Zoom integration - Zoom deprecated the JWT app

Hi all

 

We have the Zoom Launchpoint app and it's stopped working. This morning we received an email from Zoom to say they've Zoom deprecated the JWT app type, and to migrate to OAuth or S2S OAuth immediately.

 

Does anyone know what we need to do here?

Well, as someone who develops apps for the Zoom API, I know exactly what it means technically: they used to support a popular-but-dubious authentication mechanism called JWT, and discontinued support very recently, like in the last 2 days.

 

BUT the official Marketo app (on the Zoom marketplace) absolutely should not be subject to this. Can you try re-authing your Zoom app in Admin » LaunchPoint and see if it persists?

Thanks for the reply. We couldn't re-auth the app - a strange bug just took us to a blank screen and wouldn't register the details but we logged it with a video demo with support and it seems to have resolved overnight so crossing fingers now.
