SMS delivery SQL Statement Error

Hi All

 

Getting below error while SMS delivery triggered.

 

 

SMS has been tested and made live and it has been delivered properly ,in between workflow has been paused for a week and it has been resumed. No changes has been made.

 

Now SMS delivery is getting the error.

 

Can any one help me to resolve this issue.

Hi @gowthamr123 ,

 

The error states that the List is missing from "nms:group" Schema. Could you Please cross check your list under Folder named "/Profiles and Targets/Lists/" in Client Console.

Hi @gowthamr123 

 

Could you please check your nmsGroup Schema and try to find the record with id mentioned in the screenshot, it says the query isn't able to fetch the record as it doesn't exist.
