Hello, I am doing the import of the data in the Adobe Campaign from the Microsoft Dynamics 360 Activities table, but, the following error appears "SCR-160012 JavaScript: error while evaluating script 'ConnectorDataMGT_call crm", in the log of this event it reads as follows "Unknown type entityname ". I'm using the CRM Connector component in my workflow.How can I resolve this issue? Thanks,

Hello,I'm facing an issue trying to configure the intersection activity.Basically, I got a query extracting all the recipient in the DB and a data load file activity, with a csv with a list on ids. I need to intersect them to know how many recipient from the file actually exist in the recipient data model.My issue rise whenever I try to configure the Intersection activity: it seems that any configuration works: I've tried to switch the Primary set (from query to data load) and I've set as reconciliation key a selection of column, setting first the recipient ID and then the ID field from the file.Nothing works. Any idea?thanks

Hi everyone,When I am importing a package from environment A to environment B, I get the following errors in environment B Batch job:SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'InstallPackage' of service 'xtk:builder'.SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'InstallPackageImpl' of service 'xtk:builder'.Failed to install the packages.So the export passes with no problems, but I get a problem with the import. We're configuring some new email templates. As we populate these emails with a price, we're looking for these to be set at 2 decimal places including pence, E.g. £100.00. The values in the data fed in to the template are to two decimal points, but the HTML is showing the data without the trailing zero, E.g. £101.7How do we get round this?Regards,Andy

Hi everyone, I am working on loading a few files to a custom resource.however, the load file activity hangs and doesnt upload my file.I had already uploaded a file to the same custom resource without issues. I looked at the batch jobs and the are all in pending status since around 11 AM this morning.What can be causing this?Thank you in advance

We have configured the LDAP with NTLM authentication, but we're facing an error as below:"SOP-330011 Error while executing the mthod "Logon" of service "xtk:session"".I'm following the AC documentation -Connecting through LDAP Also have a question on the final step given in the document: Do we have to create an operator group with prefix "Adobe_" and add the user to this operator group? Hi,We are able to expose Adobe Campaign custom SOAP methods (developed on custom schema)  using http://serverurl/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp . But the requirement is to expose this method using secure end point ie. https://serverurl/nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp . Is there any way that I can change the SOAP endpoint to secure endpoint(https)?Simply changing the endpoint from http to https is not working. Is there any way be which we can convert the endpoint to secure one?We are using Application server 6.1.1 and build version 8705 and it is hosted in private cloud.Thanks

Hi allAnyone have any good notes on the technical differences in List entity types (List, Group, ..)I spot issues in various ways, eg Update List processes create lists of type List, but creating a List directly via the List form can only create as type "group".  There are then constraints imposed - eg a Update List process can not update a list of type Group, though there should be no issue with the compatible data structures.Am in the middle of reverse engineering this but if anyone has any shortcuts, very happy to add to useful google search hits on this subject!S.

HiI am having issues with any offer space which I create; there are two errors on parsing the expression and then a communication error on soaprouter.jsp while the URL works fine when i attempt to save.The offer space is created referring examples from documentation. There is no unitary to be enabled; i have also tried no propositions as an option.Any help is much appreciated.

Hi,For several days ago, I created new attributes to one of our tables in ACS. The modifications were published without errors and I can see the attributes in place in ACS.However, when I make a GET request from Postman, I do not see the new attributes in the table, and when we make a POST request and assign a value to one of the new attributes we get error message from Postman: "MyAttribute" is not valid for the 'cusMyTable' resource.Why is that happening? We need to make POST requests from AEM to ACS, but that is not working right now because the new attributes are not showing up on the API side.I appreciate your help!

I have a requirement to send data to a server. A Workflow has been written in ACS to query data and then send it to a server.I have used segmentation before sending data to a server but in case of zero results also it sends data forward, causing a blank file to be generated and sent to external server. Please suggest how to stop sending zero result file.
