Adobe Journey Optimizer

Hi, My team is working on a use case where we want to send product recommendation email after a purchase is made by a profile.I have access to Adobe Target and AJO , but I want to understand how can I use both (or just AJO) of them to provide a product recommendation over email communication?  Thank you,

To me it seems you need some extended accesses to be able to manage Tags created in AJO by ordinary users. We see the need for change some names and deleting test Tags, but we cant do this else on out own created Tags. What kind of access do we need to do this on a "global" level, regardless of who created the Tag. The question is basically - what AJO access right can do this changes to Tags? 

Hi, Does anyone know how to configure the In-app Web channel for a specific web page? Currently I have it configured for the URL https://interbank.pe and all its corresponding path. But when I try to place the In-app on the URL https://interbank.pe/tarjetas/tarjetas-credito but it is not printing, I don't know if maybe in the channel configuration would be missing something?  Regards,Diego P.

1. If a users has made the purchase in last 30 days with single commerce event / if multiple then the most expensive purchase SKU code should be captured but overall duration is with in 30 days. 2. All these commerce attributes would be passed in the survey url basis the questionnaire would be displayed to the end users. Is it possible to include multiple wait block before the commerce event and dedup the audience ? or other ways to make it happen, please advise !

Hello All, I'm trying to export an audience in AJO from the UI (to Excel or CSV). I noticed there's a way to do it using an API. I'm wondering if there's a different way to do it from the UI, as there's a way to import audiences from the UI. If anyone can help me with this, it'll be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot!

Hello,We are assessing options of supporting approval process for emails in AJO, and we couldn't find a direct way of doing this as we did for ACC. Is there a recommended way to do this for journeys or campaigns, in AJO? Is there something planned in the future to support this flow? Thank you!

Hi,Is there a way to create an audience of profiles who have bounced from a email journey, or have wrong emails, basically email wasn't delivered to them at all?

I am trying to establish the relationship from the destination schema Purchase, Experience Event class, field SKU to the Product Schema, product class, reference field skuID.  Both fields are strings.  Unfortunately it is only giving me the One to One option.  What am I doing wrong?

Is there a way in AJO to view/edit all External Links in my Campaign?For example I have a new email I created with various links such as homepage, primary cta, secondary cta, unsubscribe link, etc.I want to set specific tracking IDs such as ?tracker1=123&tracker2=456&tracker3=890 that append to each url in my email campaign.The other trick here is I do NOT want to do this at the Surface level as I want to manage this at the Campaign level for this. Also, I saw a thread "About Tracking Link Clicks in AJO Emails" and want to know if there is a way to change the Label without changing the Text? Example: link text should be "view my website" with a label that is "webpage-cta".

Is this issue specific to my instance, or is it a global problem? We are migrating to AJO from another Enterprise solution.   Our current email solution allows us to create a rule to dynamically populate the Sender Name, Email Address and Replay address.  This allows the recipient to see the email as being sent from their specific rep in order to build the 1:1 relationship. In AJO, is there a way to dynamically populate this? Currently all we see is the ability to create email channel presents.  This means in a journey we would need to clone the email multiple times and map to each preset.  This does not scale. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Hi, I've created two journeys using Jump activity J1 J2 The custom action is sending journey data to a slack chat The thing is I'm receiving that AJO data twice in slack (and I also tested using email and I'm receiving two emails) Why that? Thanks.
