Does AJO generate some dataset which contains all the details regarding what type of:content peronsonalization / syntax  which specific fragments Were sent to customer? 

Hi Adobe Community / Support Team,I am testing a use case in Adobe Journey Optimizer / AEP and need confirmation on whether this architecture is supported.Scenario:I have two journeys.Journey 2 is triggered by a unitary event. Once the event qualifies, Journey 2 sends an email using an email action node.After Journey 2 sends the email, I can see send/bounce/message feedback events written into the AJO Message Feedback Experience Event dataset. This dataset is enabled for Profile.I created Journey 3 with a unitary event trigger. The intention is for Journey 3 to listen for new message feedback records written after Journey 2 sends the email, filtered by Journey 2’s journeyVersionID. Once Journey 3 is triggered, it uses a custom action to send the latest message feedback data to an external system for immediate feedback of email.What I observed:1. Hello Adobe Community Team,We have access to an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) sandbox environment for our organization, Xerago, and are currently facing a couple of issues while exploring the platform. Issue 1: Audience Qualification Not Working We have created audiences using segmentation rules, and the profile data appears to be available in the system. However, the audience is not populating the list of qualified profiles, even though some profiles clearly satisfy the defined segment criteria.We have verified: Profiles are ingested and visible. Segmentation logic appears to be correct. Audience creation completes successfully. Despite this, the qualified profile count remains empty or does not reflect the expected results. Issue 2: Email Configuration Not Functioning in Sandbox The Adobe support team has already completed the email channel configuration in the sandbox environment. However, we are unable to send test emails or execute email-related activities successfully. The co

When I try and add an asset to a content template in AJO I get this red warning symbol. When browsing for the images we can see them but as soon as you choose it, it then fails. This is a new AJO instance and we cannot get it to work with any AEM Cloud assets. We are currently using dynamic content in our emails and would like to take this a step further.Litmus gives the possibility to use personalized dynamic content in emails, such as a countdown, a personalized image based on the customer, and so on.Next to that, an integration with Adobe with NiftyImages is possible to be able to display dynamic and personalized visuals in emails, such as countdowns, personalized images, location-based content, etc.  Can Adobe AJO also supports this kind of dynamic content?

Lets assume that I want to create journey like this.Customer adds to cart. Did not make a purchase  Then I would like to personalize web experience for that user Journey looks as follows: I did not find in the documentation. Is the experience only displayed once? May I somehow configure it to be displayed for 3 days & mulitple times if user follows is still in that journey? Any ideas?

All,  Has something changed with the Snaphot dataset, specifically the segmentMembership. The current journey design adopts wait steps after each segment ranging from 30 mins to 4.5 hrs. This unnecessarily uses a wait nodes. I want to simplify the journey/reduce the number of nodes. Therefore, I instead want to replace these wait nodes with a single custom wait step. I have written an expression. The AJO expression editor has validated the syntax (yay!), so it seems I might be on the right track. However, can anyone confirm that this expression is correct? Do I need to include other functions? Or is there a simpler expression I can write?Note: I am using the event schema to trigger profiles to enter the journey, and each profile that enters is segmented as defined by the triggerDelay attribute defined in the schema construct. I am using this segment to define the number of minutes to wait ranging from 30 minutes to 270 minutes (4.5 hrs).if (@event{DW1267_J1_WBC_Dec_AdvocacyDW1267_J1_WBC_Dec_Advocacy._wbg.customerEventAttributes.nonPiiAttributes.triggerDelay} == "1") then (

We have an ongoing requirement where API triggered campaign will be triggered from CDS source system when they make the API call. The namespace we are using is EID - which is the profile identifier for the existing users within company’s system. Now, we need to integrate another namespace which will be non-profile identifier for new first-time users which are not present in the source system. The source system integration with AJO API triggered campaign is based on campaignID value which is unique per campaign. Now, we cannot add 2 namespaces within same campaign and creating multiple campaign versions based on namespace is not a viable solution. Is there any way we can accommodate the requirement of non-profile identifier and profile identifier both within same campaign? As the campaigns will be relevant for new & existing users both. Another caveat is that in AJO we cannot store the JSON data for API triggered campaigns, only the event-based data will be available in profile stor
