Hi there,Is there a way to lock the delivery templates in Adobe campaign classic for modification? We want to make sure that the delivery templates which are already part of live trigger campaign won't get changed unless the trigger campaign gets paused/cancelled. What could be the best way to implement this if there is no straight forward solution?  Many thanks for your comments/suggestions!

Hello, i'm having troubles with the "Open" command in Push Notifications.  When I send the notification, it appears but the "Open" command is not working - It does not redirect to where it should.  What am I missing? Hi ,Acually There is a requirement, like a month-based need to send a campaign for 7 months.If their selected date is currently in the 3rd-month range for them, it should send a 3rdmonth email.(For example, the selected date is September 13, 2023, and it is in date format.)or the selected date is currently in the 4th month of difference for them, it should send a 4th month email, likewise, I'm supposed to send 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th in the same campaign workflow.FYI, I have a column as a confirm date that has date data type.So, does anyone have a solution?Thanks in advance.

 Good morning, For several days I have had a problem that persists on my ACC 7.3.3 Test environment, it is a problem with the scheduler which does not trigger itself, as a result all my workflows (even technicals) no longer work automatically and returns network error "IOB-090007 Network error (bind(), errno=99: Cannot assign requested address)". However, all flows are opened from the server. Do you have an idea ?Thank you for your help

We have upgraded our beta instance to 9368:  Today we tried to import a package of transactional emails template into the beta instance and got the following error: We found the root cause which is the duplicate key as shown above.The solution or workaround is to remove the FCPSeed data from the XML package before the import:  Is anyone can confirm if this is a bug or an expected behavior under the new build?  Thanks in advance!
