Hi everyone,I'm trying to create a query to find targets who opened emails in the last X days/months, but the results include duplicate deliveries instead of unique recipients. I attempted deduplication using the email address, but it resulted in an error.Has anyone encountered this issue before? Hi Community, I would like to know if a user is removed access for the Adobe campaign standard as he is no longer working or changed roles, does it have any affect to the workflows that were created by him/her within the ACS instance? do they run as usual without any hiccups?  

Hi Community! I have a use-case which I wanted to sparre with some of you about. We are looking into making an integration from an external system to ACC, to allow sending push notifications with dynamic content values such as title, sub title, text, and custom params. Also, the external system should be able to chose a target segment which will point to a pre-defined fitering or similar in ACC. So I am looking at docs to figure out the best approach for this, but it is a bit overwhelming to be honest. I have looked at functions like "CreateFromModel" and "SubmitDelivery" but I simply lack some working examples or similar to solving this challenge. Also I am really interested in simply hearing feedback on the approach and possible suggestions to other ways of solving this use-case. Thanks a bunch!

Hi all,I'm looking for someone with experience with the AEM + Campaign assets integration. In the documentation here: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign/campaign-v8/connect/ac-aem#assets-library the last step claims that "Your asset is now uploaded to your email delivery." Does this mean that when using this interface to select assets Campaign is actually copying and loading the image to it's own resources server for the delivery?

I'm trying to exclude records selected from an AWS PostGreSql database from a campaign target in Adobe Campaign Classic.The workflow selects recipients in AC and selects recipients in AWS then exclude recipients from AWS from recipients in AC. Two parallel Query activities and then an Exclusion activity based on the two queries.  If I have admin access this works.But for normal campaign operators the exclusion activity in the workflow fails. The Error in the workflow log: exclusion You do not have access to data in the data source 'adobe:transactions@qa-transactions-ingress.qa.dataplatform.aws.example.com:58143:ssl'.I've created a named right for the data source and assigned it to a non-admin for test.I've tried naming the named right several things without getting it to work:'adobe:transactions@qa-transactions-ingress.qa.dataplatform.aws.example.com:58143:ssl''adobe:transactions@qa-transactions-ingress.qa.dataplatform.aws.example.com:58143''adobe:transactions@qa-tr

Hello,I am trying to use an exclusion activity to exclude 1 population from the primary set based on 4 different sets of criteria: indiv_keyhh_keyemailphone When taking into account these rules, is the exclusion treating them as "ORs"?  For example, if a record doesn't match on indiv_key but matches on hh_key, will it still be removed or does the record need to match all of the rules?  Thanks! 

Hello, We have an issue with users using the 'Keep the result of interim populations' option to validate data in their workflows, and leaving it enabled. This option is not recommended by Adobe for Production environments, as it stores data in temporary tables and takes up disk space, affecting instance performance. We have tried communicating the impact this practice has on the instance, but it is a very convenient method of data validation for users, so they keep using it. I have been told by Adobe Support that it is possible to write a custom script that will disable the KROIP option for workflows. I was wondering if anyone had done this and if they could share the script? We'd like to build a workflow that will disable KROIP for all workflows at the end of every day. Thanks in advance!

We have a formula in enrichment, for example: DaysDiff([cusTable/@Date],GetDate())/7 If the result is 24.14, Adobe is always showing 24.00. I've tried using Round and ToDouble, I cannot see any cause for this rounding. Can anybody point me to how to prevent this rounding happening so we can see the result to two decimal places?

Currently still running v7, but soon migrating to v8. I've created an API connection in the Developer Console and I'm able to retrieve a fresh access token from the IMS server.I'm trying to call the /nl/jsp/soaprouter.jsp by passing the Bearer token in the 'Authorization' header, but I keep getting 'XTK-170019 Access denied'. My SOAPaction is set to dfn:apiCustomers#insertCustomer, which is correct.SOAP XML is as follows FYI, this request works 'in the old way' when I would be passing a sessiontoken. But as that will be deprecated soon, I was wondering what I'm doing wrong when trying to use Bearer token authorization.I'd greatly appreciate your help!
