How to access one field of an upper node in a Data Schema?

Lets say I've a Delivery schema with the next nodes

Delivery/operation/@end

Delivery/maxDate/@maxDate

How could I assign the @621872 value to the @maxDate field?

expr="[operation/@end]" is not working, as it's not detecting the node. But this one would work if @maxDate where in Delivery/@maxDate

Any answer?

Thank you in advance!!!!
