Im trying to send a numeric value to Adobe server, i tried with eVar, props, events but nothing works, after many searches came to know that events are best which supports the numbers but when i tried it, it is not sending the given value, will it consider only the instances? If so, please suggest me a way to send the numeric value

Try to reset the admin password following below linkHow to reset the admin password in AEM 6.3 | Adobe Experience Manager but fail and shows that  WARNING: Could not open/create prefs root node Software\JavaSoft\Prefs at root 0x80000002. In Web Launch properties, it's obvious how to sequence rules per this blog post: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-platform-data/rule-component-sequencing/ba-p/362099 But in Mobile Launch Properties, when creating a rule, the Advanced Options just says, "Rule component sequencing disabled" with instructions to enable it in the Property Settings.  But when looking in the Property Settings, no such feature is available to enable. Is it possible to sequence rules in Mobile Properties? If not, in what order do rules run?

I'm experiencing an issue with the incremental load feature in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Sources when connecting to a BigQuery table.Details:The BigQuery table contains a date field called "data_date" of type TIMESTAMP.I've configured the delta field (i.e., "data_date") for incremental load in AEP.Despite this setup, the incremental load does not function as expected.I have verified the delta field values and ensured that the TIMESTAMP field is appropriately populated in the BigQuery table. However, the data ingestion seems to process all records the first time the dataflow runs but never process the incremental data for the new rows in the table for the subsequent daily runs. Any idea what can be going on? Thanks,

Hi folks, In my use case, the consent are storing at IdSpecific level which gets updated into profile and able to create segment as well on top of it but not able to use this fields for mapping while activating it for destination. Any other way this can be achieved or anything I am missing here? Thanks in Advance!

My use case is for a streaming and media services provider where primary account holder can create a Family Account and add/associate the family members with the Family account. The Family account will have a Family ID. Am designing my Schema as follows:1. The Family ID is defined as a cross-device identity and set up as the primary identity.2. The memberIDs variable will contain a list of Member objects.3. How do I realize this entity relationship in AEP? I did not find any datatype of list or array type? Can a variable of list type with multiple objects of Member representing the associated family members be setup in AEP?4. Shall the Member IDs within this list be Secondary or Primary identity? Thanks.

Can you point to a documentation that states the limit of mbox parameters for AEP mobile SDK?  This page does not include AEP mobile SDK (only refer to legacy mobile SDK). What are the various character, size, and other limits in Adobe Target? | Adobe Target  Thank you

Hello,I am currently using the AEP Connector to package audiences into Marketo. However, when a user's email already exists in Marketo, other corresponding fields are not updated. In some cases, when a consumer's personal information is updated in AEP, the updated fields are not synchronized to Marketo.Could anyone help clarify how we can ensure continuous data synchronization from AEP (CDP) to Marketo, especially when there are changes in user profile information?Thank you for your assistance!Best regards,

Hello there,We’re encountering a significant issue with data consistency in AEP during streaming ingestion of consent data from a single server-to-server source. Our expectation is that the most recent consent status will replace older information in the CDP/AEP Profile. However, instead, the older consent data is being retained. This data inconsistency is concerning, especially given that reliable, up-to-date data in AEP is crucial for many users. I’m aware of the upcoming Customer Timestamp Ordering feature which could help resolve this by using source timestamps to prioritize the latest data. However, this feature isn’t available for production yet, has several limitations, and lacks an ETA.Here’s an example of what we’re seeing:UserID Status Time1Skipped14:25:231Accepted14:38:01Despite the second record being newer by 13 minutes (based on the source’s wall clock), the profile sometimes ends up with the "Skipped" status instead of the expected "Accepted" status. This inconsiste

Hi Team, What is alternative for s tracker object in alloy.js. Suppose we have s.pagename, how to write this in websdk.

Hi Team, We have a destination export dataflow on a segment that runs everyday which sends the incremental data to a SFTP location. We are using first name, last name, member number and email id in the mapping. Now everyday there are some profiles (around 10%) that are getting excluded from the export. We want to know the details of the profiles that are getting excluded in everyday's run as well as the reason behind it.Is there any way to get the excluded profiles? Your inputs will be very helpful in debugging this issue. Thanks

Hello,I am currently utilizing the query service in Adobe Experience Platform and I have been able to track profiles that have been included in a communication, whether it be a Journey or Campaign, through specific fields in Datasets. However, I am encountering difficulties when trying to trace back to determine which audience was activated and used for a particular campaign or journey. Are there any specific technical tables or datasets available that would allow me to trace back and identify what audience was used in a campaign or an Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) step? For instance, are there tables that could provide information like "Campaign A activated Audience X" or "Journey Step B evaluated Audience Y"?Currently, unless there is a manual tracking process in place, it seems challenging to ascertain this information. Any guidance on how to effectively track the usage of audiences in campaigns or journeys would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Can we query on segmented audience in Adobe Experience Platform's Query Service? We want to ingest Audience data into a dataset and we are analyzing if it could be done via Query Service.

Hi Team, Greetings!! I would like to know how to integrate Email Data from AEM to AEP. AEM is Source and AEP will be the Destination.

We are migrating sites over to SDK/CJA. We are only pulling in web data and running both until we feel comfortable with the number and don't see any major differences. I ran into an issue on one site where the numbers seem extremely off:AA:   212 PVs, 27 Visits, 2 Unique VisitorsCJA: 212 PVs, 89 Sessions, 83 PeopleThe A.A. numbers seem to be the ones that are off. How do I investigate this issue? Haven't had this issue before on any other sites I've migrated. Thanks!

Hi All,   Is query service supports the Update statement?? Can we update a particular column value on some filter criteria by using an update statement?   Thanks Gouri Raula

Lead to account matching does not consider indirectly linked accounts. Is there a way to mitigate this like a workaround without changing any structure of schema, etc. ?

Hello, Im trying to map csv to dataset  Im having the follow csv:SKUSizeColor10214039001|10233324003|1025377500910|BOYS 6|10.5B1O SAPP|M19 SMO|ALU ALU    and  the follow schema: I tried using the following transformation:arrays_to_objects("SKU", explode(SKU, "\\|"), "_sportline.Color", explode(Color, "\\|"))However, it only worked for the SKU column and not for Color. Could you please help me resolve this issue?

Hello Adobe Community, We're looking to implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) in regions where Adobe CDP is not being utilized. I'm seeking insights on maximizing CJA's capabilities in a standalone environment. (Note: We have subscription to AEP). I am quite confused about how Identity graph and stitching will happen without Subscription to CDP.  What are the native data stitching capabilities available in AEP without CDP?How can I effectively stitch customer identities across different data sources for CJA purpose? What identity resolution options are available in this setup? What are the recommended best practices for identity resolution in AEP without CDP?Which configurations should I consider for optimal results? How should I approach cross-channel identity mapping?Any documentation? or article available to understand different use cases of CJA without cdp?Thank you for your help!

From the AEP Architecture diagram I think Customer AI works at datalake level but not at profile store level, so I think TTL set on an events type dataset will not affect customer AI data requirements. Please let me know if my understanding is correct.  Thanks

Modernising Data Management: The Transition to Lakehouse ArchitecturesIntroduction Data management has taken significant strides in recent years, with Lakehouse architecture emerging as a leading-edge solution. For organizations handling complex data ecosystems, the Lakehouse offers a unified approach that combines the best elements of data lakes and data warehouses. This hybrid model promises benefits like streamlined access to data, performance enhancements, and reduced costs. However, while Lakehouse architecture has the potential to redefine data management, it's important to remember that it is still a new and evolving approach. Adopting a Lakehouse may not be necessary or beneficial for every organization, especially those already operating efficient data platforms. For the largest Indian bank, transitioning to a cloud Data-Lake architecture has brought clear value, yet other organizations may find alternative solutions better suited to their needs. Here's a deeper look

Hi Team,I've read that Adobe charges based on the profiles that store in AEP.Could any provide more information or blogs related to how many rows of data we can store in AEP data lake(dataset)How many rows data in CJA we can use ?Thanks in Advance

Hi all, I have two client which have a server-side forwarding Tags property in place and see the same massice increase in terms of usage in August 2024.In both cases, the increase is about 12x Let aside that the forwarded events for the second client were a lot lower compared to the first client (caused by an invalid tag token), what is going on here? These are billable server calls, correct? Can anyone confirm the issue exists for other clients as well?My clients have no relation with each other.

We were originally capturing the full URL in eVar13 in Adobe Analytics. Now in the XDM, the webpagedetails captures the full URL. So, wouldn't it be redundant to also capture the full URL in eVar13 in the schema? There wouldn't be any impact to reporting in CJA would there? Thanks!

Hello everyone,  Just a quick question, how are other Event Forwarding users optimizing their event forwarding property configs to stay under the 50ms compute time limit in which events are no longer forwarded. I understand that compute time is attributed to number of rules and the complexity of rules.   Are others splitting up their rules across different properties? @61380 representatives, is there a limit to the number of properties that can be created (ie contractual or recommended limits?) Thanks,Ty
