We want to disallow CRM users from editing emails in Sales Insights to prevent changes within the template, but is it possible for users to add a note above the templated email to personalize the mailing?

Has anyone tried using one of the new "Salesforce Integration" user licenses rather than a "Salesforce" license for the Marketo sync user? https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?language=en_US&id=release-notes.rn_api_integration_license.htm&release=242&type=5 Salesforce recently granted 5 of these new license types to Enterprise orgs, and it seems like an opportunity to save money and improve security practices (orgs often share the same integration user among different integrations, like Marketo, because the Salesforce user licenses are a big expense).

Hello Marketo people. Has anyone had success with implementing a feedback component which allow recipients to give feedback on the email they received -AKA "Did you find this email helpful" with a thumbs up/down icon? I have created unique link for the two choices, pointing to a "thank you" landing page. I then created a trigger program that writes the activity to a field with a date time stamp along with the email name the person gave feedback on. The problem is that all of this is tied to the lead/contact. It's difficult to easily pull a report to see how emails are performing.

I am looking in to implementing BIMI in to one of our partitions in our Marketo instance. However, we would not want to apply this to all of our divisions, since we have separate brands.    Am I able to implement this to a single partition, or will it apply to our whole instance?   Thanks,   Nando

I was digging into why some of our users aren't being delivered our emails and found a good amount of users that used to be Unsubscribed but at some point opted back in. The Unsubscribe Reason field is not empty on these users and that's the only thing that I can think of that could disqualify them (all other qualifications on these campaigns they meet). Even though their Unsubscribe field is marked false. Is this due to durable unsubscribe? Do I need to bulk clear out the Unsubscribe reason field so that they can qualify for campaigns again? 

Hi all, I've created a Drift Chat Playbook and tested to see if all is working well and the integrations with Marketo & SFDC works well. I've realised that when checking the program for the Playbook in Marketo no results are visible on the program level. However, once I've searched by my email address in the database I was able to see that in the activity log. I've checked In Drift the Integration settings with Marketo and all looks good.Can anyone help to identify where's the issue?

Our company relocated a little while ago. When we updated the address in our email templates, we noticed that the changes were applied to new emails using the templates, but when we approved older emails using the templates, the address was not changed. The problem seems to be that address is within a mktEditable or Editable class <div> tag.   In a post shared with me by Marketo Support, it said I could dissociate the HTML from the mktoEditable class, so that the update can be made across all our emails, however, in another document (https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-blogs/marketo-success-series-email-templates/ba-p/314007) it was pointed out that: "only text that has been defined in a mktoText module will carry over into the text version of your email. Hello, Community members!   I am trying to add a Rich Text field in a Marketo form using API but it's throwing "System error" code 611. The content type used is multipart/form-data. Below is the body content (syntax similar to that described on developers.marketo.com).   Also, can we add JavaScript code to the Rich Text field using API? I don't suppose that anyone has completely clean code for the Marketo Guided Landing Page Template. I needed to change mine as the 'http://' that were appearing all needed to be changed to https:// for things like bootstrap to work properly. I feel like I must have inadvertently added or removed something I shouldn't have as I'm having issues with getting check boxes to appear. Foolishly, I didn't take a clean copy before amending! We utilize an internal CRM and have set up a sync through a third party SFTP process. We are having difficulty showing our sales team activity and the journey of their leads (web, email, etc.). Has anyone else encountered this challenge?   Would be great if we could utilize an iFrame highlighting the activity panel of a contact - but that seems to be blocked on the Marketo side.

We have external developers creating a microsite for us but for some reason the Marketo forms we've created for them are not redirecting to the ungated version of the site and instead just display a thank you message, even though the form is set to redirect. I'm guessing there's a conflict with some other code on the site they've created but is anyone able to see what it may be from this link? Thanks

Hello is it possible to use the report feature to track an id from an <a> tag? I know that if I were to add a link inside a rich text editor, I was able to add an ID of a link (based on this post) and it would capture the ID in a report. Then I was able to filter the data based on that ID.   Now I want to do this to a button made from an <a> tag. The 1003 error is displaying a "customobjects not specified" which I highlighted in bold in my request and is approved with this specific API name in our marketo instance.Here is my request hereby. I want to know if it's possible to send an email to individuals who are new additions to our Marketo database exactly 1 week after being added. Additionally, I'd like guidance on how to configure this setup: Here's the scenario: We have a group of people who come into our database by downloading a whitepaper through a Marketo form after clicking on a LinkedIn advertisement. It's important to note that we use the same form for existing contacts, who also receive the whitepaper offer through email. How can I effectively manage this situation and ensure that only new contacts receive this particular follow-up email?
