Hello All,   I have a workflow which has multiple end points, based on various criteria. I have an Option that notes the time of the last successful run. In this case where there are multiple end points which place should code to update the Option date be written. ?   If 1 Transition finishes and other ends up in error, how this cases can be handled ?   Please suggest some best practice for errors, last run successful    Regards, DG

I can't find a way to publish the template to the execution instance, other than doing so manually.Under certain predefined conditions I would like to make changes to the event type of a transactional message template and then publish the template in an automated fashion. Is this possible?

Following a complicated postupgrade (with many errors due to many columns missing), the server is up but no workflows are running.  Even a simple Start-End is stuck in Start requested.  I've checked, operationMgt is also stuck, doing nothing. I can't restart it (it stays in restart requested). I've tried restarting the wfserver service, i've tried running manually the wkf from the CLI. I'm on v9349 and Oracle    Does anyone has any idea on how to solve that ?  

Hello! Hoping someone can help. 😊   When I run the Database Update Wizard none of the schemas that I have created or have made updates to are being updated. The update script shows me every schema I've built with the "Synchronize" checkbox checked, but the SQL script shows every line of code commented out (see screenshot).    I noticed this occurred after I created an extension of the nms:recipients schema using the "cus" namespace, but then created a new extension of the nms:recipients schema using a different namespace (let's call the new namespace "xyz"). I subsequently deleted the extension with the "cus" namespace thinking the database structure update was affected due to having two extensions of the nms:recipients schema with different namespaces.   Summary of Steps Taken: 1. Hello   When we running our campaign workflow, there is a split where the pre-defined filters query supposed to run usually it take 10 mn max but for some reason nowadays it takes 1 to 2 hours to run. I am not sure how to start the investigation, not sure if its related with pre defined filer or something else who affecting these.   Any hints?

Hi, Is it possible to use the "Alert" activity in a workflow to send the alerts to non-operators or groups. I have few stakeholders who I'd like to send the alerts but they are not set as  operators in the AC. Unfortunately, the delivery template which Alert activity uses i.e "alertAssignee" is based on the xtk:operator schema and only accepts either "Operator" or "Operator group". How do I send Alert to someone who is not an operator? PS: I've already tried adding the email address as "Seed Address" in the "alertAssignee" delivery template thinking it would send a copy to the seed address and would solve my purpose. Hello, When someone else wants to start my workflow (created by me under my operation), in the log part the user mentioned as starter is me. I would like to know if there is something to do to avoid this ? We should have the "real" starter and not the creator of the workflow/campaign as starter in this specific case. I need to pass variable from webapp js to workflow js , we are using an external signal to trigger the workflow from webapp javascript.   when we use vars.variablename  xtk.workflow.PostEvent('calledWorkflow','signal','', <variables varName= {vars.xyz} />,false)   it shows an error in webapp as it does not allow vars.variablename.   we have also tried ctx variable but in the workflow it is coming as undefined.

Dear Community, I am trying to use DBEngine query() command to select data from MSSQL database and I need to pass parameter/s to my query. I am following this tech spec - DBEngine.query() documentation.There is an example showing how to pass a param - to do this use $(l), $(sz) as a param-holder/s (depending on param type), then pass param value/s separated by comma. Easy.However, when I do so I get an exception: Error: SCR-160021 Function 'query': too many arguments (X instead of 1).Where X is 2 if I pass a single param. It's 3 if I pass two params. And so on. Hello, The DM Delivery output script is consistently failing to compile when adding any type of variables to the output script (Ex: <%= vars.campaignId %>_<%= vars.workflowId %>_<%= vars.lastSync %>). I've also tried updating the script syntax in the DM template then echoing it to the recurring delivery in the campaign but still failing with errors below. One think I noticed is that whatever variable we add to the script output file, it’s always defaulting to <%= message.cellId %> in the output file external config. Hi all, one of my clients needs to extract hard bounces from a campaign that was sent last week. They have both soft and hard bounces and they need to delete the hard bounce email addresses from the source afterwards, they only need the hard bounces. Marketing emails are delivering to the JUNK folder to our own internal recipients and but not to all internal email ID's (with single word and no links content). i.e., @2879555.com related email IDs specifically not for other org or other common email @ domains. Is there something that we need to check on our own as it is ON-Premise hosted with mid source relay on Adobe end. Also, can we change it our own mid source server. How feasibility for V6 version?
