Adobe Journey Optimizer

I am trying to use this code: {% let d = now %} {% let frMonths = ["janvier","février","mars","avril","mai","juin","juillet","août","septembre","octobre","novembre","décembre"] %} {% let month=getMonth(d)%} {{frMonths}} {%= formatDate(d, "dd, YYYY") %}  To output the current date in French as below: mars 28, 2023   But what I am getting back when I simulate content is: List(janvier, février, mars, avril, mai, juin, juillet, août, septembre, octobre, novembre, décembre) 28, 2023   Does anyone know how I can achieve just the "mars" in the Month section?

Hi there, I am wondering if there is a way for AJO to determine the best communication method to reach out to customers? For example, we have 3 channels enabled in AJO - Email, Push, SMS. Right now, we have to use 3 different "actions" in the journey to send them out. Is there a way AJO can prioritize say, Email first, if can't reach/no email address, send push, if not, send SMS etc in one single action. Thanks.

We have Business users that create a variety of emails and some things have a standard footer with Images that link to Social media.   Every time they import these they have to identify the Label for the clicks.   Is there a way to have AJO detect the Alt-text?   Seems like a simple item but our team is tasked with making this streamlined so nothing gets missed.    

To refer to a specific location on the mirror page with an anchor in an email's HTML, I attempted to use the following codes: <a href="<%@ include fragment='MirrorPageUrl' %>#vraag2a <a href="<%@ include view='MirrorPageUrl' %>#vraag2a <a href="<%@ include view='MirrorPage' %>#vraag2a  However, this did not work due to the '<%@ include view='MirrorPage' %> portion. It does work with a normal URL. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue in HTML?

Hi all, Can someone help me with how can we send a copy of an email sent through AJO, through a custom action to any external storage solution (by hitting the storage location API Endpoint), such that all the emails sent to the customers should also be stored in that storage solution?

Hi,   We have a journey that should notify customers via email when a product is back in stock. Specifically, the number of customers targeted via email should correspond exactly to the quantity of the product that has become available again. For instance, if business restock 100 units of a product, then exactly 100 emails should be dispatched through Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). We are using business events for this.   I am aware of the profile cap feature in AJO that allows us to control the number of profiles to be targeted. However, this feature only accepts static numerical values and cannot dynamically adjust based on the stock quantity available at any given time.   Is there a method to dynamically set this email limit based on the product quantity indicated in the event's contextual attributes?   One potential workaround I've considered is creating multiple conditions using the data received from business event using advanced expression editor and the

Hi,In AEP, it was mentioned that Look-alike audiences can be used for other downstream usages, as shown below:The newly created Look-alike audience can be accessed in the Look-alike audiences section of the audience details page, and is also available in the Audience Portal and for other downstream usages. But, can we use this  Look-alike audiences in AJO Offers ,as in theory it should be available in AJO but it's not yet clear to me how to set it up for the Offer in AJO. Could you please help me on the same? Hi, I'm currently working on creating some extracts from our AJO instance which would allow us to store internally the html templates created within our AJO instance.This will help us with forming our own internal contact history (fed into from various platforms) which would give a view of the HTML template utilised when a customer was communicated with via a journey.I have looked into extracting this HTML via utilisation of the AJO Entity Dataset. However, as the HTML is stored within a JSON structure it is exported with a lot of additional escape characters that have been added to the html itself. So my question would be twofold:1. Is it possible to extract all html templates from AJO without the added escape characters? (extracting 1 by 1 within the UI is not s suitable solution here as we are looking to automate this process)And2. If its not possible, would some instructions on the actions required to be performed to that "escaped" html be able to be shared so this process of addin

Hi Experts, In one of the journeys, I added update profile action and added the dataset in its configuration field.This is the last step of my journey.The journey is running and profiles are qualifying but I'm not able to see these profiles in dataset. Could someone please suggest if it is possible to get the details in that dataset added in action. Thank you,Shivani

Dear Good People, I am struggling to create an audience based on the custom action id. I mean the persons for whom that custom action triggered. I have used the journey action id like this:But it seems not working as it qualifies 0 persons. I can see it my custom action in the data sets like this:select _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.actionIDfrom journey step eventswhere _experience.journeyOrchestration.stepEvents.journeyID="xxx"Does anyone know where can I find this in the audience section/event? 

Can I create an Audience or Segment of customers with email a suppression list OR use this is an attribute in an audience to get more accurate numbers?  Or is there a way to update the customer profile attribute if they are on a suppression list

How to join journey_step_events with ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset or ajo_email_tracking_experience_event_dataset. Not able to find profile ID in tracking or feedback table and not able to find messageid in Journey table

Hi there, I am looking to configure an event in AJO, for example I am looking for pagename = A OR pagename = B. But I noticed in the editor I can only use AND statement instead of OR. Just wanted to check if there's a way around this or we need to build something higher level to encapsulate these pages and then filter out by Condition in the journey. Thanks. 

Hi, We can add tags to Campaigns, Journeys, segments and links.But it seems like you can only create a segment on the tags you have added to links. Are there any possibilities for creating segments based on those tags?- Cant really find any documentation on this subject Kind regards,Jonas Pabst
