I need to create an expression where I select only people who the payment will expire in 14 days FROM today. The expiration field is called DueDate.The logic would be currant date + 14. What expression should I use and how it would look like?  Thanks 🙂

Hello,    I have implemented the Adobe Mobile SDK in a mobile app, which sends the push token via Adobe Data Collection. The token is received, and I can see it under the profile attributes. However, when I check the AJO Push Profile Dataset, it is empty. This suggests that the data is available in the Profile Service but not in the Data Lake, which doesn’t seem correct. I believe I might be missing something. Could you please help me understand where the data is stored?   Note: I waited one day, data is still not available in datasets. Normally it takes 15 to 30 min.   What I have already done :    1. I reviewed the Union Schema to identify which datasets are linked to the push token details object. I found two datasets: • AJO Interactive Messaging Profile Dataset • AJO Push Profile Dataset I then queried both datasets using Query Service, but both are empty.   .   2. Hi All, I was creating a few rules for my Offers. From the document, I learned that events are not supported in rules. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/decisioning/offer-decisioning/create-components/creating-decision-rules If events are not supported inside rules, why is there a UI section to add events?While creating rules, there is a section where we can add an audience. If I add events in the Audience and use those audiences inside rules, will it work?Thanks & RegardsDeepak K V

team, just to be sure that I would merge different paths into one path after conditional node from the journey by simply stitch common nodes with different paths together. I would understand more about is this as Union to combine all data appended or intersect removing duplicates but to be kept common data from different paths.

Hi Team,Recently a new feature was introduced in AJO which allow you to lookup aep data while targeting customers via email. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/content-management/personalization/lookup-aep-dataI created a profile schema and a lookup schema address both enabled for profile plus also created datasets for both(also enabled for profile). Profile is linked to address lookup via a address id. In audience creation, i see that profile is linked to address properly (i can see all fields of address lookup when i select profile attribute which means the relationship is set properly).   However in AJO when i send an email to the customer and fetch his address details via the address id , i always get empty address.   Did anyone tried this already?   Just for information: I have already enabled dataset for lookup as mentioned on the document    Thanks, Arpan

Hi, I’d like to use a condition within a journey to filter profiles based on email domains, specifically emails with the domain @warder.com from the email object.For example, if a profile has the following emails: [a@asd.com, b@bsd.com, c@mgh.com], I want to ensure the journey only sends emails to those with the @warder.com domain.How can I achieve this using advanced expressions in a condition?I’ve tried an approach, but it seems to be returning all emails associated with the profile rather than filtering for the specific domain.  Thanks

Hi Team,We have recently introduced a new array-type field in the profile schema that stores all past offer codes for each profile. The field contains the offer codes, separated by commas, to avoid the need to load large amounts of data into the contact history event schema.In the audience segment builder, rather than specifying individual offer codes to suppress sending the same email again, we plan to use this array field to exclude profiles who already received a specific offer. The logic we want to apply is a condition like "does not contain specific offer code" in the audience filter.While I understand that array-type fields can be useful for storing multiple values in a single field (in this case, past offer codes), I am seeking further clarification on how this approach will work with the audience segmentation logic. Trying to find out if there is somewhere we can see soft bounces in journey reporting. The bounce reporting only shows hard bounces. Please let me know if this is possible and if so how to execute finding soft bounce reporting. Thanks for the support

Hi everyone, Following the February 2025 Release Notes, the Result Sets feature has been deployed, and I was able to create them in the sandbox I use. Hi, I want to send emails to a group of users whenever an event occurs. Any solution to achieve this?

Hi all, This is becoming an increasingly bigger problem for our AEP instance. We've noticed that more and more profiles are getting merged together due to common ECIDs, meaning customers would login to different accounts with the same ECID browser and as a result the profiles are getting merged together. This is making our push notification strategy more riskier day by day because we could be targeting devices that are completely not associated with the intended account we want to target. As an example, if we have a campaign that wants to remind customers to pay their bill, the customer could be getting the wrong notification due to them logging into another person's account(say parents account) and having their profiles merged together. How can we address this in AJO? Thanks.

Hi, I'd like to know if errors when triggering an API campaign are stored in AJO just as Adobe Campaign Standard showing in UI any error. For example I'd like to see somewhere in AJO the 404 error detail.  Is it possible?

For example: A list of objects with membership details such as membership start, end, year, type.To get a membership type based on year in a journey condition, there are no suitable functions available to filter membership array of objects and get type? Documentation has one such filter function but it's only for custom actions filter | Adobe Journey Optimizer Is there any better way to get membership type from list of membership array of objects based on year of membership in journey condition activity?

Since email field validation and dynamic content blocks aren't built-in features in the Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) landing page builder, what would be the best practice to implement these? Hi Team Today in our AJO journey testing, we are highly dependent on Profile snapshot update which usually takes 24 hours  We can’t use the Test mode functionality of AJO since we are using Read audience activity which is querying the profile segments  Can anyone from the community please suggest the best approach where we can skip the 24 hour wait of Profile update  with regards Richa Chaubey
