Hi Everyone, we are working on a solution of WA with ACC v8. While going through the documentation, we had a few questions on the the tracking capability of the 3rd party WA BSP. Question:a. Has anyone worked with any BSP for WA? How was the bulk messaging send experience?b. Was read, delivered and other tracking behaviors captured from these BSPs?

Hi Everyone, I'm trying to build a Automated waterfall via script that will take out the activity name and count of each and every task executed and push it to my array. After digging long time in workflow schema i found a element called visual state, which stores the activity name and count for that activity as XML logs when workflow gets executed.I thought to make use of this logs and create a script which will extract activity name and activity count from XML logs and store it in my JSON object.I achieved doing it flawlessly, but the issue is if i modify the activity name in the workflow, only partial text is considered and the remaining text is truncated, can i understand why this is happening?Example for my scenario:Query condition given: "Query: email does not start with 'D' and primary key is not empty and mobile is not empty"If i copy paste the same condition in my activity name: "Query: email does not start with 'D' and primary key is not empt"Only partial text is showing

Hello,We are currently working with Adobe Campaign Classic OnPremise and we believe that after the upgrade we did from Neolane (old version) to Adobe Campaign Classic the public key of the product has been modified or somehow it has expired. How can we access to update it or just get it to modify it in our DNS record so that the emails with DKIM signature are sent correctly?Thanks in advance!

Hello  I am using Campaign classic v7 only without analytics and I would like to set up a trigger or workflow who will sent an message to a recipient if we quit the check out process on the website.We capturing the tag via GA, but for some reason the web tracking tags set up for dont feed the web tracking log data schema in campaign,  I heard that we can use message center, but not really sure how to set it up properly Thanks for any suggestions

Hi, I have a element of a "link" type which I am using on an input form. In my custom JS activity, how do I get the values of selected linked schema (options:dimentions). I can get to other values in JS using activity.label etc. but when I do activity.dimension I get at [Object WppObject] and I tried to use "for each" etc. but I cannot get to the selected schema values "dimensions". I'm facing some delivery issue with my transactional email. Below is a screenshot of the overall email delivery associated with my Real Time event.But on checking the sending logs, below is what I see and I've not received any emails in my inbox as well.It's been like 5 hours now. And the status still remains 'pending'. I have taken the initiative to review my junk/spam folder, yet no deliveries have surfaced. Furthermore, I conducted an experiment by generating a new event and encountered the identical outcome. Any guidance to troubleshoot this situation would be appreciated.Thank you!CC: @satheeskannak  

Hey Everyone!  I have a workflow that creates an export file and I have it randomly select a percentage to be a holdout. I have the holdouts go to an audience every time it runs and adds a segment code. The audience is set to keep adding holdout, it doesn't replace the previous ones.  My question is can you have a workflow look at the audience and pull the profiles that were added in by date? Example: Audience = Billing POV Holdouts > Profiles added to audience in March I do have a segment code as well, can I look at when the segment code was added?

Hi, In a custom schema, for autopk, if we use dataloading, it is inserting Primary key values with +1.. like 1000,1001,1002,1003 etc.. but when we use sqlExc or xtk seesion write, it increments with 30 difference between each value of the Primary key's.. like 1000, 1030, 1060, 1090 etc..... Could you please check and let me know why it is happening and how to solve this issue? Regards,Pravallika.

Hey community -Checking in to see if anyone is aware of how to unlock operator accounts?One of our new users has repeatedly put in their password wrong, they're now being advised their account is locked and they need to try again later. I've reset their password, confirmed the account is not disabled - but the console is still throwing the same error.I've dug around in the documentation, but have not been able to find any info on this locking/unlocking process.Thanks for your assistance!

Hi! I'm using an Union activity after Email delivery to join all profiles who received an email, continuing with an update activity to update a resource.   The issue here is that, if Union activity doesn't receive records from all inbound transitions it won't execute (it's like it keeps waiting for records from the empty inbound transition). And in my case, there're many times where I don't send specific emails (SMA_TEST3) and I want to use the Union for the others which sent emails (SMA_TEST1 and SMA_TEST2) Is there any configuration to handle that? I want to use Union even if there're inbound transitions with no records. Thanks.  

Trying to send a POST request to the Campaign API, I'm getting the following error,"No match in backends for the given tenant id."The campaign instance I'm using is a sandbox instance whose URL is https://acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobe.com/ and the URL I'm trying to send the POST is https://mc.adobe.io/acsXXXus/campaign/mcAdobe/EVTcartAbandonment. I also tried changing the organization to acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox and acsXXXus.campaign-sandbox.adobeBut still I'm getting the same error. Any insights into this would be helpful. Thank you

Does anyone know if Adobe Campaign's documentation on installing DCE (reCaptcha) is for reCaptcha v2 or reCpatcha v3? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/security-privacy/scripting-coding-guidelines.html?lang=en Its seems like reCaptcha v2. Can anyone confirm? If so, does installing reCapcha v3 differ from the documentation provided by Adobe?
