Hi all,  if we want to send an email only once to a user being part of a segment (only the first email will be a welcome, then he will receive other communications) allow re-entrance disabled is not the right way i suppose.  how could we do? we can use a param in the condition to check if he entered the journey and already received the mail?  thanks

Hi, I've created a transactional journey. AJO is listening an event and then send an email. The email is kind of "Thank you" email so no need of add Unsubscribe button. I've created a Transactional channel surface but facing a warning about missing opt-out button in email body I've tested and published in stage the journey and it's working fine, the email goes to normal inbox and not to SPAM. But, why if I'm using a transactional channel surface AJO warn that? I'm afraid of affect my email reputation. Maybe I'm missing some steps please if you can guide me to send transactional emails without Unsubscribe button and face no warning would be great. Thanks.

Hi,   I created a journey and included a custom action (which should call an API and get a response). When i am running my journey my custom action always goes in timeout step and ends the journey. However when i hit the same API via postman i get result immediately.   This is what i see in test mode    Is there a way to debug it? Can i somehow see what call is being made by custom action ?  Maybe the system which i am calling needs to whitelist AJO IP range?   Any inputs will be appreciated.   Thanks, Arpan

Hi there, We have a batch segment that updates once a day, say 1500 customers and the intention is to send these customers a SMS. One of the requirements is to stagger this list and send say, send SMS to 300 customers every x hours, instead of sending 1500 all at once.  Is this possible to implement in a journey/campaign? Thanks!

We are implementing AJO solution to include the header unsubscribe link , looking for best options to link the unsubscribe interaction data to profile and extract that report for internal reporting

Hi there, Our organization is still using Adobe Analytics and have not moved over to CJA yet. We have set up the AEP mobile SDK and can send push notifications from AJO. We would like to send push notification metrics such as Delivered, Sent, failed etc over to Adobe Analytics to be used. We tried creating a datastream within AEP, defined the event schema with our web/app event schema, and tested with a mapping field with the following rule: "iif (_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus == "sent", 1, 0)" mapping to an event metric in Adobe Analytics. But no luck, can someone advise how can we accomplish this? Thanks.

Hello, I would like to display an offer only for example, only each Monday and not the other days but in the offer, I have linked a rules.So in my rules, I have only attributes with data such as data of the customer but not data of the day ?How can I proceed to put for example, days of the week : only Monday to show the offer.I can only drag and drop data from the customer, there is a way to add some extra code and put some code like currentDayOfWeek() = 1, where can I put this code ? Because I can only put drag and drop things...

Same record with Email is satisfying both the Audience criteria however I am just seeing the record populating in Event Attribute and not in Profile attribute. Hi, I am trying to export all the audience data attributes such as first name, last name, email id (5 profiles are present in the audience) through a single custom action, so that the response of the custom action comes as a set of 5 profiles with their attribute values. Hi, I've created 4 Web offers with different priorities: Ad Offer CXW134asd || Ad CXW133asd Target || Ad Offer CXW132asd Campaign || Ad Offer CXW135asd Each offer will show a different image and each offer have a different Decision Rule. For example "Ad CXW133asd Target" offer will contain a rule where profile attribute "is interested in" = "Ad CXW133asd Target" Then I've created a collection called "AD" And finally the Decision.  But the simulation is not working (showing Fallback to a person who fits a Decision Rule). Is it ok how I added the collection to the Decision?I also tried with this Decision but not working (showing Fallback to a person who fits a Decision Rule)Thanks

Hello, I am experiencing some issues while using Adobe Journey Optimizer and would like to ask for assistance. In the profile tab, I can find the user id 'xxx' under the namespace 'personID'. Although the estimates for the audience 'A Team' show 0, I think the user 'xxx' belongs to the audience group 'A Team'(as the user receives emails correctly when the journey is published). However, when I duplicate this journey and run it in testing mode, I am unable to trigger the test journey correctly using the same personID 'xxx'.  Thanks!

Hi , I am having some troubles understanding composition in AJO. I have a audience with some profiles as its member. If i now want to enrich this audience with some more info like product details , i have to create a composition with enrichment in the workflow. My question is when will this enrichment happen, will it happen everytime new profiles enter or exits the audience?Is there a way to schedule this? @satheeskannak @anuhya-y @akshaaga  Thanks,Arpan Garg
