Adobe Workfront Fusion

Hello Team, I'm searching ASSGN object and trying to get the workperdate, AssignedTo ID values, post that I'm storing the data in datastore. So the workperdate is an array having collection(attached the screenshot).  But Now if i try to create a CSV file for the same this workperdate is fields is null/empty. How i can simply the array collection so that it will easier to put in CSV. I have attached the scenario ss as well.     

Does anyone have a Workfront project template that they use for Fusion development projects - i.e., project initiation & stakeholders, requirements/discovery, development, UAT testing, sign-off, push to Production, etc.? I can build one, but was hoping for a blueprint or template to get me started.

Hi, I've created a FUSION scenario that listens for Notes being added, and if they are done by certain user groups, and the task/project is in a certain status - it updates that status to be 'Updated by Stakeholder' I'm nearly there but have struggled to clearly identify what object the note is attcahed to - project, task, document attached at project level, document attached at task level. The 'noteObjCode' seems to be right for when the note is attached to a document or task. But when i add a note to a Project - the' noteObjCode' isn't getting set to 'PROJ' I'm having to check - if the documentID and TaskID  for the Note are NULL - then I'm assuming it's attached to a Project. Can anyone offer any other help ?

Hi,I'm working on a scenario where I watch for updates of several tasks within a Project.When Task A is complete, I need to set Task B to In Progress and create single use Task Approval. Is it possible to do it with Fusion? If so, how? Does anyone have working examples?Could you please advise?Thank you!

Hi, In a Fusion Tools Module I'm trying to set a variable with the first item selected in a multi-select dropdown. However, if only one item is selected, Workfront returns the value as a string rather than an array with one value. This is quite frustrating, but I thought I'd just check to see if the value is an array or not, but there don't seem to be any functions to do this.  I've tried length, but that just returns the number of characters if a string is returned.Does anyone have any advice?Rob

Hi All, We have a requirement to create a project and add tasks to the project after user submits Intake form  For this, we have created a project template with the set of tasks and using this template and create module I'm able to create project and tasks. Problem is based on some fields in the Intake form, we have to add only certain tasks  instead of adding all tasks from the template. For example if user selects  "web channel" field in the intake form, we have to create only web team related tasks from the template. Creating a project using template is creating all tasks. So instead of creating all tasks, how do we control creating only necessary tasks based on form field selection ? Any suggestion/feedback is appreciated. Thanks. 

Helloes, I am trying to create some kind of report or anything that could be exported that includes PTO's and the designated holidays for different users. I can easily get the PTO via search + read related records modules, but I am having a hard time getting the dates of the designated holidays that are coming from the schedule. I have tried using the Custom API Call module to GET those and I have also tried using the HTTP module to GET the schedule exceptions but most likely due to my lack of experience it didnt go too well. Would there be any suggestions on how to achieve such thing? Thank you for your time and looking forward to hearing your suggestions. Also, I understood that the calendar view can help with at least viewing it visually in case it cannot be done.

Could someone give me a little guidance for working with the the Fusion internal API?  I've created an API token (selecting all the 'read' options), and I've looked at the Make.com documentation.I've tried using an HTTP Make a Request module, using https://app.workfrontfusion.com/api/v5/ as a base URL (using v2 like I see in the Make.com documentation seems to result in a "not logged in" error).  I've tried different calls (a list of users and a list of team scenarios).  I don't get errors, but I only get a long string of HTML code (that doesn't appear to contain any of the data I'm seeking) as an output.I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Hi allWe have created a fusion scenario from a request queue.  Fusion creates a project, then deletes the request.  The notification that follows has a link to the request that no longer exists.  Is it possible to point the link to the project instead?   Any recommendations will be appreciated.

Hi, I am able to create a new issue within a project using an API call.  What field should I use to update / set when I want to be sure the new issue is actually within an existing task within the project using a custom API call.

Hi,I am trying to create a template via a csv file in Fusion. I used the template that Fusion provides to create a project, but change it to create record Template. I am stuck at the point where I need to map the columns to the according fields.I only can take the name from the file.

I have a scenario where I am using a “Create CSV” module for the first time. I am using it so I can send out emails to my users about projects that need their attention.  The CSV module allows me to group the data coming in and if a user has more than one project they can get all their projects in one email.The issue I have is 2 fold. After I set up the CSV module the next module is email.  Fusion doesn’t allow me to access any of the data in my flow before the CSV module.  Second when I go to define the email module, I only have one property from the CSV module to select from the CSV module called text, that contains every field defined in the CSV and I can’t format the data nicely for my email body or bring in the email address for delivery.What am I missing? I appreciate any and all suggestions. ThanksFrank 

Hi, I am trying to update a form field via Fusion automation in the following way: We have e.g. 4 time slots, that submitters can select from and after one slot has been selected I would like to remove this option for other submitters in order to prevent duplicate slot "bookings". Example:The field is calledSELECT A TIME:7:008:009:0010:00Mr. Smith selects time 7:00 and submits a request.When Mrs. Smart opens the request form after Mr. Smith's submission, the field SELECT A TIME shows the following available slots:8:009:0010:00 I heard it is possible via an API call to hide a field choice, since the RECORD TYPE FORM or FIELD does not exist in the dropdown. Has anybody experience with a similar update of a form after a form submission (to hide a field)?

Hi, I've got an image URL Corp-Prim-CREATIVESTUDIO-RGB-PH-lr-workfront (526×151) But when I put it in the html field when adding a Note  the email just shows the html   The html does work in an html editor when I preview it so I'm not sure why it's not working in the html field in FUSION. Can anyone help ? Thanks

Hi All, I've been running into a wall trying to get a fusion scenario to trigger that is aimed at task approval processes.  Is suppose to trigger when the decision to an approval is made, but I can't even get the trigger to fire.  Any ideas on how to get by this first hurdle?

Hello!We have a user management scenario where we create a federated user in the Adobe console and then search for that user that in Workfront to update their account to the right permissions/access. The issue we're facing is that there's quite a delay from when a user is created in console to when that user shows up in Workfront. We currently have the scenario using a bunch of sleep modules hoping that if the search yields no result on the first time we can catch it after the sleep but the delay can last longer than a few minutes; and we can't extend the sleep duration without worrying about the scenario timing out.If anyone has come across a similar issue I would love to learn how you go around it.

Hi there, please help! Thanks in advance. I've a custom field in Workfront to capture the campaign frequency.  Based on this selection, I want to create recurring tasks via fusion. I see "recurrence number" and "recurrence rule id" in "create record" 'task' module. Can you please help what should I write in these two fields if I want to create task daily for 10 occurrences.  I've given '10' for "recurrence number" and 'FREQ=DAILY;INTERVAL=1' for "recurrence rule id" but it ended up creating only one task instead of 10. Please help!     

Hi All,  I'm building out a scenario that closes out old active projects. I'm able to close out open tasks and issues, but I'm running into a wall when attempting to close out active approval processes on a project.  Has anyone ever created a module to do this?  I've attempted using a Create a Record module and a Custom API Call module but no luck yet.

Hi all,I’m working on a requirement to download the Proof PDF (including comments) from Workfront Proof.I’ve tried the following approaches:Using the Request PDF Summary moduleMaking a Custom API call with the requestPDFPrintSummary methodIn both cases, the response returns a Boolean (True), and I’ve used a Webhook ID as the callback URL. However, the webhook response I receive contains binary data, and I’m unsure how to handle it to download the actual PDF.Note: The original document uploaded to Workfront is already in PDF format.Could someone guide me on the correct steps to download the finalized proof PDF (with comments) and handle the binary output properly?
