checked it with sign up event based welcome email delivery. It worked and we are getting the email once the user registers on the website.Now we have shifted to a WordPress website for demo purpose. I wanted to ask if any one has any reference doc or any idea about how we can implement message centre functionality in a wordpress website.RegardsSenthil

While loading a file with records, I noticed 11 records got removed after the file got loaded. I want to understand what was wrong with those 11 records that such records got removed.Below is the journal log. It says too many columns. I am unable to understand why only 11 records got removed. Hello Community,I'm happy that I found you! I have a problem with the adobe campaign applicationserver 6.1.1On Server Manager -> Configuration -> services is the serves listed. The problem is when I start it it shuts down again after about 1 minute.After some research I went into the console directed to the directory of the nlserver. exe and executed some commands.I found out that the is missing. After that I tried to start the watchdog. But he shuts down.It's trying to start a childtask.. and waiting becaus childtask is already running.... I got the PID of the task and killed it. But still the same. It looked like the task got reinitated instantly. Howeder I cannot name the task because I cannot found it. Guess because it's a childtask.After that I found out that in the service options of the server Manager-Configuration-services that behind the serves is also the starting of this command:nlserver watchdog -svc -noconsoleWatchdog again.So my conclusion is that I cannot start it

Hi,We sometimes use Lists in Adobe Campaign in order group recipients with specific parameters instead of using database field.Currently we have several lists (in some cases a specific recipient can be in more then one list)Is there a way to query a set of lists in the same folder from a workflow to get all the recipients from those lists?Alternatively is there a way to filter from a workflow recipients that exist in one or more of those lists?Thanks,Sagi

Hello,A question about the API support in ACS. I have two use cases, both of which have been implemented in v6 but I need a little more understanding as to how this would/would not work in ACS.1. A segment is created in ACS and pushed via the REST API to an external data base (this exported segment is ultimately used by another tool to push messages to the recipients) 2. An external application calls ACS REST API every 15 minutes in order to update the marketing database, both standard tables such as the recipient are updated as well as custom tables. This 15 minute update happens 24x7. Any limitations on the API use case and/or the frequency of calling. thanks for any help.

Hello,Is message center deployed in ACS? We use message center for our triggered deliveries. An external system made a REST API call to Adobe to deliver the message.We send a LOT of triggered messages so this is pretty important to us.Any help or advise from the community with regards to message center in ACS would be fantastic.Thanks.

Hello,I'm using v6 and have developed a number of content management templates. Has Email management in ACS improved? Things i'm looking for...1. Ability to import HTML from an agency2. Ability to use pre-defined templates in ACS (how are these templates created?) - I do not need/want to migrate my existing content templates to ACS3. Ability to integrate with a Digital Asset Manager when creating email content. I.e when i'm populating a pre-defined template I want to bring in assets from a digital Asset Manager. Is Adobe Assets fully integrated with ACS? What about integration with other Digital Asset Managers? 4. Of course everything has to be responsive.5. Personalization rules. I need the ability to set Personalization rules when developing email content, with 'point and click' allowing me to use any data in the Adobe Campaign database, recipient and transactional. Hello,I'm looking for some classification in the ACS architecture. I mentioned in a previous post that we are looking to move from V6 to ACS. Is ACS a true SaaS implementation of Adobe Campaign? What I means is ACS a true multi tenant solution, so when there is an upgrade all customers get the upgrade at the same time (like Salesforce), the database is shared by all tenants? etc?Is is there flexibility in the deployment mode? For example could I deploy on my own private cloud (AWS) or on prem in our own data center?Some people gave told me that on prem is possible, some have said it is a true SaaS solution and some have told me that I can deploy on my own private cloud. Thanks for any advice.

Hi all,Following from another upgrade related question I posted. Just looking for clarification here. We are using v6 and looking at upgrades. Can anyone confirm that the following is true.1. The upgrade from v6 to v7 is partially automated using the upgrade wizard2. The upgrade from v6 to ACS is in effect a new implementation3. In order to migrate from v6 to ACS the customer does not have to goto v7 as an intermediate step.Correct?thanks for your help... again.

Hello there,Another question from me. So thanks for your help.We are looking at DMPs and are evaluating Adobe Target. So how does Adobe Target work with ACS? Is it possible to create a segment in Adobe Target and push it directly to ACS and use it as a target for a campaign? The use case is simple, I ask the DMP team for a particular target (the targeting in the DMP will have richer data than ACS but the recipient IDs are the same) once created I then see the segment in ACS and I use it as a target for an email campaign. I'm really interested in what can be done out of the box.Thanks a lot for any advice.

Hi there,My new employer is using v6 and is looking at moving to ACS. I've used Adobe Campaign in the past but I have no exp with ACS. I'm tasked with looking in to the migration process to get to ACS. As far as I can see it is first required to migrate from v6 to v7 then to ACS. We are on prem and we will probably stay on prem for the forseeable future. So a few questions I hope someone can help me with.1. Is the migration path above correct? If so what is the effort to move from v7 to ACS. I have a pretty good idea of the v6 to v7 migration already (i've done it in the past) but not to ACS2. Can ACS be used on prem? what about our private cloud? 3. I am aware that the only OS / RDBMS supported today is Debian 7/8 (64bit) for the application service and PostgreSQL 9.3 for the marketing database. Is that still the case? 4. Hi there,I'm working on a project brief where the requirement is to create a campaign targeted to members of an organisation. It's two-fold, meaning that the url of the campaign site can be referenced in the email and in the actual website. By going through the Adobe Campaign doc, I know that the 1st action, which is referencing in email, can be done using the personalised sites concept. However, this concept only takes account of personalised URL where the guestID is appended to the URL. My question is if I want to reference the campaign microsite URL in the intranet, where the users profile is stored in Adobe Campaign, how can it be handled.I have got another question on this context. While choosing the template for creating the microsite, is there any option to choose a template in AEM, and construct the site's pages using the AEM OOTB components.   Please let me know your thoughts on this.
