Dear All, Please guide.We are currently running a few A/B tests and personalization activities using Adobe Target.For some of these, We faced challenges in retrieving real-time data from the page, such as selected products in a shopping cart, to use for audience targeting.Due to suboptimal Adobe Target setup, they implemented a two-activity approach:- Activity #1: Captures the selected product ID and sets a flag on the website as an XT (experience targeting) activity. This activity displays custom HTML to all users but only sets the flag for relevant users.- Activity #2: This is the main A/B test, targeting users who were flagged in Activity #1.The issue we’re seeing is that not all relevant users are being captured, and the cause is unclear.In the current setup, Activity #2 has a priority of 999 and is configured to target users with the flag from Activity #1 set to "true."I suspect the low user count in Activity #2 could be due to either activity collisions or incorrect priority

Hi I am working on a POC where I need to show most popular ancillaries based on a route. So currently I have a analytics metric Ancillaries Orders (Booking flow) and I created a dashboard in AA to visualize the data for a particular route(AUH-LHR) and then broke it down by products and I filtered the ancillaries.Now how do I create my field and what should be the entity.id values and how should the structure of the entity be since I need to consider the route as well and it can be any route 

Hello.I have a profile script where I create a local variable using user.setLocal('name', 'value');Is it possible to remove this varialbe as if it was never created before instead of using this approach ?:user.setLocal('name', undefined);

I'm not able to view the report data for an A/B test that ran in April 2021. When I click on 'Reports,' I get a notification that states 'Start dates over 2 years old are not currently supported. Please choose a more recent start date.' Since the test only ran for 2 weeks in 2021, a more recent start date wouldn't contain any useful reporting data. Does this mean reporting data is only accessible for 2 years?

I'm seeing issues with the pageLoad parameters not working in Adobe Target Delivery API calls I'm under the impression that these properties should be available for audience segmentation for use with the associated mbox.  However, I am not seeing the properties available in the audience definition custom audience associated with the mbox.  Does anyone know how/why this is?

Hello! I have set up three activities on my website - all have identical tracking configurations set up in Target. When pulling up an Analytics for Target panel, I can only see two out of the three when selecting a Target activity. Any insights would be appreciated!

Hi,We are noticing Flickering issue with WEB SDK loading sync and Async. We tried adding pre hiding snippet for homepage where our current Adobe Target test. We still see the flickering issue. Order: 1. Data Layer2. Prehiding snippet3. My company has one mobile app with different environment (SIT, UAT, STG, PROD), integrate with TargetWe want to split Target to different environment, to make sure some specific users can only access to Target SIT environment, create activities, and activities only work for Mobile App SITDo we have solution to do this?

Hello Experts, We recently migrated to WebSDK and our target activities on pages are loading just fine.But reporting wise we see huge dip.  How can we fix that and ensure reporting becomes accurate? For eg. Pre go live we had 360+ unique visitors on a given day and now we have just 76. Hi, real simple question but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.If I create a new Target activity and call it eg. "Temporary Activity Name", the activity URL is something likehttps://experience.adobe.com.../activitydetails/Experience-Targeting/temporary_activity_nameBut if I later rename the activity to eg. "Permanent Activity Name", the URL doesn't update to reflect that.I often share Target activity links with colleagues and the fact that the activity names and URLs don't match up sometimes causes confusion. Is there a way to force Target to update the URL to reflect the new activity name?Many thanks!

I want to use mbox as an active location to serve our A/B test.For exp A the location is the mbox "discount-box" and JSON content is {"name":"exp-A"} and for exp B the location is the mbox "discount-box" with JSON content is {"name":"exp-B"}. The targeting is done on a 50-50 percent basis.We intend on extracting offers for this mbox and inject them into the web page's window object which can be further used to conditionally render frontend components.My questions are:1) Can my content ({"name":"exp-A"}/{"name":"exp-B"}) be retrieved using  getOffers(). If yes, will this abide by the 50-50 targeting rule.2) Since we are capturing JSON content to render frontend how can we track analytics like viewing the component or clicking on it. Is there a better approach.NOTE: We use Node Js environment along with React as frontend. 

We currently use an older at.js file and publish from website code base.  We are using the Adobe WebSDK for our Analytics capture and plan to configure a Target datastream from Launch instead (is it called Adobe Tags now?) and remove the at.js file from our website code. One of our engineers has asked what the new 'version of Target will be'.  If we are always on the latest version of the Web SDK, does that mean that our Target version will also be the latest version of Target?

Hello, I am using the following algorithm to display the most viewed products ro teh customer as recommendations. However, I could not get any recommendations, so I am wondring what went wrong. For the contex, I am using the following JS code to push every viewed product to the mbox, but when I want to fetch recommendations, I got nothing. Any thought? Hi Everyone, I've seen quite a few posts from people with the same problem but no one ever posts the solution.  We have created segments in Analytics and published them using the 'tick box' to experience cloud and created directly in the audience library, but neither are showing up in Adobe Target. We have met all prerequisites - ECID/MCID and the right licensing, we are not over our threshold of 75 segments to share and both segments are showing as 'active' in the audience library and it says 'collecting data' in the current size field but, neither segment is showing up in Target more than 4 days later.  Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!  We want to use these for activities inside Target but don't know why it's not working (we no longer have AAM - which are the last audiences that are showing up inside Target via 'experience cloud') and when we search inside target in the audience library for the segment by name it doesn't come up either.&

I can't see anywhere clear when are we exactly tracking the click and page view goals: only within the Page delivery url(s)? Or anywhere on the domain? Ex:- page delivery is https://www.example.com/en-gb.html- Goals:-- track clicks on element "body > #my-element"-- track page views for https://www.example.com/en-gb/directory.html Questions:1. Hi Adobe community, I want to check if there is a way to define the Target audience that only target users who stay on the page longer than a time period, e.g. 10 seconds. The reason why is I have setup the experiment for long staying users but the report mixed the loyal users and users bounced. Thanks for your helpChris

Hello, We would like to disable both first and third party cookies set by Target, that is no cookies at all set by Target, for some of our site visitors.  Is there a way to set something in TargetGlobalSettings to stop all first and third party cookies being set? I know there is a setting for third party cookies, "cookieDomain", but our requirement is different. We would like to run the at.js script directly in our index.js, not in GTM, our tag manager. Thanks in advance

Update: We have narrowed down the issue to all iOS mobile devices.  Chrome on an Android machine is working fine, for instance.  For now we have decided to exclude iOS users in Europe.  Will be great to have an official confirmation on this though! @gaureshk_kodag @raghavaggarwal  Hi, we have created an A/B activity on Target where the variant is using Custom Code that is showing a dropdown instead of a form.  This activity is working on all devices in India and the US but in UK and Ireland the preview URL is performing differently.  On Safari on mobile phones the variant QA URL is being redirected to the control URL.  On Chrome Tablet and mobile phone it is happening intermittently.  Is there a known issue with Adobe Target container not showing on some browsers in mobile devices in Europe?  The options now are eliminating Europe mobile browsers from the test or risk incorrect data collection from those users.  Any chang

However, I am struggling to find a way to have Adobe Target modify the page while delaying data collection until OneTrust signals that user consent has been given. What steps should I take to make data collection conditional on the consent signals from OneTrust?

Hello,I am trying to upgrade out tvOS app that previously uses ADBMobile sdk to AEPTarget on tvOS and I'm getting a bunch of errors from the AEPServices UI stating xcode can not find: FullscreenPresentable, FloatingButtonPresentable, FloatingButtonDelegate, FullscreenMessageDelegate, FullscreenMessage... in TargetPreviewManager. I've noticed that each one of those classes in wrapped on #if os(iOS) ... #endif and I believe this is causing an issue in tvOS. It's there something I'm missing?

Hi, im trying to do a use case to share info between two differents domains when i use the same scrip of Adobe Target and the same endpoint, i got a cookie with the same ID call DOMAIN!mboxPC and its the same number in my two domains, i need to send some info between them is it possible to modify the cookie in one side so in the other side it also modifies, or does anyone know how can i solve this. I tried create targetPageParams() and returning a param but only creates in one domain and it does not persist inthe other( im seeing the delivery). Thanks!!

Hey everyone,  I am wondering if it is possible to link up Target from one Adobe account to another Adobe account. I have one account that is where I have Target enabled, and my AEM site is set up on another different Adobe account. Both accounts are mine, I just want to have it so that I can create content fragments from content on my AEM site and then be able to send it to Target to be used. Is this possible? Hi,I am trying to show a personalised banner with audience created in AEP.using code to fetch data from aep as ${aep.timeSeriesEvents._experience.analytics.customDimensions.eVars.eVar100 default="testECID"}. and it is as per Adobe Target documents.But when I am checking QA link, I see only default value. Audience segment is created in POC environment and very generic anyone call fall into it. I check in profile and my profile was qualified into. not sure what the issue.
