Hi there! We are looking at implementing SSO for our organization's website in the next couple years. We are a B2B, member-based non-profit that provides research and best practices to our users...   I have tried searching the web, but have had a hard time filtering through all the "how to implement" and "what is SSO" articles, and can't find anything that says "what will happen to marketing data with the implementation of SSO". I wanted to reach out to the Marketo community to see if anyone has implemented SSO at your organization, and if so, how have your marketing efforts evolved?    I know web page traffic will be lost, but will we also lose custom activity data such as content consumption, web form fill outs, etc.?

Hi All,   We are looking to migrate our Marketo Munchkin code to Adobe Launch. I've recently implemented lead scoring in Marketo and want to ensure that leads with a certain score don't get pushed to SFDC but I've been told that I have to do this as a filter on each campaign. Does anyone have a work-around to implement it across all campaigns such that if we change the lead score, I don't have to go back and do it on each campaign? 

When archiving Marketo programs do you remove the Salesforce Campaign Sync? 

Hi everyone,   I am hoping to get some urgent help on Lead scoring. Is there a way to set a flow for leads that have a certain score to be pushed to Salesforce? So example. one filled out form is xx points. We would like to have the lead only to be synced if they filled out two forms.  We send out weekly forms to be filled out so as long as they filled out two we would like them for be synced to Salesforce via lead scoring. ANYTHING HELPS as our Marketo Admin quit abruptly.

Hello, What can we use other than Google Translate to romanize all non-latin company names upon list import?  We found Google Translate to be erroneous over 50% of the time.  Is anyone familiar with Diffbot and other translation bots?  Cc: @sanfordwhiteman  Thanks, Julie

I have three issues I can’t figure out how to solve when the landing page and form is in mobile view. I’m hoping these can be resolved by editing some custom CSS in the Form Theme as I am using the drag and drop Landing Page editor and am not sure how to get to the code there. (What little I've done to the form is probably not totally correct as this is the first time I'm attempting some customization.)   info.usg.com/newyork-acoustics.html   On mobile:   The left and right padding of the form is larger than the padding of the body the form, so the form looks indented. The “Select…” in the dropdown font gets much larger than all the other fonts I don’t have an image of this, but it has been reported by others that only the font between the form and the submit button is showing much larger on iPhones. This does not happen with the message at the top of the form.     Appreciate any assistance!

If you are using Marketo Measure and migrating to a new instance of Salesforce this article will outline the overall steps to follow. Migrating Marketo Measure data from one production Salesforce instance to another can be done if the data is migrated/mapped exactly as it was in the original org to the new org.     A person with SFDC admin privileges will need to complete the SFDC steps. It worked properly for a very long time and today, it randomly stopped routing leads to the correct follow up page. Any help is appreciated.

Currently I am seeing 3 emails that were sent from a program that is turned off. I can see they were sent back in February, where could I find who they were sent to and who sent them. We do have Marketo linked to salesforce so I was wondering if maybe it someone using MSI. I was looking at the program itself but couldnt really pinpoint the 3 emails in February.    thank you, 

My company recently updated our website to integrate with AEM, we have had issues with Marketo programs since then.  Some test registrations (not all) are being captured in the database; additionally, some (not all) are associated with programs.  But in some cases, we are seeing no members are recorded at the program level or database.  This applies to Form Submissions and Link Clicks. Our Data Flow The form submission data is passed from: AEM to Middleware > the Middleware to Marketo > and then Marketo to Salesforce. Prior to the AEM upgrade, UTM values were setup to capture form data and therefore was built to populate these values individually from cookies (we have retained this approach).  Currently, this setup works to capture that form data on the contacts activity and works across non email channels such as paid ads. Hi community, I get a strange error when using a smart list filter "Not Was Sent Email" with a "contains" constraint: No matter what I enter for that constraint, the smart list won't accept it and return Error running Smart ListCheck your Smart List configuration Has anyone experienced this, too? What's going wrong and how can I solve this? I've already tried cloning the smart list, and using it in combination with another smartlist that filters for membership in the above smartlist without the "Not Was Sent Email" filter plus adds just that filter as a second step. Hello, hoping someone can help me with the right filter criteria.   Let's say I have 5 workspaces (which are basically our multiple Brand names). Now I would like to update the field called "Brand Name" whenever a lead gets created in a specific workspace.  For example: A lead got created in "Chili" workspace through SFDC or API or may be any source type. The field "Brand Name" should be updated to "Chili". When a Lead got created in "Tomato" workspace then the brand name should be updated to "Tomato".  and so on.   Considering all the source types, What filters could be the best fit for this? What all I would need to consider before updating the right Brand name?    Suppose If I use "person is created" and Form name (all the forms from a specific workspace). How about the source type? How come SFDC will know that this lead should flow to Chili workspace and The other should go to the Tomato workspace? What would be that one key word?

Hi,  I am attempting to use the Velocity date scripting to show specific event times based on the month.  Currently the actual month is October (10). Hi I am trying to activate a smart Campaign using Marketo API but getting following error :  Unable to parse the smart list rule condition.   In my smart list, I have "3rd Party Activity is Triggered ". Same SC, I am able to activate via UI but through API it is giving error. Any idea on the issue ?   

Hi all, when creating and sending an email in Marketo, if we enable ' track link' on a link in the email, the link always redirects to our home page, regardless of where the link should go. This happens whether or not the 'Include mkt_tok' option is also selected. If 'track link' is de-selected, the link works fine. Any suggestions? Here is an example of a tracked link that should go to a demo form landing page, but re-directs to our home page:  schedule a demo  

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve the ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error?    Already did a DNS flush and the error still persist. Is there another way we can load the /js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js This issue is only happening for some users however one of the users is from our web development team. Hello everyone. I am an advanced user of Marketo and I have used it for many situations for over 7 years. This time I am trying to use it for an internal process and I'd like to set up a trigger on an alert email, so the person that receives the alert email can click on an email and then "something happens" / flow starts that actually replies back to the lead that filled a form.   So far trying different ways I have not achieved it. Do you have any ideas how to achieve this? I'm happy to read work arounds.  Thank you, Denisse

We have created reports in Marketo for our bounced leads, but need a way to surface the bounced leads with sales for follow-up by creating a salesforce report. Has anyone done this before or know best practice or where to start?

Has anyone ever experienced receiving Marketo form registration fills, then upon contacting them, they swear they haven't submitted the form, and don't work for the submitted company?   We are running a series of Google PPC adverts on search terms, specific to our high-Tech B2B industry, that land on our Marketo LPs. The call to action is to fill in the form to register for a software evaluation  https://digital.zuken.com/E3_cabling.html#register    Yet we regularly (according to sales who are following up registrations) encounter contacting people who claim to not have submitted our form, dont work for the stated company and have no idea why we are contacting them.   Has anyone else experienced these issues, or have suggestions on how to overcome?

We have noticed a large amount of Bizible Attribution Touchpoints being deleted month-over-month. When investigating in our SFDC instance recycle bin, these were deleted by the Bizible Integration User (used as an API user for the Bizible to SFDC sync) and some were deleted only seconds after being created.    Our team is currently working with the Bizible support engineer team but was wondering if this has happened to any other Bizible users. 

Hi all,  Hoping there is an answer to this!  My request a demo form has a dropdown to select which various products you would like to receive a demo of, example in the image below:  I'd like to create a different asset delivery email tailored to the specific product that they select when requesting a demo - is this possible as I can't seem to find a way to do it and may just have to settle for a generic asset delivery?    Thanks!
