Dear I am newbie of Adobe campaign, so it might be very beginner level questions.  I want to create new workflow to send alarm to certain operator group in case that workflow of that instance is stopped as failed status.   I want to add 'A' node to judge whether there's failed count from previous node. In case, count is over 0 , then go to '1'              count is 0 , then go to '2' What activity should I add in 'A' with what setting in  it ?? RegardsSJ

Hi Community! I am working on a use-case that allows external system to integrate to our Campaign instance in order to create push deliveries and schedule + execute them. Here I have a requirement where I need to be able to set a single application variable "path". However, I have been unable to succeed with that. I mostly get a silent error/exception - So the system does not output any errors. The only thing I can confirm is, that it is related to attempting to set this specific field in my code. Hello, In a delivery where the subject line is configured as dynamic content (e.g. <%=targetData.firstName%>), is it possible to query in recipient delivery logs for the specific subject line which was created for that recipient? Querying for the field [delivery/mailParameters/subject] just returns the dynamic content code. Thanks,Skyler

Hi all,Recently we've experience that V8 is not pulling the URL tracking strings on the tracked links when the deliveries are created from the Web UI, although they are when they are created from a delivery template in a workflow also in the Web UI.Quite surprisingly Adobe is stating that, as of today, this feature is not available yet. I just wanted to ask if any other V8 Web UI user has also experience the same, and also that, bearing in mind that this lack of a key feature is not very well announced, any potential user who needs URL tracking is aware of the issue.ThanksGuillermo

Hi AllI have a question regarding my requirements. I have implemented an ETL technical workflow that exports data in CSV format to our downstream applications.My requirement is to split the response data into multiple batch files. For instance, sometimes we target more than 10 million individuals in an hour. When the broadLogData is exported, it includes all 10 million responses in a file, which takes a significant amount of time and results in a large file. What I would like to achieve is that if the export data exceeds 2.5 million, it should be split into four batch files, each containing 2.5 million records.Could you help me understand how to achieve this, either through code or if there are any out-of-the-box options available for this?Thank you.

We recently migrated to v8 from ACC v7. We have observed many times that when we create an email delivery the mirror page doesn't load when we try to view the same from the delivery object. However when we send out the email and click the mirror page in the email it loads properly. This is not consistent but works some time in delivery object. It looks like the mirror page is getting calculated incorrectly as I see always one mid-source URL (ex: m19) however in the email it is other one (ex: m20). When both are same (ie. m19) then it works in delivery object too.  How can this be corrected? Is there a way to assign right mid-source URL to the mirror page? Thanks in advance!

Hi All,I am working on creation of some typology rule , initially i can see some by default typology rules (marked as Bold) in v8 instance but their should be more by default typology rule  like i need by default typology rules for twitter(Direct tweet message size approval) or Typology rule for enhanced MTA or any other . Hi I was a user of adobe campaign classic v7 with client console. And recently I updated console to v8.6.4 as our system has been updated to V8. And after updating, client console is not working. When I double click or click  'run as administrator', no response at all. Belows are the things that I did. 1. uninstall and clear cache under appData then reinstall  => Same result. Not opened.2. uninstall and clear cache under appData then install lower version ( 8.6.3) => console works but it says 'need to browser update to login'Is there any way to use 8.6.4 ver ? Kind Regards,Jungmin

Hello, what named rights are required to create Visual Fragments in the ACCv8 web console? We are running version 8.6.4 and admin users are able to create visual fragments, but for end users, the "visual fragment" option is greyed out. They are able to create expression fragments. What permissions are required for visual fragments / where are these permissions controlled?

Hello, We are performing A/B testing on a pair of deliveries and trying to generate a winner delivery for the remaining population after a wait period for feedback. We have followed along with the solution in other Experience League posts, and can generate the delivery within the JS code activity as a copy of the winning test delivery via Duplicate(), post winner decision. The issue that we are encountering is that we happen to use targetData as a source of a number of Target Mappings into broadLogRCP and substitutions into our emails. We haven't had issues with this in the few years that we have been using Adobe Campaign, but this is the first time that we have tried any deliveries from code. All others have explicitly been defined in Delivery activities. In this case, none of the targetData is recognized (we can see it in the transitions) so our broadLogRCP records are mostly empty, aside from Recipient and Delivery references, and our emails are produced with missing conte

Hello, I noticed this morning that we have several instances of transactional emails being Ignored because the address is in quarantine. However, when I check the 'Non deliverables and addresses' folder under Admin > Campaign Management > Non deliverables Management, the addresses in question are not listed. Is quarantine/block list for transactional messages managed on the RT instance itself? If so, does that data port over to the MKT instance? Thank you for your help!Robbie

Hi, According to the access rights configured for our ACCv8 instance, 'delivery' operators should be able to access the 'Transactional message history' folder with read, write, and delete permissions. However, when trying to access this folder, users in both 'delivery' and 'message center' operator groups are presented with a blank page:For Admin users, this page is populated with data. There is a use case to call a Graphql based API provided by external vendor and we need to call that API from ACC, use the response to define journeys. We are doing a POST call with all possible headers, connection works and we receive a 200 response code but the response body comes back as HTML response. We are able to test this successfully from Postman. Anyone have insights if there are compatibility issues and ACC doesn't support a Graphql connection? Thanks.

I created a simple activity by duplicating the js activity, modified the form, the workflow schema extension etc etc.However, the acitvity does not even log logInfo("test"); On the other hand, I am trying to construct a JSON key value pair object and enrich it with the workflow's instance vars to no avail.   the js library call is able to get the content of the activity, but not eniched. function mytestactivity_call() { logInfo(activity.script); } What is missing?
