Error CRM Connector Dynamics

Hello,

I am doing the import of the data in the Adobe Campaign from the Microsoft Dynamics 360 Activities table, but, the following error appears "SCR-160012 JavaScript: error while evaluating script 'ConnectorDataMGT_call crm", in the log of this event it reads as follows "Unknown type entityname ".

I'm using the CRM Connector component in my workflow.

How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi Andrer,

    It seems you are using an invalid data type from CRM. Adobe campaign support following types for integration.

    • checkbox
    • date
    • date/time
    • integer
    • currency
    • percent
    • number
    • id
    • phone
    • email
    • picklist
    • text
    • text (long)

    Check this against your import and remove them if there is any or cast them to one of the above while importing and it should be fixed.
