Hi,What is the best way of having PMCF data synced in Salesforce?Case(s) description:a) For program "X" the PMCF trigger wrote data on the Marketo Program Member Fields, but the PMCF out of the box sync was activated at a later date. As there are no Program Status changes expected in the near future, what would be the best way to mass-sync the PMCF values to the Campaign Member corresponding fields in Salesforce?The program is synced directly  to SFDC, from the "Setup" Tab.Note:  The regular "Sync  person to SFDC" did not update the Campaign member fields. b)There are cases when the Members are added to the SFDC Campaign prior to the PMCF values to be populated in the Marketo Program. When this happens, the PMCF values are not passed to the Campaign Member fieds SFDC and the reports differ quite a lot. What's the best way to avoid this in the future and have the historical PMCF values synced to the corresponding Campaign member fields?

Adobe is removing Marketo Account Insights Browser Plug-in from Chrome Web Store on April 8, 2024. I have been using the UTF 8 code hack to get emojis to show up in my email subject lines while using Marketo Engage. However, there have been cases where the code just will not work. Has anyone noticed that when Marketo flags your subject line as "Your subject line may be too long" the code stops working? If I paste the code in a blank subject line then it renders the emoji on a test, but when I add in a "too long" subject line the code will appear in the email versus the emoji itself. 

Hi all, is there a way to reject a form submission live (at the time of submission) if the email address already exists in our database? Or is there a way to stop a record from updating on the submission if the record has pre-existing values within certain fields? Thank you!

Im trying to merge contacts with the same email address. The contacts were originally added in Marketo, they have since been added in SFDC, creating duplicates in Marketo. Selecting the SFDC contact as the lead as per belowI get the following error - "Merge failure, unable to perform merge operation in natively-synced CRM."Do we need to update settings on the SFDC end to allow the merge to take place? I'm trying to keep a track on SFDC sync errors and I'm brutally lost. I have 100k+ error lines in the last 5 days. Most of them are recurring errors.Any thoughts on what this error means? cannot retrieve the record (<SFDC ID>) from sfdcI intitally thought these were simply sync errors but i see those under notifications with emails. These appear to be different. Appreciate your inputs. Has anyone successfully generated an automated report for all sync errors in Marketo?I've received numerous SFDC sync error notifications in my instance, and I'm exploring if there's a method to compile them into a report. Hi everyone.I have subscribed to a revenue explorer report set to deliver daily to my email address. While Marketo indicates that the report is being processed and delivered, I am not receiving it in my inbox. This issue is specific to one particular report; other revenue explorer subscription reports to the same email address are being delivered successfully. I have checked my spam folder and verified that the email address is correct. Additionally, I have tested email deliverability, and other Marketo emails are reaching my inbox without any problem. The issue persists despite multiple attempts to receive the report. Hello!Had a question regarding Communication Limit settings and sending "the next day": Is there any sort of global "Hold Email Send to Next Day" or such option if a Lead hits the limit?We tend to have lots of emails that are based off of specific data points like "Membership Opening in Past 3 Days" due to having multiple person records under a single Lead email address. Our data gets a daily API update and this has potential to have someone hit the daily limit and then the next day when their limit resets they are out of the data point range.To alleviate the usual concerns - We have very few instances of hitting our daily limit of 4 and weekly limit of 7 emails, but it is possible due to the multiple records under one Lead situation, so I am curious if there is any sort of global setting or if it needs to be manually done at the Program / flow step level?Thank you!! 

Anybody has this issue when sending emails to T-Online.de webmail?As soon a link is set on an image, in the text, or on an HTML button, part of the link renders as text in the email. It only happens with this email client no matter the way links are added; directly in the template (for example a link to a website on the logo) or via the image editor or text editor when editing the email in Marketo. Hey  Wondering if anyone has experienced this issue and has a fix. Been on with marketo support and they can't identify any issues in the campaign but the desired in zone text is not appearing.  We set up a campaign to personalize the email subscribe thank you page text to recognise if someone had previously registered and provide a different 'already subscribed' message. When tested off of VPN or corp network on Apple & PC desktop - the correct campaign text does not appear.  We are using inzone. (everything looks ok in the test preview)URLs are correctZone ID matches Div ID in script. Static List is correct and email addresses exist on static list. Hello communityDoes anyone has a good tool that help do Q&A of Marketo programs? something that is not Excel or Smartsheet but instead walks a person to each step of checking that a program has been properly tested.We have lists with tens of things we need to check such as is the subject line there, do you have a sender, a reply to etc... to is the link working, does the email displays correctly, is it linked to SFDC, are the flow steps including xyx ... etc...Best would be an opens source software we can use to build a question blow and just enter yes, no and why no. Any suggestions would be great.ThanksAxel

Gmail has issued a series of new sender requirements for senders who send 5,000 or more messages, with enforcement beginning in February 2024. Gmail's documentation states "If you send more than 5,000 message per day, your marketing and subscribed messages must support one-click unsubscribe."  Our current approach is to include an "unsubscribe or manage your preferences" link at the footer of every email that directs users to our subscription preference center, where they can subscribe or unsubscribe to our different email types or unsubscribe to all emails. We also have an operational program set up to support when users use the "unsubscribe" feature in Gmail.  Is our subscription preference center approach in compliance with Gmail's new 1-click unsubscribe requirement or would we need to build a true unsubscribe link?

Happy Friday, Community friends - I seem to always manage to have a question at the end of the week so I shall continue my Friday Question theme 😋 We have a general Contact Us form that gets a lot of junk submissions - a common one is offers to clean our office (we're an entirely remote company so it's annoying AND comical that these continue to come in).
