Hi all,We’re experiencing an issue in our production environment where iOS orders are not being correctly tracked under the Platform (eVarX) dimension in Adobe Analytics. Instead, the data is falling under Unspecified. However, android traffic is being tracked correctly.Here's our existing setup:We’re using Processing Rules to map platform context data to eVarX. Here's the screenshot for your reference.Despite this configuration, iOS traffic does not get mapped and appears under "Unspecified", while Android works as expected. We do not have a staging environment, so this is directly affecting our production reporting.Has anyone else faced this issue with iOS mapping in processing rules?Are there any debugging best practices you'd recommend to validate the exact context data values received?Appreciate any insights or suggestions.Thank you in advance!  

Hello Everyone,I'm new to Adobe Analytics and have created a rule for page load using a specific custom event called 'page load', triggered via Adobe Client Data Layer - Data Pushed. This rule works perfectly in all lower environments. However, in the Prod env (including the author environment), the rule triggers only once—when the page is loaded for the first time. On subsequent page loads, the rule does not fire.Additionally, I noticed that the prod launch script includes headers likecache-control : max-age=3600etag :"1e97f6ab69caa332353cdff72029d3f5:1752060858.688733"server: AkamaiNetStorage What could be the reason ?? I am not able to reproduce in lower env.  

Hi Community,I'm currently using Adobe Assurance to validate AEP events in a React Native application connected to the QA environment. While the Assurance tool successfully connects initially (and the device shows as connected), I encounter the following issue:After a few minutes, Assurance disconnects automatically without any user interaction.Once disconnected, AEP Edge requests stop appearing in the Edge view.To reconnect, I must completely close and relaunch the app, which is disrupting QA workflows.I've already confirmed the following:Assurance is started via AEPAssurance.startSession().All required AEP SDKs are installed and initialized correctly.The app is sending Edge events (AEPEdge.sendEvent) successfully while connected.Logging is enabled, but no specific errors are seen prior to disconnection.I suspect this may be related to WebSocket timeouts, app backgrounding, or platform-specific lifecycle handling in React Native.Questions:Is there a recommended way to handle auto-reco

Is there a way to identify or segregate over 100 Adobe Launch properties based on whether they use only Page view-level tracking or also include Custom Tracking (such as clicks, form submits, or custom Events)?

I have the same table set up in 2 diff report suites. One of the report suite is global which has everything and another is a subset of the global. Both should be collecting data for our homepage. When I pull in 1 homepage url in both report suites, I am seeing minor discrepancies (~5%) between # of pageviews and clicks when I use the 2 diff report suites. Is that expected and why? If not, is there something we need to update in our set up?

Hi Team,We recently moved one web page to AEMaaCS from AMS while rest of the pages are server from AMS environment, we used Akamai redirects to handle this scenario because we want to migrate page wise instead of whole website at once.The issue which we see now on the web page which is rendering from AEMaaCS, the analytics call on page load is not fired in a normal browser but works fine only in Incognito or In-Private windows.We are caching HTML, CSS and Client Libs JS at CDN, but we have explicitly excluded ACDL and Launch URLs from CDN cache./etc.clientlibs/core/wcm/components/commons/datalayer/acdl/core.wcm.components.commons.datalayer.acdl.lc-bf921af342fd2c40139671dbf0920a1f-lc.min.js 

Due to some issue in the website, page view event (image beacon) is firing multiple times from the page. So Adobe has any mechanism in place to exclude those duplicate page view events?

We have users who would like to do analytics in CJA on a population of people who are in an audience in RTCDP. The solutions I have found so far have been to ingest segment membership from the XDM individual profile schema, and while this will tell me audience membership TODAY, we want to see who was in the audience a month ago. Has anyone been able to do this as segment membership overwrites history? 

Hi Everyone, Recently we found the attribution of traffic source might not reflect the reality.The display traffic became much lower than search  before, which is very unlikely according to our google ads data. We did not change ads budget allocation that much between search and display ads.

Hi there, I am working for a client that has different sandboxes for different geographic areas (2 sandboxes).They would like to have a unique view in CJA, so that the reports/dashboards can offer a 360° view on all the countries, without the segregation of the 2 underlying sandboxes. Is there any (easy and out-of-the-box) way to do so?We think connections can only be to single sandboxes. We would like to understand if there is any smart way to achieve this, other than having to copy all the data from the 2 underlying sandboxes to a 3rd sandbox that would be connected to CJA. This would be a very cumbersome workaround, involving lots of manual work, many data flows, and would be very prone to errors and with an high data latency given all the data transfers - other than being a very expensive solution, given the additional sandbox and the duplication of the profiles from the underlying sandboxes to the new merged one. Many thanks!

Hi folks, I am trying to bridge offline and online data in CJA. However, weird numbers or paths appear as if something is wrong with the implementation.Considering that there s no problem with the Web SDK, and we think to have implemented offline data correctly. what troubleshooting steps can i go through?if anyone has had a similar experience before, what solution have they found?

Coming from the Financial Services sector where our sales/engagement cycles tend to be months long. It takes prospects a while to decide to speak with us, let alone become a client. Our Marketing Channel Expiration is set to 1 day currently, which makes no sense given the context. What is the recommended Marketing Channel Expiration for Financial Services. I suspect a month at least, if not longer, but I'd like to hear recommendations.

I have migrated a client's website from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and want to ensure that the data is populating consistently across both platforms. Specifically, I need to compare the data in an Adobe Analytics report suite to the corresponding data view in CJA. Is there a more efficient way to validate the data rather then going through each individual dimension/metric to compare?  Appreciate any insight on:- Best practices for ensuring data consistency between Adobe Analytics and CJA.- Common issues / discrepancies to watch out for during this comparison.- Tools or workflows that can streamline the validation process.

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) where the same anonymous user (ECID) is being associated with multiple ECIDs across sessions (multiple Person IDs) — even when using the same browser and device. Here's my configuration:"Identity Map" data element type defined by Adobe Experience Platform Web SDK extension. Storage Duration: "None".ECID stored in another field for debugging purposes ("identities.ecid.id"). This field is populated by a data element with Storage Duration: "Visitor". If I check on History of the scheduler, it shows: Initiated > Queued > Referesh Start > Refresh in progress "Workbook Sent" is never shown. What could be the reason? I have tried everything

Hello Everyone,  I am checking  the possibility of extracting the definition of segment into a JSON format. The scope of segment definition  is the filters that compromise the build of the segments , like the dimensions used, other segments etc.,

I want to know what's the return visit rate of users who watched a livestream. Would it be best to set up a segment? How should I set up my tables to get this data.

On any given page, I track the following interactions:Video viewsAsset downloadsInteraction with page navigationInteraction with body componentsEngagement with the chat bot50% and 75% page scrollTo evaluate the performance of any page, I want to create a single metric that incorporates all of these interactions. I am considering a straightforward approach as follows:Create a segment that includes visits (visit container) with video views, asset downloads, interactions, engagement with the chat bot, or a 50% page scroll. Let’s name this segment "Page Engagement."Create a calculated metric:(Page Views where Page Engagement Exists) / Total Page ViewsAdded screenshots for reference. I would appreciate any recommendations or alternative approaches and would welcome suggestions on how to improve or refine this setup.

I wanted to track the fallout rate between two pages:  a homepage and a conversion page.  Easy peasy.  Then I decided to dig a bit deeper and trend the touchpoint.  It doesn't work.  If I do a fall out for any given day in the range, it is lower than the one reported by about 10%.  Not a trivial difference. What am I missing, or is there a bug? Which data point is the reliable one?  Note that if i break down a day by hour, there is a similar impact.  Averaging the elements manually, does not equal the average displayed.

One of our business units has their marketing channels set up with Direct Load as a channel and with it checked to Override Last Touch Channel. I know this goes against Adobe's best practices, but what are the implications of having it set up this way? What does this do to your data? Some in the business believe that it simply prevents the next session from getting attributed to another channel when its a Direct entry, but I would assume just using default attribution metrics would do this. So are we actually doing something else or more when we have Direct checked to Override Last-Touch Channel?
