Adobe Journey Optimizer

My client generates campaigns in Adobe Campaign and journeys in AJO. He wants to analyze some KPIs together IN CJA, for example:number of emails sent/delivered/opened/excluded/failed (sum of emails from AJO and from ACC)number of SMS sent/outbound/exclusion/errors (sum of  SMS from AJO and from ACC)Is this possible? if yes, how can I do it? Thanks!

Hello All, I could not find related topic but please allow me if this question asked before as well. Maybe you know, in February 2024 Significant updates to Gmail and Yahoo's email delivery requirements will take effect. Email senders who fail to comply with the new requirements set by Gmail and Yahoo will experience a negative impact in deliverability and email performance.   Did Adobe take any actions about this ? Should we do something about it ? If you have any information, please comment it. Thank you so much,Best,Firat

Hi,Can we create an audience in AEP where we need to check attribute like '%abc%cdc%'.We can see there is an ability to use contains from the available options but for the above regex we need to apply 2 rules. i.e attribute contains abc and attribute contains cdc.Is there any way we can add just one rule with the regex?

I want to use the landing page functionality to add new data and update existing data in a specific schema->dataset. So that that data can be used for campaign personalization. I see only subscription list can be updated not in a specific dataset with the input data. is there any option to use landing page with the expected behavior

There is an inSegment function to check the current audience membership of a profile but how to check wasInSegment audience membership? Does AJO stores all the previous membership details for a given profile?

How can we use array in the condition and find the same value in the jounrey

Hi community, This is such a silly question yet I can't figure it out. How do you do addition in an expression?  I am trying to find the index of a specific parameter in a given string, then +x to the index number so that I can remove the parameter key name. For example:String: https://www.testsite.com?identifier=12345 I wrote an expression to:substr(@{testsite.web.webPageDetails._tenantID.queryString}, (indexOf(@{testsite.web.webPageDetails._tenantID.queryString}, 'identifier=')) +11) So I want the numbers after identifier= (hence the +11), but I am getting this issue: The expression is invalid : You cannot use the character '+' like this because it is a keyword of the language. Please, add quotes to fix your expression. How do you do simple math in an expression in AJO? Thanks.

Hello Team, Does AJO have a capability to build audience by grouping in the following way. 1. Let's say there are ten profiles with IdentityID and Ranking attributes.2. Ranking attributes are duplicable which means Many profiles can have same ranking.3. Now group those profiles which has same ranking and pick one profile randomly to be shortlisted in the audience. How can we create audience rule for this?

Hi Team,I want to analyze AJO generated in CJA. From my understanding, for that, I need to send AJO data to AEP. How can I do it?

I am getting the below error while trying to iterate a collection attribute(of individual schema) in AJO within condition activity. Can anyone please help with the correct solution ? This is my expression:count(#{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._publicisglobalemeaptrsd.coverageDetails.all(currentDataPackField.coverageStartDate == @{Enrollment_Event._publicisglobalemeaptrsd.planCoverageDetails.planEffectiveDate}).memberID}) > 0

Is there an equivalent of Adobe campaign JS API as given below in AJO? var url = nms.delivery.GetMirrorURL(000000001,"00000002") We have a requirement where we have to generate the Mirror URL and export it on demand by an external application. Is this possible in AJO?

Hi All,I want to move objects ( Audiences, Content Templates, Fragments, Landing Pages, Journeys ) from one sandbox to another using APIs. I have referred to the documentation from Adobe ( https://developer.adobe.com/journey-optimizer-apis/references/sandbox/ ), but I am having difficulty understanding some of the parameters mentioned on the last page (such as visibility). Do we have any other detailed documentation? If not, could you please explain at a high level how I can copy objects from one sandbox to another?

Hi all,I have added a new Schema and created a Dataset using it. Schema and Dataset Profiles are enabled.I used a workflow to upload a CSV file and added it to the Dataset. The data has entered the Dataset but has not been added to the Profile. When I use the API to call GET :https://platform.adobe.io/data/foundation/catalog/dataSets/{DATASET_ID},Fragment information in this API: {    "65081784088a8828d359afd2": {        "tags": {            "unifiedProfile": [                "errors:UPDAEM-089032-500: UPS Store couldn't be created. Hello, I'm trying to create an abandoned cart journey/email and the Event Condition dialog box does not allow me to expand the productListItems.  The message says I must switch to advanced mode however no Advanced Mode button exists.  Is this a bug or is something wrong with the Schema? Also, I wanted to confirm what I should be doing in this dialog is setting commerce.productListAdds is greater than 0 - correct?

Hi,   Email action was added in the journey. When journey gets triggered, but email was not delivered to the user. How can we receive the email alert notification for email not delivered to the user. How can we create email alert for above scenario? Thanks in advance!!!

Hi,I am currently attempting to set up a web campaign in Adobe Journey Optimizer, using a custom identity namespace for my audience. However, I'm encountering issues with activating the campaign, and I am unable to identify any errors or warnings within the campaign. I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide regarding this matter. Note: I have implemented the active on edge enabled merge policy for my created audience. ThanksSankar

We're in a bit of a time crunch so would appreciate a quick response.  We have a profile in AEP that has an ID (userID) and in that profile we have an array of all the accounts the user has. We've built a segment in AEP to qualify profiles based on certain conditions and we'd like to use this segment in AJO for journeys. However, we'd like to split the profiles that qualified for the segments for each them to have just one account value from the array. Is there a way to do this in AEP or AJO?  An example is: Current Scenarioprofile1 -> userID1, [accountID1, accountID2, accountID3]  Desired OutcomeEach of the profiles should qualify for the journey as shown below:profile1 -> userID1, accountID1profile2 -> userID1, accountID2profile3 -> userID1, accountID3

Can we create a query for submission date - current date = 7 days how can we add this quesry in AJO journey condition box

How can we compare (Assume the below scenrio)we want to comapre the event attribute with the profile attribute inside the conditions. we want to check if we have a latest event attribute A - 1 and and if it is presnet in the Profile schema attribute is a array format we want to check latest event A =1 and  profile attribute A= 1 is equal we want to print it in the emails

Hi,  Could anyone provide insights or best practices for seamlessly migrating existing data sources, audience segments, and templates to Adobe Journey Optimiser (AJO)?Or we have to rebuild everything in AJO again? Thanks,Rap

Hi there, I am running into this issue where in the action, request parameters, I get this error message: The expression is invalid : You cannot use the word 'toString' like this because it is a keyword of the language. Please, add quotes to fix your expression. I am trying to send a concatenated string into the request parameter. Sometimes I will need to do data type conversion, and in this case, converting the datetime to string. This works: toString(now())This does not work: #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._tenant.accountid} + toString(now())This does not work: 'Test' + toString(now()) How do I get around this? Thanks!

Hi All,I am facing issue while using offer decision in AJO web campaign. I am unable to activate the web campaign with offer decisions added to it.I am not getting any warnings or alerts while doing the same. These are some of the pointers I noted while creating web campaign with offer decision When utilizing the offer decision in the Web channel, I am experiencing undesirable outcomes, despite the fact that the same offer decision functions properly in the simulation window. While using offer decisions and activating it, the campaign is going to its previous state without any errors or alerts.I would greatly appreciate any leads on this issue. ThanksSankar

Hello All, I have a requirement to get an event attribute(date field) say 'abc_date' and I have an array object say 'mycollection[]' inside an individual record schema,  this array object has a date field mycollection_date. I need to iterate through this array and get the item from the array which has mycollection_date =  abc_date and if it matches, I want to finally retrieve another boolean field eg mycollection_boolfield from that item with the matching dates and check if the field is true or false. This should be done in a condition activity within a journeyAs I see that condition activity in AJO does not support function like each, if else  to iterate and get the required item, is there any way to achieve this ?

Hi,I've created an "Offer Decision" to be displayed on a webpage. However, when I integrate this web offer, the page remains unchanged, neither displaying the offer nor the fallback. Interestingly, when I remove the Offer, other modifications I've made (like text changes) appear correctly. So, it seems the issue is specifically with the offer decisioning. For instance, my original page title is "We are here to create an unforgettable experience." With the offer, I modified the title to "We are here for your customers!" and added the offer below it. When I publish the offer for all visitors (default setting), the original title is displayed, meaning even the text changes I made to the template aren't shown. However, when I remove the Offer decision from the web template, the text updates to the new title (but not the offer as I removed it) Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening? Thanks!

Hello,I would like to create an audience and select people with product id = L00122 and who subscribed to this product exactly one year ago.I don't want to select people in the last year but those who subscribed for example if we are today 04/12/2023, I would like to select those who subscribed 04/12/2022 and each day, the same, one year ago.Is that possible ? Because I don't see the filter "one year ago" in the screenshot in attached.
