How to interpret "Non matching AAM ID" in the processing result email?

Hi, How should we interpret the “no matching AAM ID” count in the Adobe Audience Manager Server-to-Server Processing Result email?

The onboarded CRM IDs onboarded belong to existing customers who have been active on our website, so in theory they should already have Adobe cookies associated with their CRM IDs.

What does it mean when an AAM ID doesn’t match? Could these be users who have ad blockers installed, preventing AAM’s demdex IDs from being collected?

Thanks!

@LZhou Yes Ad Blockers or any privacy tools will prevent the sync operation.

Depending on what you uploaded, you could also have CRM IDs that have not yet been seen online  so don’t have a corresponding AAM ID.

Or it could also be an implementation issue whereby the cross-device ID is not being captured as it should
