using Target Delivery API in AJO
I would like to use recommended products from Target in AJO email. I should configure Delivery API post request to Target using Actions or Data Sources? How to use that in the journey?

You can use custom action, the API response can be used in email via contextual attributes. check out https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/configuration/configure-journeys/action-journeys/about-custom-action-configuration
