Adobe Marketo Engage

Hi all,  First off,  apologies if this post is not categorized properly--  not sure the best place for a posts like this to live.  I'm curious if anyone has a solution for a challenge of ours. We are attempting to better understand the meetings that have been generated post attending a conference. Currently we have a manual process that involves uploading lead into a SDFC campaign and then tying any open opps to the conference. What we are missing is the middle data points which are ...how many meetings have resulted from an event.  Is there a way to: 1. Isolate meetings created from events? Meeting source will not work because we do not want to create a meeting source for every event and we do not want it to be a manual process.  2. If the above is possible, can we report in aggregate to show # of meetings held?    Thanks! 

I’d like to figure out for those leads that left the stream and converted, but were pushed back into nurturing, what stream they are in or what content they’re receiving. Second question: The nurture cadence that I have set up in Marketo which all leads are automatically put into as soon as they are uploaded into Marketo - once they go through it and convert to an MQL, is there the possibility that they re-enter that same stream if they are pushed back into the nurture bucket or disqualified from an MQL? I'm trying to figure out if they receive the same email content as the first time they are uploaded into our system if they are disqualified later on.

we accidentally synced leads to the wrong program. They are now in the right one and we removed them from the program. However, the incorrect program is still showing up in interesting moments. Is there a way to remove that?

Hi, I recently switched on the bot filters and we have seen a huge drop in deliverability down from 90%+ to more like 40%.I wonder if it's some how related?Contacts that previously received and opened emails are now marked as soft bounced with reason that their inbox is full. And these are our customers, so we know that they should receive the communication.One thing to note is that we had to upload customer lists due to some sync restrictions with SFDC. This may also be an issue for deliverability.Anyone else seen this? Any other ideas?

We have been implementing Recapcha across all forms to cut down on spam via the newer Marketo integration.  During testing, we found that capcha works fine on our main website(s), but is not allowing the form submission to complete on the marketo landing pages (subdomain is setup on the site key).  Not sure what the difference is.     Marketo LP: https://go.sovos.com/SUT-WC-2021-01-20-SAP-Landing-Page_Sovos-Sales-and-Use-Tax-for-SAP.html Site LP: https://sovos.com/vat/tax-rules/e-invoicing-serbia/   On the Marketo landing page, you don't see the google disclaimer and privacy text at all.  It just fails at submission.     Any suggestions on how we can make this work on our marketo landing pages?

We are trying to connect Marketo instance from Workfront fusion using custom API module and seeing 403 as a response after running the scenario from fusion. Other modules of Marketo  in fusion working as expected like create /update/list record etc,  only issue is with custom API   Has anyone faced similar issue and found a solution ? I'm exploring different options, and wondering if maybe I can do this easily in Marketo.We want to put a form on our website with multiple choices, and only show one question at a time. There would be two paths, based on the first couple questions: If they chose A, then cycle through questions 1 - 3. If they chose B, give questions 4 - 6. This can be done with conditionals in Marketo. But, it doesn't seem to have an option to hide the previous question or have the submit button not show until they've gotten through all the questions.I'm wondering if there's any good straightforward way to show just each question at a time, as they work through the form: A choice is made, then they click to the next question (probably better than just automatically showing the next. Then, when the user gets to the end, there are a couple final questions and the submit button.Doable? Or should I find another way to do this? I'm suspecting a bunch of javascript is needed.

We had set up triggers on the site to send us e-mails when we fill out forms to inquire or download materials, but after a certain time today, we suddenly stopped receiving the e-mails.The "audit trail" shows no history of us doing anything to stop all triggers, and all pages stopped triggering, not just some pages.Does anyone know the cause of this? (I'm using a translation app, so my English is poor, but I'd really appreciate your advice)

How do I sync contacts that are created in Dynamics 365 to Marketo?

I recently set up the SF integration for Marketo. We have approx. 5000 contacts in SF with email addresses, and about 12,000 without email addresses. Unfortunately, the sync pulled over all 17,000 contacts, regardless of whether they have an email address or not.    I am wondering what is the best way to clean this up? We are over our limit for number of contacts now, and I would like for Marketo to only sync contacts with email addresses. I am also worried about deleting contacts in Marketo, which then may delete them in SF, which would not be a good look for me!   What is the easiest way to get my Marketo from it's current state, to where I need it to be? My company has enabled reCAPTCHAv3 on our three main domains (.com, .co.uk, and .com.au) and everything has been working seamlessly, however when I tried to enable it for our international domains I get the "Submission failed. Please try again later." I'm curious whether reCAPTCHAv3 is able to work on international websites with domains like .fr, .it, nl. Can anyone share any insight or clarity with this?

I work in the global section of our company and we are looking to run global webinars next year via gotowebinar, some of our regions already have a gotowebinar license.  Is it possible to integrate multiple gotowebinar accounts via launchpoint.  I saw a post saying it was possible in 2015, but wanted to check it still was.   Thanks 

Hello Dev community, We have encountered that one of our customer that our Marketo integration have multiple leads with same email Id, now we wan't to sync data from our platform to marketo , only lookup field we have is emailId. The api is returning status as "skipped" with error code 1007 and message { "requestId": "17f38#184e1787787", "result": [ { "status": "skipped", "reasons": [ { "code": "1007", "message": "Multiple lead match lookup criteria" } ] } ], "success": true } Is there any cleaner way of doing this i.e. passing a param in request which updates this for all the leads matching lookup field criteria.

Our campaign managers and admins are using the Marketing Calendar to see scheduled and sent activities, but it seems that not all activities are showing up as expected. For example, we have two separate Tradeshow programs that have each had an initial invitation email send, but only one of these is showing up in the calendar. Why am I not seeing all activity? I've set my calendar filters to show basically everything that we have going (entry types and program tags, which also includes Channel = Tradeshow). Also, I'm wondering how to use the calendar entry types that I see under Admin > Tags. What do those relate to, and do i take advantage of those in the calendar?

We have multiple campaigns setup in Marketo that sync with campaigns in Salesforce, that the Sales team use to update member statuses so we can track where they are in the funnel. Individual activity logs in Marketo record these updates to statuses with the activity type 'Change Status in SFDC Campaign' but I can't find a way to report on all occurrences of this activity type, only way seems to be to go in to each individual and export their activity log. Salesforce only seems to report on the last activity date and doesn't seem to log the date of each status change so I was hoping there was a way to run a batch report on activity logs. Any ideas on how to achieve this? Thanks

Hi! Just want to check what happen to my stream cadence schedule. I scheduled it Weekly - every 5 weeks (T,W,TH). However it already sent out two emails. The next schedule set is January 3 and 4. What I really plan is one email every month to be sent out on Tue, Wed or Thu of that month.

We are trying to set up trigger Campaign to send alert when lead is created from facebook or linked in lead gen form. Unable to find the right trigger and filter combination to achieve the goal. Any suggestions would be helpful. Doubt: IF We use trigger"Filled out FB lead gen form" is "Any" and filter as "Not person was created" does this combination works as if lead which is not in database and fills out form would go to the flow?

As the Marketo form fill only updates one record, I am curious if there is a way to duplicate the values in the same fields on duplicate profiles? (In the same way that it does for full unsubscribe) We have a combination of data hygiene issues and a legitimate use case that requires duplicates, so having a solution to this would certainly make our preference center more "robust".

Does the Marketo API have capability to read data hosted on an FTP server?  Currently we use a separate application to digest the file and transfer it to Marketo, but it'd be great if we could just ingest it directly from Marketo.

Hello Everyone!   We are about to start using Knak for the first time to design email and landing page templates for Marketo.
