Hi all,Hoping to get some opinions on a nurture campaign I hope to set-up through the use of streams. I have a rough diagram below.  (Excuse my lack of design skills).   All leads that qualify to be added to the engagement program via the flow will need to get the same emails in stream 1.  Only specific leads need to get the content in the second stream.  I have created a smart list that contains all leads that need to receive this email. Is there a way that I can achieve the below through the use of Transition Rules in streams?  Thank you all.  

I have a field called Prev YTD Transaction Volume which has numerical data in the format 12387646. I am trying to write a velocity script to present this data in a currency format $12,387,646.00. The token for my field is {{lead.Prev_YTD_Transaction_Volume__c}} What would be the best way to write the script. I current have the script as below but the value returned is incorrect.   #set($total = ${lead.Prev_YTD_Transaction_Volume__c}) #set ($total = $number.currency($total)) ${total}

I have ten form fields that are simple Y/N answers (radio buttons) I am looking to have each question be scored as Y=1 N=0 and then pushed to a hidden field that holds the overall value, so if the user answers yes to 6 of the questions the score is tallied in the hidden and would = 6. The reason for this is because I am trying to get the total score at form submit so I can pass it to trigger dynamic content on the follow-up landing page. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

We are trying to CC executive assistants on emails to contacts and wondering if the exec assistant should be a text field on the Contact object or if it can be a Contact Lookup field on the Contact.

We currently have WebEx as our webinar provider and this issue seems to be one that just happened in our most recent webinar today.    We use this token: {{member.webinar url}} to populate the customer information so registrants will have a personalized link to join. For some reason for todays reminder email the link defaulted to our backup page (webinar has not started) and it seemed like for all our reminder emails the link is dead. As a temporary solution, we ran a batch campaign to resend the reminder email with the generic attendee link.    We have submitted a ticket to support however I was wondering if anyone else came across this issue or can offer some suggestions to fix it?

I have a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form which integrates to Marketo.   I need some mandatory fields on LinkedIn, because Marketo>SFDC sync requires it.   However LinkedIn Forms   Do not provide more than 10 choices for custom question (we need more) Do not provide more than 3 custom questions (we need more) We tried to reduce the required custom questions which we can infer, however there is some data we need from the users (e.g. Product Interest) - and we cannot reduce the mandatory custom questions field to 3. We need at least 4.   Is there any possibility/workaround for this?

.mktoForm .mktoAsterix Need to target this for 480px and below media query. I am able to do that, but how can I target just one instance of the asterix where the positioning is not in good alignment? All others are fine, but next to fieldtype of checkboxes it's floating too far above the text label.   How can I directly target that one single instance to control? There is only an ID associated with the label text by it called: LblhotButtons <label for="hotButtons" id="LblhotButtons" class="mktoLabel mktoHasWidth" style="width: 600px;"><div class="mktoAsterix">*</div><div class="mktoFieldDescriptor mktoFormCol">   Any recommendations for injecting more custom CSS into the form? It appears a bit sloppy on mobile phone view when the asterix is floating above the label by about 15px.   Thanks.

Does anyone know what could be causing this form to stay on the page upon submission rather than redirecting to our thank you page? I just started a new job (yay!) and inherited an existing Marketo instance. I'm trying to get up to speed on processes and reporting and see a lot of fields that may or may not be used anymore. Is there any way to run a report go find out field usage? I know there's a tool called FieldTrip on the SFDC side that can do that but wondering if there's anything for Marketo specifically? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Though the Marketo webhook feature is infinitely better than any other webhook/callout feature I’ve used — its flexibility can unleash wonders — the webhook editor has a tiny learning curve.   If your webhook templates are adventurous enough[1] you may encounter this error:   The error message comes from Scala and (just quoting the screenshot!) means your payload can only use 8 known character sequences that start with a slash: \b \t \n \f \r \\ \" \'. Hi all,   I have a question regarding the field value update in MKTO.  Our Marketing team uploads a list every month. If a user comes in via first list import, their "X" field gets updated with value "A".   Next time the same user comes in via list import, their "X" field has a value "B". MKTO automatically does only the "Update", so the "X" field will have a value "B". We can create a temp field to store that value and make "append" functionality to  "X" field to say "A,B".   3rd time, user comes in via list import and "X" field has value "A" again. If we use append, "X" field is gonna say "A,B,A", which is not a best practice.   PS : Marketing doesn't have the track of the data that they upload. They don't know if the same user was part of all imports with different "X" field value. They want to add the field values to the "X" field not overwrite or update.   How can we avoid the field value "A,B,A" and say only "A,B"?   #listupload #marketo

Does anyone know what best practices are if you have a campaign that has a list with records already in Marketo and remaining records not in Marketo. If I import the net new it may during the Salesforce/Marketo sync create duplicates in Salesforce.   What I usually do is one I get the full list of records to use in a campaign I create a smart list under that program and using email address filters I enter the email addresses by batches of 2,000 per filter. I use the 'use ANY filters' and then go on people tab and see which records are in Marketo. I then export that list, dedupe it in excel and then paste the original list on that excel spreadsheet and use conditional formatting to locate the duplicates highlighted in red. I then remove the duplicates and find the net new that way.   Is there a faster process?   I then take the net new and enter them in the campaign through the salesforce campaign tab so that if they exist in Salesforce they will then just sync to Marketo

Please can we stop the Marketo logo from bouncing?!

I'm a marketing team of one, who recently migrated to Marketo from Act-On.    Currently, all Marketo email directed traffic is showing up in my Google Analytics account as direct traffic, and I've been advised that adding UTM parameters to my emails will resolve the mischaracterization.   I don't have the bandwidth to implement a robust UTM program, creating different content parameters for each link within an email.   Rather, I am hoping there is a way to append the Medium and Source utm parameters to all links within an email, either somewhere within the admin panel, or perhaps by using tokens?   If there is a better solution for making sure that Marketo email directed traffic shows up as email traffic, rather than direct, in Analytics, I'm all ears.    Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

Hello, we are facing this issue with Bizible tracking where we are not able to track any form submissions that happen using Sign in with google. No touchpoints are getting created for these form submissions. Has anyone encountered this issue and implemented a fix that is stable. Bizible support has provided a solution but in their own terms its hacky at best. Please help!

I have the following page with a form that has the Known Visitor Custom HTML enabled. https://go.forsta.com/KV-HTML-Test.htmlI haven't added anything extra other than the standard four tokens it suggests.The form loads as expected for known visitors.However it doesn't allow me to submit. When trying to submit the button stays as it is. When attempting to submit I get the following error. Any idea why? These KV HTMLs used to work well a while ago. Haven't tested it recently so I'm not sure when it became non-responsive.

Hi Everyone!    I am hoping you can help me with a re-send for an email in which we originally did an A/B test for. I am looking to re-send an email in which I can send to "not opened email".  I have created a new campaign to send out this second email.    The email in which I performed an A/B test for has the email statistics in the report for the email, however, no results in the smart campaigns designed for delivered/open/ converted (so I know that the email went out correctly because I see results in the report)... I checked the smart list and report to ensure that they are connected to the right original email send, and they were.  This is effecting my ability to re-send the email to unopened, the audience should be 1300 with the not opened filter, but we are at just about 1,800.  It appears that I do not have the option to send to the original email without "subject line test" at the end. We currently have an email in our Marketo instance that is all text tokens that has content updated via the API through the Campaign Request call. However, all of these emails are processed as individual API calls. As we have daily API call limits, and it also takes longer processing to do this individually, which means scaling the send numbers for this in Marketo are limited. Trying to find a way to batch these API calls. I have found some previous posts in regards to exporting the data out of Marketo but not as far as pushing the dynamic content into emails via tokens with the API.  Please let me know if there is any additional context I need to provide.
