Can AJO trigger custom content on the website based on real-time behavior?

Hello AJO Community,We are using Adobe Campaign v7. We send bulk emails through the Adobe Campaign Mid Server and real-time emails via the Adobe Campaign Transaction Server. Marketing team has several use cases where they want to send personalized emails based on customer actions.  Given their requirements, we are considering purchasing Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) as a standalone product which Adobe is now offering.. However, since AJO is built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) , we are concerned about the potential impact on features and functionalities if we opt for AJO without AEP.Here are a few specific points we are looking for insights on:Will AJO operate effectively without AEP, or are there critical dependencies that might limit its capabilities?How will the absence of AEP impact the real-time personalization and journey orchestration features of AJO?Are there any limitations or potential issues we should be aware of when using AJO as a standalone product?Would pur

Hello, Can someone please explain all the throttling options to me within AJO? I have a client that says the throttling API and manually throttling via journeys through wait conditions are not an option for them. I am open to all suggestions, or if there are not other options, a further breakdown of the API.  Thank you!

Hi there, We have a schema structure that looks like this:(#{ExperiencePlatform.ABC.profile.tenantid.DDDOfferRecos.all(currentDataPackField.AA.AAOffers.ServiceAddress.offerCategory == "Fastfood").AA.customerID} - DDDOffersRecos is an array- ServiceAddress is also an array I want to loop through all the arrays, and find the first object that has offerCategory == "Fastfood", and return the customerID at the AA object level.  Is it possible to achieve this? Thanks.   

Hi...We are trying to send multiple message for single customer based on his last day purchase data.All the purchase history related information is stored as events in XDM experience event schema.We need to use the past day purchase related information for personalisation and need to send individual message for all his purchase in single journey......Is there a way to implement this solution in Adobe Journey optimiser?

Hello,  I created a Subscription List and attached it to a LP. The LP is designed to the Opt-In to a service. I subscribed myself to the list. What I'm also trying to do is once I subscribe, I would like the Language field on my profile to update - add value 'FR' or 'French' to that field.  When looking that documentation - I see that I can add an Audience Reaction that would then listen to my Subscription list and (I would choose ENTER since they will be added once they Opt-In) and then I can send a Confirmation email. I also tried to use the Update Profile activity, and that where I get a little lost. When looking at the Schemas to choose, I don't see my main schema, can someone guide me on how to get the Profile field updated on the schema.  Also - how can I view the profiles on the Subscription List. I know I'm on there, but the Profile preview always returns 0. I even tried to query my List and it still returns 0, even though the report has 1 subscrip

Hi there, We are looking to launch a push notification with personalized content using attributes from a collection array. Upon inserting the array into the editor, we noticed that there is no option to choose array positions like the advanced expressions and is returning null. Is collection not supported in Push personalization? And is there a way to fetch attributes from a specific array index with criteria? For example, return me the object with product id = 123, and return the other attributes within the object. Thanks.

Profiles are not generating for a streaming ingested dataset. I can see the data in datasets and via query service. But when I am searching for profiles it's not coming.

¡Hola!Ocupo ayuda con una situación que no logro corregir.He creado y enviado varias audiencias al destino de Facebook que tengo configurado en AJO, pero al momento en que hace la lectura en el ads manager de Facebook, me aparece que el tamaño es inferior a 1,000 perfiles, ocasionando que la campaña que quiero enviar no sea efectiva. Ya verifiqué la configuración y todo está bien, por lo que no comprendo cuál podría ser el inconveniente. Quedo al pendiente de sus posibles soluciones, gracias.  

Hi there, Say if we have an AJO journey that has profile re-entrance set to 2 weeks, if we create a new journey version after publishing, will the 2 weeks still apply to the same profiles despite it being a new version? Thanks.

#AJO#Offer Decisioning When an offer is archived or 'unapproved' (moved to Draft state), why does it continue to show under the Offer Collection in the Decision Scope? Shouldn't the Offer Collection within Decision Scope only show the offers that are Approved? Is this a bug? @satheeskannak

Hi there, Just have a few questions on Push notification opt-in/opt out. The only way customers can opt out of push notifications on our app is if they directly configure the settings on their phone devices (not within the app). So if we were to launch a AJO journey, is there a need to have a segment/condition to filter to those who opted-in to push, or basically just send to all and as long as the feedbackstatus is not bounce/error, it would be sending to all those who opted-in? Thanks

Created a content template that includes expression fragments and landing pages. When I use the content template in an email within a journey, the expression fragments and landing pages work as expected. However, when I copied the HTML code of the same content template and added it to an offer (with placement as Email HTML) and included the offer in an email, the expression fragments and landing pages do not display dynamic values after email delivery. Are there any possible ways to use expression fragments and landing pages in offers?
