Hi All, I want to load the data from SFTP to Campaign and i have more than one file in SFTP folder, so i want to run one by one sequence the file format .csv or .zip, Please suggest me how can i achieve this i can able to do only single file using file transfer activity, kindly suggest Thank You

Hi, i need to send 40.000 emails to a group of recipients. My criteria is to send first to recipients who have never been contacted (empty broadlog) and if i do not complete my limit of 40.000, i want to include recipients contacted before but prioritizing the oldest event date. So i select first the recipients that i didnt contacted for a while. I am struggling to find a way to do it. Because the split is limiting those 40,000 randomly... Do you guys know a way of solving this case?Thank you!

Hi,I have made changes to a Javascript template - replaced some part of images with their newer version. The template is used in publication model as part of content management system. Now, I want to apply those changes into running deliveries.What is the next step? Dear all,  I am  having problems when doing tests and the visualizations of the in apps that are created inside ACS. I have done the following steps. 1. Install in Experience Platform Data Collection the following extensions Adobe Campaign Standard, Mobile Core and Profile. I already know that I must update them.2. First doubt, there are some properties defined for push, it is necessary to define strictly one for in apps.3. Second doubt, it is necessary to define a rule inside Launch regarding in app tracking i already have one about campaign tracking that makes me understand that it is not necessary to define one for in apps.By the side of campaign apparently SDK is configured correctly and certificates are up to date. If anyone could arise me a little bit of light it would be great. Hi Team, Please can you provide any help with the below issue with the SMS delivery.  I have tried to find out similar questions with the same error and everybody suggests to have a look at a previous successful SMS delivery. Hi,I am looking for a way to add existing instance to user's profile in Campaign Control Panel. I assigned the Product profile and gave the administration right, but still the instance is not available under Instance lists, for example: for IP whitelisting section.Can you give me a hint what should be done here? Thanks,Dominik

I am wanting to send an email which contains content data from a file, this data is generic i.e. it doesn't relate to a specific profile, it is purely email content. I think this can be done using the API, but I am trying to find a way to do it with a Load File in the first instance if possible. 1. I want to run a query that finds the people the email is going to go to.2. Load a file with the additional data.3. Enrich each email address with the additional data4. Send email with the additional data The issue I am facing is that I have to reconcile the load file data to the profile, but there is no reconciliation as the data is generic for all profiles, I simple want to append the data to the temporary resource so I can use the content inside the email. Is there a way to do this? I thought I had a fallback method of creating a table that has the data contained inside it, so the load file updates the table with the data to be used in the email, and then I simply use t

Is there a way to customize report visuals such as bar / line color, width, etc. in ACC?  I have the report built and the data loads correctly but i'm totally missing any personalization options.  Any help would be much appreciated.  My example report is below.

Hi!!at our company we finally managed to send our first push in production to all our subscribers (not profiles) - adobe campaign standard. however, because all our products use the same server, the heavy number of visits at the same time almost crashed our systems and made all the products super slow. therefore, our devops team is asking us to not send push to all our subscribers at once, but to split the sending of the pushes throughout the day. is there a way for us to automatically create a push that will be sent in different times of the day to our subscribers? Something like each hour send to 10k subscribers or something like that. We are not using audiences and profiles yet. If the solution is through a workflow, any example of how it can be done?thanks in advance  

Hi Team, There is a Use Case that we have 20+ Delivery Templates to be configured so that Email's/SMS can be sent from a Workflow. It is difficult to manage the Delivery Logs getting created if we use 20+ Recurring Deliveries as it occupies more space as it creates a Delivery for each Run. We get the Data via External Signal activity which will run many times in a day i e, for each record mostly a Delivery in the Deliveries Tab will get created, which will occupy large space in our Server. Could you Please let me know how to manage creating all the Deliveries (1 Delivery for 1 week/1 Day instead of 1 Delivery for each run of the Workflow), so that it would be feasible and better solution? Regards,Pravallika.
