Setting up AJO to send Audience to Qualtrics to trigger a customer survey

Objective:

- Send an audience to XM Qualtrics to trigger a timely customer survey. 

 

We have followed the AJO & Qualtrics integration automation documentation:

Each time we do this, there is no Run History on the Qualtrics side, yet AJO says the data was sent successfully.

 

 

 

Has anyone in the community successfully set this integration up following these steps or is there a step missing in the documentation perhaps on the Qualtrics side.  When we escalate to Qualtrics support, they say this is an Adobe issue.  I anticipate the same will be raised by Adobe Support.  Looking to the AJO community here for any ideas/support.

Hi @caveman77,

Even I am my project also wants to integrate AJO with Qualtrics. We created the connection as provided by Adobe (same link they shared).

We are able to se some success in the Destination connection  but nothing has been received in Qualtrics. We are not sure if its something that i am doing wrong or its the connection (AJO side or Qualtrics side).

 

 

If someone could help me as well as @caveman77 that would be really helpful.
