Hi all,We've realised that the mirror page in our proofs/test emails sometimes doesn't work or it does but for a very short period (maybe 5-10 mins). I'm working on a weekly file export for an audience that updates daily.  Fields in the Audience:ID, Policy Number, and Date Added (populates the date they were added to the audience) I want to do an incremental pull of that audience, but the export file needs to see the fields in the audience. The activity in workflows that would show that information is the Read Audience activity. I need help figuring out how to use that and only populate the incremental data.  Is there a workaround for this, or am I just going to need to accept that it won't work the way I need it to?

  hi all  m confused how many types of delivery are present in adobe campaign i cam see in documentation2 types of delivery continiusos and recurring delivery but when i check adobe camapign consolei can see 2 new deliveryemaol delivery and delivery activity how these are differnet from other please help     m bit new to adobe please help

Hi, I'm working in AMS on an instance installed by Adobe Engineers on Windows OS. My customer's receiving since years the following problem when add woff/woff2 fonts to its ACC Web Applications:  Finally I read this KB Article https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/KA-22363.html?lang=en# that should provide a solution....but the solution was only for instances with Apache as web server. My installation was realized using IIS but no solution was provided for such a web server: in particular, has anyone ideas on how to reproduce in IIS the following steps for apache_neolane.conf?Thanks a lot, regards

Creating typology rule which will read all the URLs and do some modification on the url.The URLs are getting populated from schema with target data like https://<%= targetData.youtube_url %> . I am using below code to get the url and it gives me output as https://<%= targetData.youtube_url %>.var url = delivery.content.html.urlConfig.url[i].source; How to get the personalized value for the url ? Need the full url in typology rule. 

What would be the best way to retrieve  a list of the recipient ids that have been targeted by a particular campaign during message preparation? for example I want to retrieve the recipient ids so that I can store them in a custom table.

Hey I have scenario where I want to populate the web analytics section custom tag with Campaign name(Folder name). I know it can be entered manually while creating new deliveries, but I want this field to be populated dynamically when we create new delivery. I have trying to achieve this by adding some code in input forms. so far it did not work. Below is the code am using. I work with a large email marketing team who all use ACS. After they've built their workflows and emails, they have a very thorough QA spreadsheet they must go through, and then they send that to someone else to do the same checks. The issue is, lots still gets missed. My thoughts are that a long spreadsheet is not engaging enough. I'm super keen to hear what else people do. Also whether there is a way I could add some "checkpoints" into a workflow with some notes attached so people have to check them before it will continue? Many thanks

Hey Everyone, I'm attempting to process a delivery for a campaign that includes two delivery templates. One of the templates completed successfully, but the second one is showing as "Restart" in the dashboard. This is the first instance I've encountered this "Restart" status. I'm unsure whether I should proceed with a restart or not. Can someone assist me as soon as possible? Screenshot for reference:

We're reading a file from SFTP. This file is called file.csv every day. We only need to load its data if it is a new file, e.g. created or modified today. Is it possible to check the metada of a file within Campaign?

Hi everybody!We have an email template on ACS, where the background color is already white (#F5F5F5) inside the body of the HTML. Once we open the email in the iOS native email app, for instance, it respects the email background color even tho the phone is in dark mode. However, if I open the same email with the Outlook app, it removes the white background. Is there a way to force the email background to be white in all apps??Regards
