Adobe Experience Manager Forms

How can we keep a field or table fixed on every page in Adobe LiveCycle Designer without using a Master Page, while allowing the table to dynamically move to the next page?  I want the upper fields of the content to be populated on the next page when the table breaks dynamically.

Hi All, We are exploring HTML5 forms to be able to complete and submit the forms from Mobile devices. I had few questions related to this and would greatly appreciate if anyone already working with HTML5 forms could provide more insights. 1. What is the best way to deliver/serve these HTML5 forms, should we build a Forms Portal (using Search and Lister Component) then configure it show all XDP templates uploaded to /content/dam/formsanddocuments ? OR Expose a REST endpoint (http://aempublisher.corp:4503/content/xfaforms/profiles/default.html?contentRoot=crx:///content/dam/formsanddocuments&template=test.xdp)With the API approach, I am required to tweak the paths to Client libraries as without those the form is not rendered correctly. Hello, My organisation has demised SMTP auth protocols for sending emails using AEM Forms.They ask to use Graph API endpoint instead of smtp. Is this possible?Thanks  

AEM 6.5, SPA, Angular 9, Bootstrap 4AEM Forms packages:adobe-aemfd-linux-pkg-6.0.1120.zipadobe-aemfd-compat-pkg-2.0.48.zipDate Picker field's calendar widget intermittently displays without any days (see image above).  It works most of the time, but we haven't been able to come up with steps to reproduce the blank popup.  We've seen the behavior on different Date Picker fields on different Adaptive Forms.Has anybody seen this behavior before?Do you have steps to reproduce the issue?Were you able to fix the issue or at least any hints for what to look for?

Hi All, We have some PSD images managed in AEM DAM. These images have the clipping path added to them.It's observed that renditions generated for these images don't retain the clipping paths after they are processed by DAM Update asset workflow.Any suggests or idea how we can retain the clipping paths in imagerenditions?  Thanks,Sayabanna

Hello everyone,I am new here! 🙂 I work for a small part of the Dutch government. In the past we used Microsoft Infopath to fill in our reports. MS Infopath was one of the few apps which was able to build complex forms in a offline enviroment.  But MS Infopath is a thing of the past.... so we looked for a succesor. AEM Forms is able to build the same complex forms. Hooray! It took some effort but we managed to obtain a offline version of the AEM Forms. We need a offline version because several type of reports contain confidentional information. Therefor we are not allowed to connect the computer on which the form is filled in to the internet. AEM Forms is used on a to the internet connected laptop and the PDF forms are filled in on a offline laptop with Adobe Reader. So far so good.... While building the complex forms in AEM Forms we encountered a few problems. Hi.  Here is my scenario.  I have a couple of ImageFields that point to different images that are watermarks and they both are bound to the same data binding element.  Now using JavaScript in designer....i would like to display one or the other, (possibly more) depending on value of the bound field.  ie:  If element is 'A' then use imageField1, or if 'B' use imageField2, etc.    When I add the binding, and JavaScript below.....it does not seem to work at all when I preview.Any help is appreciated.javascript:Document_Instance.Page1.ImageField1::initialize - (JavaScript, client)var watermark_name = ImageField1.rawValue;if (watermark_name == 'draft') {this.access="readOnly";this.presence="visible";}

I am trying to build a form with a table. However the cell content needs to expand and span over the pages.While browsing the forum for a solution, I found an answer where if we wrap the cell in a subform the spanning would work, and it did.However, in a single row, I am not able to resize the cell to the table height. In just this single row. I am kind of lost.Attached is the image of the form. I higlighted the gap that is appearing on this single row, the form is around 30 pages, and just this row is behaving this way.Sorry for the rant but it is driving me crazy. PS: working on AEM 6.1

I have a form that has a question and answer section in a repeatable subform such that the response to each question is directly below the question. The original instance is 1 but an unlimited number of instances can be added. Person 1 completes most of the form and adds the instances based on the number of questions they have and sends the form to Person 2 to answer the questions and sign the form digitally.  Through the action feature of Designer I added a lock button for Person 1 to set all the fields they edited to Read Only and to disable and hide the add and delete buttons that control the instances. The action wizard will only lock the first instance of the repeatable subform not any other instances added on.  I resorted to creating my own scripting to have the lock button attempt to lock all the fields in the instances that are entered by Person 1 but it isn't working properly.  The Subform "RFI" has the repeating subform within it called "Item", A

Requirement is to sum the qty and amount if same item is occurs in dynamic table. I tried some code. But, it is not worked. pls, provide any ideas.

If I am opening my form in two tabs and changing/saving data in one tab, how can I make it reflect in another one.Maybe by refreshing/without refreshing the page OR something like Broadcast Channel API. 

Hi all, Have a question I cannot seem to find already answered anywhere. I want to confirm if I am about to upload a jpg file that has clipping path(s), that once in AEM, an end user can download(rendition to whatever size spec they need) and still see clipping paths in other adobe programs? Hi.  I need to make a form that keeps formating but has text boxes / tables that can expand in size for times when alot has to be written. But that then push what is below down so everything is seen and formating is maintained. This form eventually will be printed and needs to be able everything shown. 

When I am authoring the name on the dialog for radio button eg: contact_method. It is not coming on the html. Getting some different value like this: radiobutton-f9353ec45c_name.Can anyone please help me on this?Attaching sc for your references.

I have 5 check boxes that must be checked on a form. Has anyone used Azure Blob storage as end point for forms submission? Hi Team!We have an issue with Adaptive Forms after updated AEM (aem-service-pkg-6.5.18.0 and adobe-aem-forms-addon-6.5.18.0 was installed). We are using core components. And now the ability to add Adaptive Form Fragments has disappeared for pages based on core component (sling:resourceSuperType - core/wcm/components/page/v3/page). There are no such problems with version 6.5.17.  

I am trying to di digital sigature using AEM DocAssuranceService.I am having jdk 8 and jre version is also 8 . I get the following error javax.net .ssl.SSLHandShakeException:sun.security.validator.ValidatorException:PKIX path building failed:sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException:unable to find valid certification path to requested target. I use the AEM key store . Loaded the keys to AEM store via console. The console gives the option of loading .der key and .pem certchain . It loaded fine. I am using microsoft edge browser . The Keys I uploaded to AEm Keystore are .der format and .pem cert chain

Hi, I'm trying to have a custom email template for a form. However. when editing the form in author, there are 2 options fields there, mail template textfield and a path field for email template. If I remove the template in the given text field (make it blank) and provide a template in the path, it doesn't take it. It is only taking the template code written in the textfield. Does anyone have any inputs on this? Thanks.

I have a form with the submit action set to "Send email" and the email template path set to a .txt file under /libs/fd/dashboard/templates/email. The email is always sent with the content type text/plain instead of text/html. For the contents of the template, I have tried multiple things: copying that of htmlEmailTemplate.txt, editing that to include only a simple test <div>, replacing everything with a full HTML page (starting with DOCTYPE), etcetera. I'm using AEM 6.5.13.
