Hi All, I have a file containing X records. I want to load these records in the Y table. Before loading records in the X file in the Y table. I want to understand how many records from the X file are already present in the Y table and how many are not present. The primary key is the recipient ID. Hi, I wonder if it is possible to make dynamic the sender address on Campaign Standard. I see that in Administration>Channels>Email>Configuration I have some sender addresses with a * E.g.: *@brand.com this domain is already registered. Using this sender addresses with the * is it possible to make them dynamic in the delivery sendings? If yes, where can I set the dynamization? Is there any documentation on this? Thanks!

Hi everyone , I have loaded the data using Data loading activity and used Update activity to insert records in to visitor table. It shows 3 records inserted with email , firstname & url. However when I use a query activity and choose Visitors schema in both filtering & target dimension, I see records in preview tab but when I run the query it shows 0 results.  Please suggest.Thank you in advance.

Hey there! I was wondering if there was a better way to accomplish sending a single email variant from several branding configurations. Currently, if I wanted to personalize the sender information, I must construct 1 delivery for each branding configuration. So if I want to send an email on behalf of 15 different senders, I must build a version for EACH of them using a segmentation activity to separate recipients. This becomes very time intensive for large groups of "senders". In contrast, HubSpot offers a delivery setting called the "Sender token" which adjusts the sender information based on the recipients "contact owner". When this is chosen, the delivery is personalized so that the "From" and "reply-to" fields are dynamically outfitted to that recipients data schema.  So in ACS, is it possible to set up a reoccurring delivery that's not aggregated by any time period that can dynamically set the branding configuration based on profile data schema.  E.g.

Starting Jan 3, 2024, on Stage we are experiencing delays in receiving 25% of our transactional messages (50 our 200 messages delayed).  Emails are coming 4+ minutes later.  We are on Adobe Campaign v22.3 build 10653.Anyone else experiencing delays on Stage?

Recently we had an issue with SMS deliveries, and support told us this (see below), how should be this implemented? Further investigation on delivery "stalling". It appears Campaign has container #1 set up for "sms" affinity in the delivery but many of your SMS deliveries have no default typology or affinity, so they default to "default" which sends the SMS traffic to 2nd and 3rd "email only" containers.Usually, we advise customers to keep email and sms separate and this is driven by the typology/affinity. I've attached a .txt.gz that shows all the SMS deliveries that don't have an EXPLICIT "sms' typology/affinity assigned and could be problematic.  Is this something support does, or we can do on our end? Yes, I've implemented typology rules before, just don't understand the affinity part.

how to query the nms:trackingLogRcp to filter out Recipients that have not opened an email/sms/push in the last 6 months?I tried using a Filtering typology, but trackingLogRcp doesn't have a column to filter out Recipients who have not opened an email in X time. 

Hello, Im currently trying to set up an endpoint where the producing system sometimes doesnt send a parameter at all but sometimes does. I know how to set up the endpoint with the parameters but not sure how to handle requests that doesn't have all the parameters that is in the method. I've been trying to resolve a problem for several days but I think it's just an Adobe limitation. If in doubt, here is my question: Is it possible to put recipient data in the variables of a delivery?Let me explain, I would like my variable (which I am going to call gridVersion) to take the value of one of the fields in my recipient table, but I realize that in the delivery variables I cannot access the recipient table, nor even the temporary table (which would be ideal) as the values of my variable are "0","1" or "2", I thought of a ternary function but here too the conditions are made on the recipients table. Thanks to anyone who can help me, I don't know if I was clear.

Hi All, I am getting an annoying error on Campaign Dashboard. While Adobe trying to load the Campaign Dashboard, it is showing following error:Error:The object which you are trying to access is either unavailable or you don’t have the required rights to view it.When I look at the Web logs, I can see following error:SOP-330019 Unable to perform internal call of method 'ExecuteQuery' from service ''. The Marketing instances are hosted by us and I am the Administrator on the instance, so I know this is not related to the access right.The same is working fine on the Prod instance, but the issue I am facing is on UAT instance. I have restarted the Adobe services and IIS on the Web server, but still, I am getting the same error.I searched online for both errors but could not find any answer. I am hoping someone from the community might have faced this issue and knows the cause of the issue and how this can be resolved. Thank youNagender
