Adobe Experience Platform

We are receiving data into  (AEP) from multiple sources via Azure Data Factory , using SFTP for file transfers. The files appear successfully in the target location at first, and we have a Dataflow set up in AEP to process them.However, when the Dataflow is triggered, it fails with an error, and we’ve observed that the source file disappears after the Dataflow running. Within our ADF pipeline, there is a step where the files are encrypted and then deleted after processing. While we’re not entirely certain this deletion is directly causing the Dataflow to fail, it seems likely that the file is being removed before the Dataflow has finished reading it.Error summary CONNECTOR-1001-500: Error in copying the data from Source.Error code: 2200Description : /mapBVToAEP_DailyEvents_20250707.jsonl.pgp is not a valid file path

Hi everyone,  In my current adobe setup, I have AEP, Event forwarding and Adobe data collection. The use case I have requires me to send data from Websdk to Event forwarding property to Google Analytics. For this particular use case, I need to generate new google client if it doesnt exist and use the existing google client ID if it does exist. How can I do so? Is there a way for me to refer to IDs/parameters stored in AEP using rules or data element in Data collection/launch? If this can be achieved, is this near real time? What is the delay here?  TLDR; Refer to data stored in AEP using adobe launch/data collection.  Thanks for helping :))

On my env would work people from 3 different entities. I would like label datasets in that way:1. Entity 1 users - they would see only datasets with entity 1 data2. Entity 2 users - they would see only datasets with entity 2 data3. Entity 3 users - they would see only datasets with entity 3 data I did this excercise by using Labels. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/access-control/abac/permissions-ui/labels I add custom label to the Entity 1 Dataset and did not add that label to the user group to which Entity 1 user does not belong to. But this did not work. Any ideas?

Is it mandatory to enable a Primary Identity when streaming data from a website into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)? If the Primary Identity is not enabled in an event-based schema, will the data fail to appear in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Workspace?

Hi there, I have question about the incremental data logic when export dataset data: If I schedule a dataset export job to export incremental data on a daily basis, and one day's task fails when sending data to SFTP, will the next day's task resend the previous day's data, or will it only send that day's incremental data? Thanks

Hello All,  We have a few streaming audiences setup with Default merge policies and the data is streamed into AEP. We came across this note this adobe doc and  this post. My understanding is that, if we are streaming the data then the default merge policy would work. But I'm confused because of these two statements here -  Note from Adobe documentation - In order to use streaming segmentation, you must use a merge policy that is “Active on Edge”.  Note from the community response - When it comes to defining segments, you can choose which merge policy is used by the segment definition. The segment builder defaults to whichever merge policy is selected as your default merge policy. Hi all,I've run into issues with mapping inside the data prep tool, specifically within productListItems. The solution would need to be able to iterate through an array.I am experiencing a dataset error where the Quantity is coming back as a string and not a number. I updated the code in my launch script so it would stop happening but am still getting this error about once a day. I tried using the following code within Data Prep Tool using a calculated field but it is still not working. Is there any way to find out what records failed after partial batch ingestion in adobe experience platform UI? I don't have access to API. There is one record failed when ingested 100K record and want to find out what is the issue with failed record? 

Hello, Has anyone tried to bring in the Azure DevOps data into AEP through any connector or storage? I am trying to get my product releases and we use Azure DevOps to track all releases. Having this data would be helpful. Please let me know if anyone has done something similar or has any suggestion on this engineering work. Thanks, Gautham

I can override the on-page Tags script environment on one page of the site frontier.com/shop however when I move to other pages, the Dev environment override jumps out and I'm reverted back to Prod environent. I believe this issue is because on that single page frontier.com/shop the Tags script url is coded fully "https://..." and on other pages it's coded without the protocol (leading slashes only), so the debugger seems unable to handle this use case scenario. Thanks for reviewing! Community Discussion Ref:Re: Adobe Experience Platform Debugger jumps envir... - Adobe Experience League Community - 765618

Hello, I have an error in query service within AEP when I use set auto_to_json=true; and them run the select * from adobe analytics data; Error:  Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'map')I have just use the dataset that is created from adobe source connector. I have 3k+ fields within this that is in JSON format. How does one query this within the query service to get all columns auto populated. ?

Hi - there are 2 Consent Value fields available to use in Audiences, but they are mapped to different paths. One is:  XDM Individual Profile> Consents and Preferences> Id Specific >Marketing Preferences >Receive email >Choice ValueThe other is:  XDM Individual Profile> Consents and Preferences> Marketing Preferences >Receive email >Choice Value We want to create an audience of ALL email opt outs, regardless of ID (we have multiple). Should we be using the second path above where it does NOT reference Id Specific?  Thanks.

Hi all,I’m working in AEP and noticed that the total profile count is not showing on the Home dashboard or the Profiles > Overview page, even though:I’ve ingested data into a Profile-enabled schema and datasetIdentity fields are mapped properly and populatedBoth schema and dataset have the Profile toggle enabledThe dataset ingestion shows success with no errorsHas anyone run into this before where the dashboard doesn’t reflect the profile count even after successful ingestion? Hi Adobe Community,   So my company uses RTCDP and CJA. So for some datasets, we bring them in as events so that they can be used in CJA. However, for audience building purposes, we don't really need the data as events. I have an instance where I just want to most recent record of data for every customer number that qualifies for my audience. I am wondering if there is a way to set the timestamp or somethign so that it's just giving me the most up to date record for each customer. I don't want to set the criteria and have it include a customer that used to qualify but does not qualify anymore.   Thanks, Nick

Hi Community,I have implement Data Usage Labels to Fields Groups using descriptors endpoint API,but to delete the labels using descriptors endpoint if not working ,To delete Dule Labels we should have descriptors ID and I hit GET request to get descriptors ID.but in response we have so many IDs i can't find out the descriptors ID which is belong to a particular field group.This is API request to create Data usage labels using API: Please give insights to delete lables using Descriptors endpoint API.
