Adobe Marketo Engage

Dear Community, We are proposing a feature to be added to Marketo. We have been using the Program Member Custom Fields for some of our campaigns, and it is working quite well. However, after the campaign has been completed. When we query a Smart List within the program, there is no way to view the Program Member Custom Fields values in the SL. We understand to view the PMCF data, we need to click the Members tab in the program and create a custom view that includes said field(s). However, if we ever needed to run an SL with various filters, then this is not possible to do so. It will be great to add the functionality in future releases as it will be very beneficial for campaign analysis. Thanks a lot!Wayne

I am writing to formally request an extension of the integration license between Zoom and Marketo to accommodate more than the current limit of 40 users. This adjustment is essential to enhance our workflow and enable us to have visibility into the webinars of all users with access to both Zoom and Marketo, rather than exclusively access webinars created by a specific set of 40 individuals.Our team identified the need to simplify webinar management and focus on a larger group of contributors. ＜要望＞Marketoのフォルダーが並んでいるカラム（ツリー）について、表示の異常が発生しました。個人な環境の問題かと思ったのですが、別の人も同じ現象が発生していたため、Adobe社にサポートいただいた。 表示の異常は、プログラム名の重複表示、フォルダー等の文字の重複などです。 原因は使用しているブラウザのキャッシュに加え、Marketo自体のツリーキャッシュの可能性があるとのことで、対処いただいて症状は解消しましたが、Marketo自体のツリーキャッシュの不具合発生時は、再度、Adobe社にサポートをいただく必要があるとのことでした。 長くなりましたが提案としまして、下記2点を記します。(1) ツリーキャッシュの定期的、もしくは不具合検出時の自動クリア(2) ツリーキャッシュクリアの権限をユーザーに付与 以前にもキャンペーンプログラムを起動してもアイコンの表示が切り替わらないなどがありましたが、Adobe社のサポートに連絡するまででもない表示エラーが発生するケースはありますので、ご検討いただければと思います。   

標記の接続について、動作確認がされていないとサポートからお聞きしました。ユーザーとしてはコスト面でメリットがありますので、ぜひ動作確認をしていただきたいです。もし既に接続を行ってみた方がいらっしゃったら情報を共有いただけると助かります。

カスタムフィールドの管理を行っております。「フィールドの更新をブロック」の設定内容はエクスポートや一覧で確認できるすべがないため、管理に手間とミスが発生するリスクがあります。様々な流入元からリードデータが入ってくるような使い方をしている場合に、フィールドを更新するかどうかは重要な設定となりますので何らかの方法で一覧が入手できる用にしていただきたいです。 よろしくお願いします。

MSIでOutlookプラグインを使用してメールを送信すると、送信されたメールが「送信済み」BOXと「削除済み」BOXの両方に格納されます。メール送信者からすると通常のメールでは起きない挙動なだけに、ちゃんと送られているか不安になります。管理者からすると想定外の挙動なので、ちゃんと送れていると断定出来ません。また、「削除済み」BOXのメールは開封ができるので、開封数のデータ集計も乱れてしまいます。 上記のことから、MSIでOutlookプラグインで送信後に削除済みフォルダーに格納されない機能の追加を起案いたします。

MSIでOutlookプラグインから送信したメールが開封されると開封アラートが送信者に発信されるトリガーキャンペーンを組んでおります。この場合、「送信済み」BOXに格納されたメールを送信者が開封する（見返す）と、それもトリガーの対象になってしまい、狙い通りのオペレーション・分析が出来ません。上記のことから、送信者が「送信済み」BOXでメールを開封する（見返す）してもキャンペーンの対象外にすることができる仕様の追加を起案します。

Running into an issue with new freemails that have been developed and are not included in Marketo's global form validation rule. We can't add them and maintain the current Marketo list. Would be great to be able to add multiple rules and also to have rules only apply to specific forms.

Zoomウェビナーと、マルケトのイベントプログラムの連携は、1対1の関係となっており、同じ内容のイベントを複数日開催したい場合、Zoomウェビナーを複数スケジュールすると、マルケトのイベントプログラムもその数だけ作成しなければいけません。マルケトのイベントプログラムは1つで、1つのフォームから好きな日程を選ぶことができ、複数のZoomウェビナーとの連携ができれば、フォームがいくつにもまたがらずお客様のページ遷移やクリックが減りますし、またフォームを量産する手間も省けて便利です。 

I got the chance to use Interactive Webinars recently ahead of our 2024 webinar season. It would be great to allow an option for hosting pre-recorded webinars that will still take place in a set time. GoTo currently allows this and its a great feature:  

The suggestion is to add to the list of trigger tokens a new set of trigger tokens for Marketo Program triggers:- Added to Engagement Program- Engagement Program Cadence Changes- Engagement Program Stream Changes- Program Member Data is Changed- Program Status is Changed The primary use case would be the {{trigger.Name}} token, which could be used in the above triggered campaigns to populate the Program Name in a flow step to enable program-level changes at a global level. For example, in our instance, we need to populate a Program Member Custom Field (PMCF) with a common value whenever a lead reaches success in a program. Currently, we have to add the flow step in each individual program to set the PMCF. If we had a trigger token, we could have a single global campaign that could populate the PMCF across campaigns. By adding further fields into the Assets class (Email, Landing Pages, etc.) further integration with Digital Assets Management platforms would be possible. At present our Emails and Landing Pages must be approved for use - regulated industry - which requires an "export" (detailed below) and manage the approval in the DAM.  - Emails - send a preview, receive the preview, save or print as a PDF, upload to the DAM platform, start the approval  - Landing Pages - send the preview URL to a third-party platfrom to save as a PDF, upload to the DAM platform, start the approvalOnce approved, the status of the Asset is then manually recorded in Marketo. Drawbacks - aside from all of the manual steps, there is no alert or mechanism to ensure the Asset is removed fom use if it expires, or becomes unapproved. With additional fields in the Assets class, the DAM could contact Marketo, and update the Status field on an Asset, and be used to alert the Asset Owner for updates on

It would be amazing to have a batch process for removing assets from the campaigns they are used by. That way if something needs to be swapped out for a campaign, say a list that lives in multiple campaigns, you can quickly remove it from all. Even better would be a feature where you can use the layout of "choices" to select which programs you want to remove from and or add things to. 

I always thought it would be a good idea to have a "max amount of times" constraint similar to how we have "min amount of times" constraint. Example: "Clicks link in email" filter or trigger, you can say clicks at minimum x amount of times, but I think it would be helpful if we had a max filter as well so when people get click happy, it would max out and prevent people from being scored if they click 100 times. 

In the Marketo User Group tab it would be good to have calendar view options, which could be filtered by regions (timezones), Chapters and also in-person and virtual.So you could see for example all virtual MUG Chapter meetings together across the coming month for say EMEA or all regions.A global view could show all virtual or in-person MUGs with time and date.   Using colour coding views within a region say America you can see all in-person events going up month by month or for the full year.   The calendar will allow you to see which MUG meetings you can join live and others to register for recordings for those out of your time zone.

It would be great when using Opportunity Influence Analyzer in the "Account" section that you could just search for the opportunity number ID in the case of when it's a large company and they may have several opportunities against it.

Use Case: Our forms on our website include a "comments" text field.  This is important in order for the customer to provide contextual information about their request to the sales team.   Today we collect this data on a form to a sync'd field on the LEAD and CONTACT objects in SFDC.  We then use a workflow in SFDC to write the value of this field to a custom field on the Campaign Member.  What I would like to do is use the PMCF campaign member sync to pass this value over instead. Unfortunately this is not currently supported per the documentation as "Text" fields are not allowed on the Program Member object.   REQUEST: I'd like to request having a text field be added as a field type  as a PMCF and allow us to sync it to a campaign member custom field.  

It would be helpful if there was a column in the landing page export file from the Design Studio to indicate if a landing page is archived. It currently shows all landing pages in the .csv export. An Archived = Yes/No column would help cut through the noise.

＜要望内容＞Salesforce上で同姓同名の別ユーザーがいる場合、スマートキャンペーンのフローでCreate TaskのOwnerを設定する際にどのユーザーが設定したいユーザーなのかを判別できない状況になります。ユーザーの氏名情報でTask Ownerを選択するのではなく、ユーザーのメールアドレスやID情報で選択できるようにするなど、判別できる方法があると良いです。 対処方法として現行はSalesforceのユーザー氏名情報の登録を変更し重複しない氏名にしてからTask Ownerを設定するようにしていますが、氏名情報を書き換えると不自然な表示になることもあり、Task Owner選択の方法を改善していただきたいです。 

We would like to be able to customize the layout, icon, and the background color of the social media pre-fillling feature in Marketo form. We would like to add simple CSS code to the element to adjust the display of the feature. 

When we clone programs to Marketo, the Program Name must have a maximum of 75 characters in total. This makes it difficult for us because we are cloning programs with a naming convention of date/event type/event name. This also means when we look at analytics for our programs sometimes important information gets left off the program title (eg location).We are reviewing the naming conventions currently, but it would be really helpful if the character limit wasn't in place!

Google reCAPTCHAのフォームにおける表記を日本語化できるような言語設定機能を希望します。既存言語（英語）に不慣れな顧客の場合、フォームに日本語でない項目があることでフォーム送信をためらってしまう場面がありました。現在スパム防止のためreCAPTCHAを導入していますが、英語に不慣れな顧客でも安心してフォーム送信できるよう、日本語化の対応を希望します。

Allow for dynamic chat to trigger each time the audience criteria is met - not just the first time. (And make it optional to be used this way)this would allow the user to have a common experience not just a one-off the first time.
