Adobe Marketo Engage

We have an issue when cloning a program that already ran with populated static list. When we clone a program which contains a populated static list, it clones the static list with those leads within the new program. Furthermore it creates an activity in the leads activity log. For example if a lead was added to a ‘Converted’ list in the source program, he/she will be also automatically be added to the ‘Converted’ list in the cloned program, even though this lead never went through out this new program nor the program is activated yet.Does anybody know if it is possible not to copy the leads inside the static lists when cloning programs? Or if there is an idea already created that will go in this sense?Thank you!Domitille

 We recently ran an Engagement program with 7 emails sent to 6000 people. Wed like to repeat our nurture campaign and send it to those that didn’t open the emails in the first wave of sends. Is this something that is possible? For example if 1000 people didn't open Email #1 they can be picked up again with another program.

If I recall there is a "min. numbers of time" in the filter of "Clicked Link in Email", today I found it has gone. How can I get this function back or any suggestion that I can get the list of people who have min. clicked my email for at least 5 times last month?Here I can find "Min. Hi guys,    Recently, Marketo is not pushing leads into the campaigns on SF. Looks like all the programs we have built in Marketo are doing that. Is there a solution for this? What steps do I need to take? Thank you. 

We want to fetch emailid and formid of the emails and forms that belong to a particular smart campaign using the smartcampaignid. Is there a way to do this using the API? I looked through the documentation and could not find anything that works. Something like this Asset - Marketo Developers endpoint but with a filter parameter for smartcampaignid.   Thanks!

Question on enabling MSI for SFDC profiles, as the documentation has us confused.   We've successfully installed MSI with Admin Profile permissions only. How do we update other profiles to have access to MSI?  The documentation includes:  For profiles that are allowed access Sales Insight: In Tab Settings, change the Marketo tabs to Default On In Custom Object Permissions, check Read, Create, Edit, and Delete on Marketo Sales Insight Config (if the user should have access to the config settings - typically used for Admins) Does that first step: changing Marketo tabs to "Default On" allow access to MSI for the profile or are we missing something?

Hello all!  I have launched an A/B test of the subject line. Where can I view the statistics for each of the emails? In the dashboard, I can see the number of opens and deliveries for each version, but not the percentages. I know I could calculate it manually based on the info in the dashboard... however, I was hoping to be able to see it in a report. Also,  can I find out which individuals received each of the versions? Thanks! 🙂 

Hello,I'm having trouble embedding the same form twice on a page. I'd like to have a lightbox open on a button click near the top of the page and the form embedded on the bottom.I am close to making it work but the bottom form appears twice. Any ideas? Thanks!

I want to determine if Marketo Custom Objects support this use case:   We sell software subscriptions. An account (company) can have many subscriptions. Subscriptions can have many users (people). Users can be on many subscriptions. In Salesforce, some Subscription Users are on the account as contacts, and other Subscription Users are unconverted leads (not ideal, I know, but not on the table to change at this point).   I'd like to use Marketo Custom Objects to create relationships among people who are members of a subscription and the subscription. I want the subscription to connect at the company level so that only one object needs to be created and updated. If the subscription was connected at the person level, we'd need to create and update the subscription object multiple times over for each person, and I don't want to do that.   Here's what I am thinking: 1. Hello, I would like to create an email template with a footer that will automatically update according to the country in which the email is received. I've already created my segmentation based on an SFDC field. Do you have any recommendations?

I think I know the answer to this but wanted to ask in case I've missed anything. Is it possible to run a report within Marketo that will produce all email activity that happened on a specific date? I am aware that you can specify a report for all activity related to sends on a specific date, but I am instead looking for user activity (with email) on a date rather than specifying the send date. Is this possible? I am aware that you can get this information via the API but we are trying to align/cross-check our API extracts which is why I am looking for a way to do this in the front end.

Hi All,   We are presently in the process of synchronizing Marketo lead data with Adobe Analytics. To facilitate this synchronization, we must obtain the ECID. We have ensured that all cookies are enabled and configurations are set up on both the Marketo and Adobe platforms, following the guidance provided in the Marketo Docs. Regrettably, despite our efforts, we have been unable to successfully capture the ECID.    Please let me know if anybody has the idea for it's troubleshooting.

Hi all,   I'm set up an integration with Zoom webinars which seems to be working well. We want to promote the same webinar to different segments of our database. For internal reasons, the easiest way would be to have separate Marketo webinar programs. I've done some testing, and it *seems* to work OK. People marked as registered in either program, their info is passed to Zoom.   But I'm curious if anyone else done this, and are there any potential pitfalls I should be aware of?  Thanks,James

Hello, we've been relying on the Associate Lead method for dual post submission to pass a Vendor ID that associates track events from Segment with the lead. With the deprecation of the Munchkin Associate Lead Method, we've migrated to a backend form submission but the issue is the time the user gets created, we don't know the vendor ID until after the record is created and we can't associate track events with the lead.    Our current set up is Webpage calls associateLead and save2 at the same time to create the lead. So we have a race condition where the associateLead call is coming from our Segment integration javascript on the page. We're trying to use Tray to put in a delay in the Segment events and we're thinking about sending identify calls through Tray as well as another stop gap.   Has anyone found a better solution in place of the associate lead method for Segment sending data into Marketo?
