Adobe Campaign

Hi  I want  to send an email with different locals (Different time zone), in one workflow using recuring delivery, the email will delivery same time in all locals (Adobe campaign Claassic V7) can any one help me with salutation 

We have notice a sudden drop in Open and Click rates on Transactional Messaging. This drop started in September 2022 and taken 50% drop. We have not changed any templates other than a subject line on one campaign, and we had to change the Web Analytics Connector for the new external account.  We are on Release 7.2.2 - build 9349 for Adobe Campaign Classic. Thanks in advance and let me know if you have experienced such drastic decreases. Appreciate your help if you can provide which area to look into and the fixes.

We are looking for migration process from Adobe Campaign Classic V7 On Premise to V7 Managed service Implementation. It would be really great if someone can help us with steps here for migration. 

Hi Experts, After upgrading, we are experiencing an issue. In MOT, the message center workflow - Message Center Execution Instance 2 is errored out. We have reviewed the URL, External Account ID, and the other account information it uses. All seems to be passed with correct values, but still, the WF is erroring out.  Error Message:soapImportBatchEvent    SCR-160012 Javascript: error while evaluating script 'mcSynch_mcExec1/soapImportBatchEvent'.soapImportBatchEvent    SOP-330011 Error while executing the method 'LogonToRemoteInstance' of service 'nms:extAccount'.soapImportBatchEvent    -55 I attempted offsetting the mc_sync scheduler to 4mins off the hour and restarting it. but the issue persists. Thanks for the help

Hi, I'm trying to figure out where we can find the temp tables created while the delivery execution because while checking in the database, I can see many temp tables created in "wkDlv_15487_1" format. I have checked in different schemas but unable to locate them. It would be great if you can help me with the path and also the ways we can delete them as it consumes undue memory space. I'm aware database cleanup workflow performs the deletion activity but in our case, I can still identify many temp tables not being deleted in the database. I have checked the same in the xtkworkflow schema where we have a visual status column that helps with the temp tables even there I didn't spot these values.In addition to the above information, there are different values that get populated out of which one is the mDataSourceContext column below is the format for the same.<?xml version='1.0'?> <dataSource><id>XXXXX</id><workflowId>XXXXX</workflowId><wor

Hi Experts  I've got a few questions i need some help with below; Does Adobe campaign classic have a way of capping or limiting the number of EMAILS sent from Adobe Campaign to Acoustic(EMAIL PARTNER/VENDOR)? For example, if we have an incorrect campaign that pulls 5M members to email when it should be 500, does Adobe Campaign have a way to add a control to the campaign itself that will prevent and cap the number of emails? Such as in this example, if we intend to send to an email to 500 members but Campaign has 5M email that it prepares to send off to Acoustic we would want some way for the campaign to stop and prevent sending those 5M emails to Acoustic.Same question as above but instead of emails we want to know about SMS texts? For example, if we run a campaign that we want to send 500 SMS Texts to members on. Adobe Campaign currently sends those off to our SMS provider named Relay. Let's say we have an error in the campaign and instead of 500 SMS Texts Adobe Campaig

Hi, I have a question regarding one of our transactional deliveries that I'm hoping anyone could t provide some guidance on.We have several brands that all have the same transactional emails.I was looking into the opens/clicks of some of our transactionals and noticed that only one of our deliveries has no open/click data when looking at the delivery (and seems to have never had this?) - though the data does show up in the reports section.I looked at one of our deliveries where it works, and I can't find anything obvious or different between one that works and one that doesn't. Appreciate the help

I am sending emails to end user by using Adobe Campaign. I want to know the status of email sent for example whether email was delivered, open, etc. How can i achieve that.

Adobe Campaign Standard Release 23.1 -2023 indicates that a new out-of-the-box Reporting Enrichment Creation Workflow has been added. Is there additional information about this workflow available somewhere? The release notes only indicate "After importing a target mapping from one instance to another, simply run the workflow to import the corresponding reporting enrichment entries." When would this workflow be run? What level of user would utilize the workflow, e.g., is it something that the standard business professional user would utilize? Is there a video demo of the workflow or other documentation available?

Hello community, I generate a delivery with duplicates :email 1, 2 & 3 for recipient A, email 4 for recipient B.An offer or order number differs in each email.   In a workflow, how can I retrieve the broadlogid of each email corresponding to the correct offer or order number?   Thank you in advance for your help.

We have a client that is asking why transactional messages do not appear in the profile history. Can someone explain this to me? I've looked through the online help files but am not finding this particular explanation.

Hello,  Hoping for some guidance on this. I was wondering what would be the best way to manage the change and testing process in an ongoing trigger campaign. For example, if I were to make a change to an ongoing campaign, is there a way / process to ensure that new trigger doesn't automatically go live without me first being able to approve and test?   Any insight would be appreciated!

Hi,I'm trying to implement a custom activity. I have come few questions but there were no solid answers on the same.From my end,1. I was able to duplicate an activity input form2. Extended xtk.workflow schema to get the activity element.3.
