Adobe Journey Optimizer

We're in a bit of a time crunch so would appreciate a quick response.  We have a profile in AEP that has an ID (userID) and in that profile we have an array of all the accounts the user has. We've built a segment in AEP to qualify profiles based on certain conditions and we'd like to use this segment in AJO for journeys. However, we'd like to split the profiles that qualified for the segments for each them to have just one account value from the array. Is there a way to do this in AEP or AJO?  An example is: Current Scenarioprofile1 -> userID1, [accountID1, accountID2, accountID3]  Desired OutcomeEach of the profiles should qualify for the journey as shown below:profile1 -> userID1, accountID1profile2 -> userID1, accountID2profile3 -> userID1, accountID3  

Can we create a query for submission date - current date = 7 days how can we add this quesry in AJO journey condition box 

How can we compare (Assume the below scenrio)we want to comapre the event attribute with the profile attribute inside the conditions. we want to check if we have a latest event attribute A - 1 and and if it is presnet in the Profile schema attribute is a array format we want to check latest event A =1 and  profile attribute A= 1 is equal we want to print it in the emails

Hi there, I am running into this issue where in the action, request parameters, I get this error message: The expression is invalid : You cannot use the word 'toString' like this because it is a keyword of the language. Please, add quotes to fix your expression. I am trying to send a concatenated string into the request parameter. Sometimes I will need to do data type conversion, and in this case, converting the datetime to string. This works: toString(now())This does not work: #{ExperiencePlatform.ProfileFieldGroup.profile._tenant.accountid} + toString(now())This does not work: 'Test' + toString(now()) How do I get around this? Thanks!

Hi All,I am facing issue while using offer decision in AJO web campaign. I am unable to activate the web campaign with offer decisions added to it.I am not getting any warnings or alerts while doing the same. These are some of the pointers I noted while creating web campaign with offer decision When utilizing the offer decision in the Web channel, I am experiencing undesirable outcomes, despite the fact that the same offer decision functions properly in the simulation window.While using offer decisions and activating it, the campaign is going to its previous state without any errors or alerts.I would greatly appreciate any leads on this issue. ThanksSankar

Hello All, I have a requirement to get an event attribute(date field) say 'abc_date' and I have an array object say 'mycollection[]' inside an individual record schema,  this array object has a date field mycollection_date. I need to iterate through this array and get the item from the array which has mycollection_date =  abc_date and if it matches, I want to finally retrieve another boolean field eg mycollection_boolfield from that item with the matching dates and check if the field is true or false.This should be done in a condition activity within a journeyAs I see that condition activity in AJO does not support function like each, if else  to iterate and get the required item, is there any way to achieve this ?

Hi,I've created an "Offer Decision" to be displayed on a webpage. However, when I integrate this web offer, the page remains unchanged, neither displaying the offer nor the fallback. Interestingly, when I remove the Offer, other modifications I've made (like text changes) appear correctly. So, it seems the issue is specifically with the offer decisioning.For instance, my original page title is "We are here to create an unforgettable experience." With the offer, I modified the title to "We are here for your customers!" and added the offer below it. When I publish the offer for all visitors (default setting), the original title is displayed, meaning even the text changes I made to the template aren't shown. However, when I remove the Offer decision from the web template, the text updates to the new title (but not the offer as I removed it) Does anyone have insights into why this might be happening? Thanks!

Hello,I would like to create an audience and select people with product id = L00122 and who subscribed to this product exactly one year ago.I don't want to select people in the last year but those who subscribed for example if we are today 04/12/2023, I would like to select those who subscribed 04/12/2022 and each day, the same, one year ago.Is that possible ? Because I don't see the filter "one year ago" in the screenshot in attached.

We are leveraging an AJO custom action to integrate our journey with an internal API. This API takes a datetime argument in UTC format as follows: yyyy-MM-ddT HH:mm:ss.SZ (ie. 2023-12-01T23:59:59.000Z). We are attempting to use the nowWithDelta() function within the request parameters of this custom action. The challenge we are running into is the function returns a datetime more precise than what is accepted by the API. The example below will return a value of 2023-11-14T13:15:58.408771377Z: nowWithDelta(7, "days", "UTC") What I'm hoping someone can help with is formatting this datetime to return a datetime with precision at milliseconds. From the example above, that would be  2023-11-14T13:15:58.409Z. Is there a way to do this formatting with functions available in AJO custom action request parameters?

Hello,   Ive been working with a client to create a data plan around migrating their current marketing platform to Marketo, including creating a schema for standard fields, custom fields, custom objects, and custom activities. There is now an opportunity to use AJO instead of Marketo and I was wondering if and how the data sets between AJO and Marketo differ. My understanding is AJO uses data sets with data fields organized within them that are able to be toggled on/off during selection. Is there documentation that contains a comprehensive list of the data sets and fields in AJO?   Thanks!

Hi I would like to create an action within Adobe Journey Optimizer where, during a journey, a specific profile ID is sent to an external endpoint URL for encryption. Subsequently, the encrypted ID is returned in real-time and integrated back into the journey.

In the context of reporting, the control group holds significant importance. How do you manage this aspect in Adobe AJO/AEP? I've come across several posts where Adobe has mentioned that this feature is currently unavailable, even though it's on their feature list. However, it's an essential feature for our business.Here's my current approach, which I'm currently testing. Please let me know if anyone has a better idea.I intend to implement a percentage split for the same group of customers. The first group will receive the email, while a 10% subset will be directed to update profile. Within the update profile group, we will also designate them as the control group using an attribute. What are your thoughts on this approach?

We want to supply Year in Custom action from the field called registration Date which is in format "YYYY-MM-DD".Inside AJO which fx function we should use to extract year from the same.For example, RegistrationDate ="2022-07-08" , we want to use field as StartYear having value "2022".Please assist.

His idea is to set it at profile level from AEP as a calculated attribute so they can use that information across touchpoints in the user journey. Hi there, I have a cart abandonment journey did where each of the products are listed are multiple objects in the productListItem array. For example, there could be up to (or more) productListItems[20]. I have two requirements: 1) In a conditional node, look for all the items in the productListItems[] and determine if one object matches the filter condition (ex. productListItems[x] = 'ABC'), if yes, send the customer over down the journey. (The challenge here is how to navigate through all the objects? - here's the current syntax: @{CommerceCartv5.productListItems.at(0)._tenantID.productName} 2. In the request parameter, assuming there are still 20 objects in productListItems, is there a way to concatenate all the objects together into one giant string? So the output would be productListItems[1] + ',' + productListItems[2]....[x].  3.Wondering how do I grab a value from productListItems[x] where x meets certain criteria? Hi ,The issue I am facing is the mail is sent through Journeys but not sent to all the targeted audience instead reached some random recipients.Where can I see the recipients name to whom the mail is sent .In Reports could see only the counts. Tried this approach but getting 0 qualified profiles in Audience.  

Is it possible to only have AEP + AJO, without Real-Time CDP? If so, what would operating in that space look like for segment creation?
