Dear community, @parthasarathy   In the database there is a packaged date attribute column that is in the string format. we need to fetch list of rows between from - 230 to - 210 days (for example: from 29-02-2024 to 21-03-2024) to current date. we have a solution but in our database millions of data. It is taking around 3 mints to retrieve the data from the query activity,  Is there any possibilities to reduce the query execution time?  It would be grate if I get the solution. RegardsSatya    

Hi,I want to export all URLs that are used in our deliveries - we need to archive it at external space.I used query and add all additional data that I need - including tracked URLs  ([delivery/trackingUrls]My problem is - how to export actual link that our customer receives within communication instead of "context..."??Could someone help pls ?Kamil

In Input form, how can we restrict users from selecting a certain value in the drop down. For example, I have a drop down field Status that has values Active, Archive or In-Progress. However, users should ONLY  be allowed to see Archive, not select it when in edit mode.

Hi, I have a personalized/unique URL for each recipients from webforms that I would like to send through email. However, when I added the link to the text, I seem to be unable to redirect to that page.When I add it in <%@ include file='<URL of file to include>' %> , it displayed an error. This is my current URL format that will be perosonalized for each recipients:https://berylplusptrsd-mkt-prod1-m.adobe-campaign.com/webApp/APP32?id=<%= escapeUrl(cryptString(recipient.id)) %> Below I have include some images for how my work currently looks like. Hello Community,We have a Campaign/worfklow that is set to run indefinitely in ACC which runs daily. We are relying on Delivery Logs to see if this email was sent, but unfortunately the delivery logs are retained for only 90 days so once the 90 days period is over there is potential a chance that the consumers will receive duplicate emails. Is there a way around this? Is there a property we can set in the Campaign to avoid sending duplicate emails? We have other less preferred options like creating a List or setting a flag in the recipients to know if the emails was sent. But just wondering if there is an option to do this OOB. Thanks for your help! 

Hey Adobe gurus.adobe campaign classic v7 7.4.1 I am working for a client to change their login in their web applications. right now it is hard coded into the flow for the web application.I want to change that to being wither the SSO from the user og the operator. I tried looking at access control in properties, "Enable Access Control" and i get a Not authorized to accessbut i can't find the documentation on how to find out where to setup these logins if it is the correct procedure.  the overall problem is i want the hard coded users gone and give it some authentic login! if i am going in the wrong direction feel free to tell me what else i could look into !  Best regards Robert.

I've set Max. number of retries to 0. May someone tell me why the delivery is still showing "Retry pending"? Maybe changing "Period of retries" to 0h.

Hi All, Hope you are doing great. We are planning to migrate from v7 to v8. Currently, our v7 setup is a hybrid model, and there are significant duplications among recipients, which is causing issues with billing based on unique profiles. Additionally, this client has three different apps, and each app's user ID is stored in the User ID field of the Subscriber Application table. As a result, when a single user installs all three apps on the same device, three different entries are created with distinct User IDs but the same Device ID. This duplication is again causing problems with billing. In v8, we plan to use Customer ID as the unique key for Recipient table. And we would like to map the User Id with the CustID field. Is there a way to link the Subscriber Application with the Recipient schema in v8 to mitigate this redundancy issue ? Please advice. Regard's,Neelam

Hello I'm noticing many service / transactional email addresses we receive with typos (eg gmial.com, homtail.com etc) are not entering the quarantine table as expected. Please see example recipient delivery log of a customer with domain hotmaill.com: Instance setup is shown here too: This is obviously creating IP sending issues as our sender reputation is deteriorating. Is there a setting in config that I need to check? Email Delivery exclusions are always set to exclude blacklisted too.

Hi!First of all I apologize if I am not asking in the right way or in the right place.I am a beginner Campaign user and when setting the filter conditions we had a question/problem.In my company, filter conditions tend to be complex and changing at the same time. It has already happened to us that in some filter conditions it has been necessary to add an "or" to the total of the already existing syntax. To be able to do this, it is necessary to be able to lower the entire syntax one level or, in other words, create a level higher than the syntax in which to do the "or".Does anyone know how this can be done without having to delete everything and recreate the filter conditions with that new "or"?I am attaching an explanatory image with an example of what I have now and what I would need to do.We would greatly appreciate any help on this.Thank you so much.

Hello, After updating servers to 7.4.1 we have another weird issue going on.Issue is with uploading files:Select file upload from local machine. File is uploaded successfully. But when clicking on 'Ok' I get prompt as if the process is not finished   When we click on yes and Ok again we get error As if something tried to read the file. But to me this is not the correct location at all or not full location where the file is loaded.  Any idea what I need to check?Marcel
