Mapping Facebook Custom Question / answers for email consent to Marketo Fields

Hi... Has anyone run a Facebook Lead Ad with custom questions set up on their Facebook form and successfully mapped all the responses to Marketo fields? I am new to Marketo and I am struggling with the mapping of custom questions/answers.

When I go to the mapping screen and click on "add" I see both the question and the answers listed, so I am not sure if I should mapp the question or the answer. Especially one of the question is around email consent and answers are yes or no. So should I mapp the "email consent" question to "email opt-in"  and then the answers would be the values pushed to this field (true/false)?
