Hi Team, We have a user group in AEM that needs the ability to manually adjust smart crops for assets, but only for assets that use a particular image profile. We need to prevent this user group from editing smart crops for assets with any other image profile.Could someone provide guidance on how to configure this type of permission. Thanks

If I set the dev pipeline to run on "git changes" and I made 3 changes (3 merged requests) to the branch in a 3 minute interval. Is the dev pipeline running 3 times as well to deploy those changes? Thanks!

Hello Community,We have an AEM–Adobe Target integration in place and are encountering an issue where the hexadecimal location hash stored in cq:ActivitySettings/locations does not match the runtime-generated Target location hash on the page. Because of this mismatch, the activity is not binding to (or activating on) the page.Key observations:          This hash is stored in the locations node after we save and sync the activities, before publishing the actual page.In the working environment, the full hash value is written correctly under cq:ActivitySettings/locations.In the non‑working environment, the hash stored under cq:ActivitySettings/locations is only partially captured (truncated) and does not match the hash generated at runtime.Result: Target activities do not bind to the page in the non-working environment.Has anyone seen a scenario where a custom publish/workflow path interferes with the generation or persistence of the full l

  We had a great session at our Chicago office as we hosted the AEM Midwest Chapter's 9th meeting in the community! I need expert input - we develop multipage court forms that on the last page have three buttons, Print, Save, and Clear. These buttons are in the footer of a master page. We have them set to Visible (Screen Only), but they show up in print. We don't want them to. Must we move them to content pages to achieve this?Thanks!

Hi ,Added some admin group to "Edit Closed User Group" In page properties permissions of specific page . Due to that that page and child pages not accessible to end user. Due to that permission CUG the page is giving 404 to end user however that page persists in publisher. I am curious this config is there long time and we use to do content update on that page, why this page breaks all of sudden. Kindly suggestAEM env: AEM as cloud service.

Hi There, We have created a Custom Job Queue Configuration for a workflow model to control parallelism. However the workflow model has been created on Several instances using Workflow Model page, hence how do I get a topic name for that workflow model so that it binds to customized Job Queue Configuration. For example if Workflow Model name is ABC-Model then I used topic name as following  "var/workflow/models/ABC-Model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model/jcr_content/model","com/adobe/granite/workflow/job/var/workflow/models/ABC-Model" However it is not taking up custom job configuration while running, and there is no way I can find exact topic name. We just know that model is available as var/workflow/models/ABC-Model Any Help is appreciated

Hi, We have many security/groups created under PR and PN node, and we have added many users into those groups manually under both nodes. This is under use from many years, and also currently we are utilizing this for adding/removing people, but from past week we are facing a issue. We created a new group and checked same thing occurred. Issue description: The users are getting removed from the PN instance frequently. The created group is present but the users are getting vanished. This is creating a huge impact.But its working as expected on PR instance. So, please help regarding this. Thanks,Shreyas.  

I have and AEM Designer built form. I can add row instances.  What I need is in each row I want to include a check box and another button else where of the form. And when I click this button It will refer to checked boxes in rows and perform tasks such as delete that instance or include a new instance below etc. Do you have any idea how we can do that?  

Hi Everyone, In Aem 6.5 we had bulk editor which helps to update the existing page properties in bulk via import and export tsv file. However this feature is deprecated in AEMAACS.   Is there any other alternative OOTB way to achieve the same ( this is specifically for AEM sites) ?   Thanks  

Hi Team, We are using PDF Viewer Component on AEM Cloud service.There we also have used the config org.apache.sling.caconfig.impl.override.OsgiConfigurationOverrideProvider~pdf-viewer.cfg.json where we add PDF Client ID that we created from link https://acrobatservices.adobe.com/dc-integration-creation-app-cdn/main.html Now, the issue is I need different Client ID's per domain to make the component working on all the Author and Publisher environment, so I need to create 6 Client ID's which is also create 6 projects in Developer Console, so is there any way where we can use the same client ID for all environments Author and Publish instance. Thanks,SD

I have a content Fragment with these fieldsTitle, Page Title, Canonical URL, Description, tagsI am using AEM AMS 6.5 setup. I need to create a GraphQL query for searching a word, say "Service" in multiple fieldsexample: serach word might be present in either of above mentioned CF fields.I heard, there is AMS limitation that we cannot use OR or in statmeents. Where as this is possible in AEMaaCS. Also, I want to search the word in tags. But CF stores tag path. Hello,we have an AEM + Commerce headless architecture and we configured the Adobe Commerce Product Recommendations (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/overview)We're trying to use AEM Product Recommendation CIF component (https://github.com/adobe/aem-core-cif-components/tree/master/extensions/product-recs/content/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/core/cif/extensions/product-recs/components/productrecommendations/v1/productrecommendations)Opening the component dialog we see this configurationSo, we guess the component knows how to behave according to the page template, so that it matches what configured on Commerce side  But how the component knows which Page type the current page corresponds at? More, to collect behavioral data, we must track them by our self using provided SDK as stated at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce/product-recommendations/getting-started/headless, right? 

I am trying to setup adobe AEM RDE environment.  Have followed the steps mentioned in the following documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/developing/rde/how-to-use. I ran the "mvn clean package" command and then proceeded to run the command in the screenshot attached below("command run" file). Note I have two different project in my repo. I have also created a new dispatcher for RDE environment and added a symbolic link for the same in the active vhost folder. Added the lines present below in my screen shot.  However whenever I try to hit a servlet it only gives default apache output as <html><body><h1>It works!</h1></body></html>.Please let me know if anything else is required.  

Hello Community, In one environment, when I publish a page I do NOT get the Publish (dependency) wizard screen that lists referenced assets (e.g., images, Target configs, experiences). In the other (working) environment, that screen appears and shows “All Assets” with the referenced items (see screenshot). I need to know which group memberships and path permissions are required so this wizard appears and allows me to include dependent assets/activities. /libs/wcm/core/content/sites/publishpagewizard.html?item=/content/project/en/us&editmode Observed:Working environment: Selecting the page and choosing Manage Publication (or Publish) opens the dependency wizard (screenshot).Non‑working environment: The wizard does not appear; publication proceeds (or fails) without showing referenced assets, so dependent items (e.g., assets / Target activities) are not republished.Only difference so far: User/group permissions and possibly a custom workflow used in the failing environ

We have Cloudflare as CDN and the SSL cert is updated there. When I update the SSL cert in Cloud Manager Domain Mapping the cert status shows as deployed and go live button shows up. Since this is only updating the expired cert, DNS configure is not required, so I click on go live button and press on ok.The status doesnot change to verified.  1. Since the cert is already updated in Cloudflare, is it not required to update the cert in Cloud Manager?2. If it is required to also update the cert in cloud manager, how do I change the status from deployed to verified?
