HiI create a test delivery and send message to some contact. But after  sent, I found there was a address not deliveried.It was ignored and the description is the follow: Address in quarantine during analysis. I want to remove the address from the quarantine. Would you like to  tell me where can I find the "Address in quarantine" in Adobe Campaign, and how can I move the address out. Best regards

I have 15 ish files that I need to use to update customer data in order. Example:File1.txt - this is the file that was needed to be uploaded 15 days ago. File15.txt - this is the latest file in our ftp to needs to be uploaded last.These files do have timestamp in the file name. PROFILE-202310200700.txt File Transfer Activity shows all files but when it gets to load file it only loads that latest file. So I want to delete the file that gets used to update customer dat and when the workflow loops it loads the next file.  Am I just not seeing how to do this or is this just impossible and I need to manually upload the files? I have quite a bit and it's going to take a long time due to the workflow we use to update data, it takes 15 to 30 minutes to finish.  Thanks for the help!    

I am trying to report on what time people are opening across all recurring deliveries in a specific campaign. I can't find a way to aggregate the data to hourly without date, I can only find a breakdown that shows by date and hour. Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Hello all,I wanted to double check my understanding of Organizational Units in relation to Landing Pages is correct in ACS. In case the attached Org Unit sample image doesn't display, let's say under All - exists child units NA and EMEA.  Children units of NA are US and CA.  Children units of EMEA are UK and GR. A profile and the landing page must belong to the same org unit in order for that profile to take action (i.e. subscribe to a service) on that landing page, correct?Ex: CA profile cannot subscribe to a service on a US landing page.  They would be directed to the error page upon submission.Client has multiple users set up in different orgs where some users want no outside access to their profiles/data.  But other users would like the ability to promote services across the various orgs.Is there any workaround for this?  My thoughts so far would be selecting US/CA users and inserting those profiles into the NA unit (if it's even possible to creat

Hi - I have been using ACS for about 18 months now and most campaigns are manually created.  We have some trigger based campaigns but the content is the same for all recipients. I'm now looking at sending content emails to our subscribers but include more of what they are interested in, based on their interactions with our website.  For example, if I know someone likes articles about Bridges because they have read X articles about this topic in the last month, then I want to include at least one Bridge article in the content email I send them. Is this possible and if so where do I start. Thanks.  Steven

Hi,when we use Adobe campaign we sometimes use the right hand side to add a link which adds another bit of code: target="_blank" data-id="al1547575278605758054" data-nl-type="externalLink" data-nl-lnkep-perso-attr-hrefhowever, when adding in the link in the code it doesn't do that. Can someone pleas explain the difference between just hred="#" and the below that Adobe adds when adding the link on the right hand side VS in the htmltarget="_blank" data-id="al1547575278605758054" data-nl-type="externalLink" data-nl-lnkep-perso-attr-hrefThanks!

What exactly does File Listing do? I can't see the file in the server. Even when I select "List All Files" in the advance options in the protocol doesn't do anything. Am I missing something?

We have been for a long time trying to send push with deeplink to specific screen but it doesn't work.Only the title and body fields are sent correctly but if we try to send any advanced field like image, sound, deeplink, it doesn't work.So while running tests last week our dev got a log of what the app received from acs when I sent a push, and we realised that the deeplink is being changed once we send..For instance, I add on ACS the deeplink com.xxxx.xxxxxxd.devop://appnamehere/ProductDetail?ProductId=43 but the log is getting the URI as something like this com.xxxx.xxxxxxd.devop:\/\/appnamehere\/ProductDetail?ProductId=43 What can be causing the deeplink address to change?? in regard to the other fields that are not working:media-attachment-url"sound"does it require a new setup on launch rules like the push tracking, collect PII, etc??thanks in advance

Hello everyone in the community! Nice to greet you 🙂 Let me introduce myself, I'm Antonio, and I live in the south of Spain. I work for a major fashion retail company and I've been using Adobe Campaign Standard for over a year and a half. I consider myself at a beginner level, but I've gained some proficiency and experience with this tool. Like everyone else, before sending out a campaign, we send an email proof to confirm that everything is in order. When I configure it, I do so for many different countries and send an email proof for each of these countries. I've never had issues with this functionality until now. One of the addresses to which I've always sent the email proof is no longer receiving it. What's curious is that in ACS, it appears as if it's being delivered, but it's not. I've been checking the documentation and reviewing threads in this community, but I haven't found an answer. Can you help me? Thank you in advance!

In production, our images are hosted at http://res1.marketing.ourdomain.com/res/ourprodenvironment/ Some users are having trouble with their networks not loading the images in the designer or in their email. I have their IT looking into whitelisting but is it common for the image server to be on a http network?

Image is not getting renderred in the "Rich Media Content URL" Section for IOS and android section for the PUSH EVENT if the image URL is not ending with Image Filetype such as " .jpeg" or ".PNG" For eg :- For the below two url we are able to see the image when we open them in browser but since 1st url is not ending with an Image Filetype it is not getting renderred when we place this url in "Rich Media Content URL" Section for IOS and android where as the second url is getting renderred since the url is ending with .jpeg 1) https://images.albertsons-media.com/is/image/ABS/L2_1_11_albertsons?$ecom-aisles-tile-png-alpha$&defaultImage=L2_1_11 2) https://i5.walmartimages.com/asr/5161eb9d-7bf4-4b9f-9576-0202dc7215b4_1.174d5ffb0852991ae771e48950ed499e.jpeg 

Hi All, We have a use case where we need to add 'Print' and 'Submit' buttons to an HTML5 form. We are calling a servlet and adding that servlet from the XDP file properties. This servlet will call two different methods based on the click event. For example, if a user clicks on 'Print,' it will call the same servlet with Print method and a separate method for submission.First of all, could you please let me know if we can add two HTTP Submit Buttons to a single XDP form? If yes, then how can we call the same servlet? Can we call it through an AJAX call?Alternatively, you can also guide me on how to achieve this use case with better approach.Best regardsNilesh

file has 2 columns:Profile ID , subject, Marks 1. ABC, "Maths|Geography| science", "100| 90|80"2. XYZ, "Maths|Geography", "90|100" how can i store in temporary variables and use them for personalization ? Adobe campaign standard doesn't have split function which we can use for splitting string and store them in temporary variable.We do have substring but with substring i am not able store them dynamically how to achieve this kind of customization in ACS ?

Is it possible to have a fragment url derive the utm_campaign value from the template's delivery code?  I know ACS by default adds deliveryName utm tag to the url, I have a fragment that I am using across multiple templates and wish to customize the utm_campaign value.

Hey Everyone,  I have a few footer fragments that have a phone number to call in for assistance. Well we have emails that need to have a cretan number associated to the type of email. I know you can't add dynamic content in a fragment but you can us content blocks. We use them to format a few things base off the data. But, what we are needing is it to look at the delivery label and set the number accordingly. Example: Footer is for Account AlertsOne email is about a paymentOne is about documents. Each one has the same footer but need to have a different number for the customer to call in.   I know, I probably need to create separate fragments but there are a ton of emails to update if we go that route. This one we can create a content block and just update the handful of fragments and be done.  Thanks for any help! 

I want to fetch the campaign, workflow and delivery details (Labels and IDs) using Rest API. With regards to documentations available we can only do workflow execution tasks. Can we fetch the details mentioned above? If so, please guide on the API endpoint. Thanks!

When forwarding the newsletter in Outlook, the buttons turn into images without links and the mobile-only items show on desktop. I'd expect some changes, but why does half the email fall apart? How do I stop that? We are restarting the newsletter so we really need to allow folks to forward the emails to other folks. 

In the Adobe Admin Console, I removed user ABC from the profile "secGroup1", but they are still in the profile "secGroup2". I asked them to log in to Adobe Campaign Standard, as this, according to this post should propagate the changes to ACS. But in ACS they are still part of both security groups (secGroup1 and secGroup2). We have this problem with a lot of former employees. They are not Users anymore in the Adobe Admin Console, but still have a user profile in ACS and are part of the security groups. We sent out a testing mail to all users of "secGroup1", triggered by a failed workflow. Users that were in the security group in ACS, but don't have access to Adobe anymore through the Admin Console have gotten the mail. Why is this the case? According to the information I found, they an be lingering in the Users in ACS, but if they don't have access to Adobe anymore they shouldn't receive a mail.
