Hi, I am working on activating a campaign in AJO. Q1. What would happen if I activate the campaign in UAT environment in AJO? Would it send to all the profiles in the audience?Q2. Is there a way to check the audience to make sure it is correct before activating the campaign? Thank you,

Hi, I am looking to enable birthday campaign in AJO. For the segmentation, I am just checking if birthdate=today's date, ignoring the year. Hi Team, I changed the background color of the content template, saved the changes, and sent a proof to my inbox. However, the background color is still white. Is this issue specific to my instance, or is it a global problem? We are migrating to AJO from another Enterprise solution.   Our current email solution allows us to create a rule to dynamically populate the Sender Name, Email Address and Replay address.  This allows the recipient to see the email as being sent from their specific rep in order to build the 1:1 relationship. In AJO, is there a way to dynamically populate this? Currently all we see is the ability to create email channel presents.  This means in a journey we would need to clone the email multiple times and map to each preset.  This does not scale. Can anyone suggest a solution?

I have to validate if the UTC date from the event is greater than today and falls in between 8 and 9 AM. Thanks and appreciate your assistance

Hi, I have a few tables in Magento cloud and I want to ingest a table data into AEP. I basically want to ingest a column that I want to use in my journeys and campaigns as a condition to check for value. Is it possible to do that? Can I ingest data from this table and use it in AJO? If yes, how?

Hi, I've created two journeys using Jump activity J1 J2 The custom action is sending journey data to a slack chat The thing is I'm receiving that AJO data twice in slack (and I also tested using email and I'm receiving two emails) Why that? Thanks. 

How to check details Events coming into Journey, before they are logged into datasets? Any other table apart from Journey step events?

We have created a few placements (in the same sandbox/environment) for the same channel (web) and same content type (text). But some placements have prefix: 'dps:offer-placement:' whereas some have 'xcore:offer-placement:' Can someone explain why the prefixes are different?@mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak #AJO 

Hi,I am working on a use case where events related to Add/remove from cart could be send even when the user is not logged in into the website. Will there be any problem if we receive events from anonymous users? We would anyway be checking marketing consent before sending out communication. Is there any licensing limit attached to this that says we might exhaust out event calls if we go anonymous? Anonymous users on this website could reach upto 15-20 millions. or even more.

Hi there, We have an event that can have namespace1 or namespace2 in the identityMap, but not both at the same time. In an AJO journey, how can we start a journey with an event namespace that starts with whichever is available in the identityMap? I understand I can achieve this by building 2 different journeys and different namespace for each, but is there another way? Thanks.

Was following the guide from Stensul here: https://helpdesk.stensul.com/en/articles/9616733-adobe-journey-optimizer-ajo  Basically from Adobe Developer COnsole I generated a OAUTH Client ID, Client Secret, Org ID and Sandbox Name and plug those credentials into Stensul. Everything looks like it's working on the Stensul side, but the actual push to AJO (Upload to ESP) returns the following error: Error on: Integration: {"error_code":"403003","message":"Api Key is invalid"}  Request ID: a4081534-8a69-490a-aec6-03fbf3968c20 My assumption is that there may be another place, such as directly inside AJO, where I need to setup something but I am not sure as looking through the menu options, nothing stands out as obvious.

I am seeking assistance with generating comprehensive reports for journeys that have multiple versions. When updating an existing journey, a new version is created, which results in a new version ID and resets the associated statistics. Is there a way to view or pull a report that encompasses the entire journey, including all its versions, to provide a holistic view of the journey's performance over time?

On previous Email solutions, we send an annual tax receipts to donor as a PDF attachment, since having them login to generate from a site is not an option. Is this possible in AJO? Is there an alternative solution anyone has set up?  I have seen this may be an option using SendGrid, which I see is an has a integration with AEP/AJO. We can't provide a URL, as the PDF does contain PII data, and we don't want to have it guessed or indexed.  

We have the entire AEP setup on customer level. And for every customer, all their accounts are available in array format. We want to achieve the below objective in AJO: Objective - For a journey, if a customer ‘X’ gets communication for his one account say ‘123’, they should not get targeted for same account again, however if X opens other account ’456’ (of same or different account type) - they should be targeted. Initially to exclude already targeted customers we were leveraging ‘journey version id’ so that after first communication customer gets scrubbed even if they’re present in source audience. And due to this customer get only one communication for their first account but we want communication for every new account open. Please provide your inputs on the same. @satheeskannak @mohan_dugganab @anuhya-y  or anyone who has achieved this. 

With current ESP we create our email campaigns with placeholder links such as "Primary CTA" and "Footer US EN Legal" and in our ESP we upload a CSV file of links that dynamically create the necessary urls for the email campaigns going out. So a single email with content in different languages gets the appropriate linsk with correct attribution tracking.Is there some way to do this in AJO today or what is the recommended way of doing this? Do we need to build out all of the possible footers and headers and use them as part of a dynamic template or some other method?

I am assigning text to a variable and including basic HTML in it like, br-tag  and some CSS.But, when the test displays in my email it does not process the HTML or CSS, for example,    {% let myCopy = "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua" %}  The output is,  "Lorem ipsum sit amet,<br />consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do <span style="color:red">eiusmod</span> tempor incididunt ut magna aliqua"   Not, "Lorem ipsum sit amet,consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod"I would normally use something like this, to get the proper output,stringToHTML

I cannot use the "Time condition" for the Event, instead use the UTC Date Time that is on the incoming event is in the range of 8 and 9 AM. Any suggestion
