Hi Team,I am serving video through dynamic media, and I want to customize one of the OOB “Subtitles & Audio tracks” Tab, when you upload a video There is an option comes where we can upload the subtitle and Audio tracks, I want to rename the Tab “Subtitles & Audio tracks” → “Video Details”And let suppose if we upload a subtitle’s then I can customize the Language dropdown -example: If I want to keep only few in dropdown So can anyone please guide me ​​​​​​​1- How can I Rename the Subtitles & Audio tracks  to→ Video Details2- I want to provide only specific language under language dropdown. Thanks ​@kautuk_sahni  ​@arunpatidar  ​@lukasz-m  ​@BrianKasingli 

I'm trying to find a way to export a list of all active and inactive data sources. I've navigated to "Audience Data" then "Data Sources" within the UI, but I don't see an option to export the entities displayed there. Any guidance on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, How should we interpret the “no matching AAM ID” count in the Adobe Audience Manager Server-to-Server Processing Result email? The onboarded CRM IDs onboarded belong to existing customers who have been active on our website, so in theory they should already have Adobe cookies associated with their CRM IDs. What does it mean when an AAM ID doesn’t match? Could these be users who have ad blockers installed, preventing AAM’s demdex IDs from being collected? Thanks!

Hello! TL;DR: I'm wondering if someone out there has knowledge or advice for how to see which attributes/events within datasets are going unused by using the UI or query service (API is not a great option for us). It's understood that there is likely not a one-click solution to this. Full version: I'm a new member of our organization's product team for Audience Manager, and I have been tasked with something that more experienced team members haven't yet encountered. We need to reduce the size of our profile store to avoid going over our contract (and also just for good housekeeping). This reduction in size will likely come from a combination of reducing TTL for events, removing unused events & attributes, and removing entire datasets if they aren't being used. We feel confident that duplicate data is not the culprit, but rather unused data. Dear Adobe Community, We are using web sdk extension on our websites and through which we have integrated AA, AT & AAM tools in our setup.In Target, we have activities configured mostly with Reporting source as AA and very few have configured for Target reporting. On our websites, every data sent to AA will be forwarded to AAM which is fine, however on every pageload web sdk request, Target will be fetching offers and qualified experiences will be sent back to browser and will be rendered on website. All experiences are shown on pageload request only. A4T is implemented. Whenever page request is made to server from browser, upload rendering page, single call will be initiated to Edge which will carry data to edge, from Edge Target request will be made automatically to fetch personalisation, web analytcis data wil be sent to AA and sametime data also sent to AAM. We understand once Target receives request for that page, it makes call to AAM to fetch AAM segment d

Hello I am trying to move 200 segments from one folder to another folder with different DataSource ID, but when I tried to do it, I receive an error message saying that another trait with the same name is in the new DataSource folder. Is there any way to move a trait with the same name but with different SID to the new DataSource where is already a trait with same name but different SID? I am trying with the AAM UI and the BAAAM tool. Thanks in advance

Hello Team, I’m working on the audience section to ensure it stays fresh and relevant. One thing I’m not fully clear on is how best to set the TTL. If a user qualifies for a trait but doesn’t show interest again, how long should that trait remain active? I’m concerned that old data might keep people in audiences even when they’re no longer interested. If anyone has faced similar cases in the past, please share how you managed this specially for time-sensitive campaigns. Thanks in advance.

I'm building a segment in Audience Manager. I would like to use existing traits, without recreating new ones with a shorter expiration time.How can I set a segment qualification rule so that it expires?My segment currently looks like this: (trait 1 OR trait 2) AND NOT (trait 3 OR trait 4) Trait 1 and 2 are qualification traits, like page URL contains xyz and user profile is abc. Trait 3 and 4 are exclusion traits, like form submission OR pop-up view. Qualifying for these conditions triggers a pop-up in the next pageview. Pop-up view is trait 4, so once a visitor sees the pop-up, they are out of the segment. Except for the pop-up one, the traits are all standard with a 120 days lifespan. My stakeholder would like the trigger of the pop-up to always happen at least on the second page view, never on the first. So, assuming a visitor qualifies for trait 1 OR 2 and ends the session, how do I adjust the segment so that they have to qualify again for it in the next visit?

Overflow."The folder I'm requesting from has at month 20 traits inside. I can create traits with no issue.Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi, When I try to create an audience in AEP audience manager, it appears I cannot leverage on the OOTB Page URL dimension (xdm.web.webPageDetails.URL). The only available URL attribute in Audience Manager is the web referrer URL (see screenshot). Is there a way I can create an audience based on the page URL the user visited on our site? Thanks! 

Hi All,  I would like to create two audiences: New Visitors and Return Visitors in Audience Library, using Real-Time Analytics Data as an attribute source. This attribute source only allows me to use Dimensions (eVars/Props) and Metrics, not out of the box Adobe dimensions. For example, I want to define a new visitor as "Visit Number =1 " and exclude any visit number greater than 1. But this dimension is not showing in the drop down menu.  Other alternative is, I can create segments in Analytics, publish them into exp cloud and use 'Experience Cloud Audiences' as an attribute source.  My goal is to use real time audience. Has anyone face the same issue in Audience Library and found any workaround? Thanks.

hi all, have looked at the DIL.js documentation and its rather confusing. Can someone explain me in very simple terms how the DIL (audience manager) needs to work ? When I look at the current set up, I can see numerous demdex.net request. https://dpm.demdex.net/id?d_visid_ver=https://fil.demdex.net/dest5.html?d_nsidhttps://dpm.demdex.net/ibs:dpid=Need some sort of diagram or a rough idea of a flow.  There is also this client side vs server side forwarding, which is not quite clear. My understanding is that the server side forwarding (when enabled on the reporting suite level) share all the data from reporting suite with the audience manager service. It would be good if someone could confirm it. Thanks.

Running into an issue where the segments I was distributing from my AAM destination for my DV360 instance which I ended distributions to back in 2021 are still showing as mapped in DV360. My company no longer uses AAM and after logging ticket with Google support they suggested that I need to reach out to AAM support as this issue was on the DMP side and there is nothing they can do to remove the segments. Are there any options for this considering my company is no longer an AAM customer?
