Hi All,Can anyone let me know how we can do the proofing for  DM Deliveries?   I am not able to enter the  seed  address  or the substitution address in the Target of Proofs. If I add the seed address in the seed  address tab I am getting the below error in deliveryThe delivery has failedXSV-350122 An error occurred and the process has been stopped. XML-110018 Error while parsing XML string '' (1:1) : Invalid document structure SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'Prepare' of service 'nms:delivery'. Also Can Any one tell me the difference of Target of Proofs and The Seed Address that we see on the delivery - > To option

Hello,I want to understand the steps which takes place when emails are send in a hybrid model(mid-sourcing). Detailed steps something like1. wfserver process takes place at application server (at client network).2. steps which takes place at mid sourcing server (at Adobe server)3..4..Also, how broadlog table and tracking log table are updated by the mid sourcing technical workflow.and this causes delay in updating correct status of the email delivery.

Hi allWe have the requirement to add a CC/BCC recipient to a delivery in case the TO recipient has a linked relationship manager. We have already tried to include the CC/BCC in the SMTP headers but our email gateway does not execute this parameters. However, the email received in outlook looks like it has also been sent as CC. The only solution we can think of is to send the CC/BCC recipient(s) also in the RCPT TO field in the envelope to the email gateway but this is part of the Adobe Campaign core code which as far as we understand cannot be modified.Does anyone have an idea how we could fulfill such a CC/BCC requirement? We are using Adobe Campaign v6.1 (Neolane).Appreciate all your proposals and hints!Thanks and kind regardsDaniel

Hi, I have a triggered delivery that I am trying to test. When sending the proof - the analysis hangs with estimated time left of 4+ hours. There aren't more images than normal, and I have no problem sending proofs for other emails.. Any help greatly appreciated Thank you Lorna

I can't seem to find how to set the default time zone in Campaign Standard or view where that is set.  Can anyone point me to the that or the documentation on it.

Hello,I am new to Adobe Campaign and am trying to do a PoC. I tried to upload some new user data like "first name", "last name", "age", "email", etc. from a csv file to Recipients table using "Data Loading (file)" and "Update Data" workflow activities. The workflow result log shows that the update us successfully done, but, I am not able to view it in Recipients (Profiles and Targets -> Recipients). How to view the updated data? Please help me in this regard.

When I load content into a personalization block, images are not loading. Shouldn't they load like they do when creating an email delivery?

We have a hosted adobe campaign instance and we will like to export data from this instance to our data ware house hosted remotely (Azure SQL can be an option). In an ideal situation direct access to the database will be most beneficial since then we can use SSIS to periodically download the data into our own database. I believe this does not seems to be a possibility.I have been looking into the FDA provided by AC mentioned in detail hereAccessing an external database (FDA) I wonder if this is possible to connect to an external (remotely hosted) database to export the data directly into the data ware house. The article also mentions "HTTP relay to a remote instance" which I think will enable to connect to another Adobe Campaign Instance not a database. Has any of you had any experience in these cases?
