Looking for help. I am unable to receive Adobe digital event registration emails from demand@info.adobe.com. I previously unsubscribed from an Adobe marketing email sent from this email, and my address now appears to be globally suppressed in Marketo as I no longer receive confirmation emails with event details and link to join events like I used to. I do not have direct Marketo support entitlement, so I cannot open a support ticket. Can someone from the Adobe DX/Marketo team please remove my email address from: Global Unsubscribe Marketing Suspended Blacklisted Email Invalid As I am assuming this is preventing me from receiving event confirmations and webinar emails.Thank you.

I am trying to send a sample email to my Outlook (work) and I am not receiving them. I have checked SPAM and JUNK folders and they are not in there. It states that the email has been sent via Marketo. Can someone please help troubleshoot?

We continually sync new records from our SFDC to Marketo and when they are newly created, all their previous campaign membership history is also logged on the date they were synced (regardless of when they actually became a member of that campaign). Marketo confirms that is expected behavior. We want to be able to score people with engagements within the last 30 days (Responded date last 30 days in a marketing SFDC Campaign). Marketo support recommends creating lead/contact fields in SFDC to pass last campaign membership details over and when it syncs to Marketo we could use the data to narrow down last 30 days. However, we sometimes do bulk loads into SFDC Campaigns where a record could be a member of multiple campaigns during that specific load, and we wouldn’t want to overload the feed or cause misalignment between campaign and date updates.Marketo also confirmed, that Member Date isn’t visible in Marketo or we must know the exact SFDC Campaign (which we don’t always know ahead of t

Ever since we moved over to Adobe Console and Adobe Login, all our Marketo users are complaining about the short session time. On a regular 8 hour work day it is quite common that you have to login 5 or 6 times. It becomes quite annoying. (sometimes it happens multiple times within the hour)Does anyone know if and where we can extend the session timeout ? Doesn't seem to be an option in Marketo Admin itself, so i'm asuming it is a setting from the Adobe Console.

The Cadence: Weekly emails (4 emails total in the drip). The Goal: Fully automated. As soon as a lead meets the criteria, they should automatically enter the nurture stream and start receiving the weekly emails without any manual list pulls. I’m looking for guidance on embedding Marketo Forms 2.0 into a third-party CMS with limited customization options. Our CMS is fairly locked down. I have set content modules where I can add HTML, plus separate header and footer code areas in the page settings. Script code only appears to load properly from the footer, so I’ve had to split the standard Marketo embed code:The ‘<form id="mktoForm_####"></form>’ goes in the page module. The Marketo Forms 2.0 script and ‘MktoForms2.loadForm()’ code go in the page footer.The form does load and submit, but the issue happens after styling/customization. Any custom CSS added in Marketo Forms appears to get pulled back into the CMS editor after the page is saved. If I leave the page and come back to edit later, the module HTML is filled with Marketo-generated styling and markup. This creates a duplicate styling situation because the styles still exist in Marketo, but now the CMS also appears to be storing/rendering them. I’m not sure

Hi Team,We have a business requirement where, whenever bulk data is ingested in Marketo, the records should flow to AEP with the attribute bulkupdate = true. Subsequently, for any genuine (normal) updates to the same records, the bulkupdate flag should be reset to false, and the updated data should flow to AEP accordingly in the same flow run.However, based on our testing, we are observing that bulkupdate = false is only being set when specific attributes are updated. Since it is not feasible to include all attributes in a Smart Campaign trigger, this approach is not scalable.Could you please advise:Which attribute or trigger should be used to reliably identify any genuine update to a record?Is there a recommended approach in Marketo to handle this type of logic, where a field needs to behave like a reset flag after any update?For example, we attempted to use Updated At as a trigger, but it is not qualifying records as expected.Looking forward to your guidance on the best-practice appr

However, I now need to use the same token in the preheader, and neither adding just the token nor adding a $ before the Velocity token seems to work there.I’m not sure if there’s a limitation with preheaders or if there’s another approach required to make this work. Hi Team,I was referring to this page because I came across an email where I wanted to make emojis render properly in Outlook. However, when the emoji is added as an image, it does not work as expected.Our main goal is to have the emoji/icon work inside the CTA button.I referred to this page and created a token using the HTML hex entity, then used that token in the email body. With this approach, it does render correctly, but only when the emoji is placed beside text in the body content. It does not seem to work when used inside the CTA section, and I’m not sure why.Could you please help with the below questions? Is there a way to make the emoji work properly inside the CTA button as well? Is there a way to make the emoji color match the text color so it renders consistently with the CTA text? Hi all,  I am using the new email designer and have built emails with conditional content. I’ve been noticing that sometimes when I save them and come back the conditional content is broken up into code sections. Whilst it isn’t the end of the world, it does mean I can’t make changes to the segment. Sometimes if I click [ctrl + z] whilst in the email editor, it all goes back to normal but the segments are called ‘custom’. Has anyone else experienced this or have any ideas about what is happening? Example below: Thanks!

Hi Community!I’m hoping to get some guidance on a verification flow we’re trying to build using Marketo Forms and Landing Pages.The goal is to have members complete a short “verification” form on Page 1 before being allowed to access another form on Page 2. Ideally, we’d like to keep the experience as seamless as possible and avoid adding extra clicks or requiring an email in between.We have a similar campaign today where a member fills out a form using proxy fields. Then, in an email, we use a Velocity script to compare those proxy fields against the real lead fields in Marketo to validate the member using their submitted information and email address.What I’m trying to do now is avoid needing that email step. I attempted to mimic the same validation concept using custom HTML/JavaScript on a landing page, but I’m running into issues. I am looking for options to integrate Marketo with Microsoft teams for webinars. We are using Marketo forms for registering people and we want form submissions automatically register people into the correct Teams webinar (we are using Teams Premium), allow Teams to send access and reminder emails. And from Marketo we send confirmation email just after form fill. If possible get attendance statuses back to Marketo for post-webinar engagement. But main pain point is automatic registration for now.Currently, webinar registrations and attendee management involve manual operational effort- we export the registrants list from Marketo then import it in Teams.Please let me know what would be the best option for integration and any insight you can share on this. Thanks!

On a Marketo form, is there a way for me to use the checkboxes field type, but limit the number of boxes someone can check? For example, I have a list of 10 checkbox options on a form field, but I don’t want people to select more than two. Is there a rule I can set up to make this possible?

Hi Team,I had a few questions regarding the Marketo BCC setup for Trustpilot:I currently do not see the BCC option enabled in our Marketo instance. Does this need to be enabled through Marketo Support? Trustpilot mentioned they would provide a unique email address that needs to be BCC’d so they can trigger review request emails. Based on the documentation i read, it seems the BCC feature is enabled at the instance level. If correct, would every email sent from Marketo send a BCC copy to Trustpilot? Our concern is that this could significantly increase email volume/credit usage. I also read about a possible workaround using meta tags/rule-based filtering so only selected emails with the meta tags are processed for BCC. Would that approach work, or is there a better recommended setup? We could consult our IT team if this option could be leverage, could you confirm ?Thanks in advance for your guidance.Regards,Akshat
