Hi Everyone, We set up eCommerce tracking and at the time of order confirmation we are capturing product ids. In order confirmation page, there is a list of recommended product and we also want to capture recommended product id. Any thoughts ?  how can we capture recommended product ids at the time of purchase.** Adobe target is not used for recommendation Thanks.

Hi,We are trying to set up cross-domain tracking according to this guide: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/id-service/using/id-service-api/methods/appendvisitorid.htmlIt seems this works fine when the user hasn't already visited the destination domain. They land on that domain and their experience cloud ID is set to the one specified in the query string.If they have however already previously visited the destination domain and thereby have an experience cloud ID, it doesn't work. The Experience Cloud ID service doesn't run and the visitor ID is not synced.Is this intended behavior? Should it only work for visitors who haven't previously been to the destination domain? If not, can I force the ID service to run and overwrite the existing ECID with the one from the query string?

You can tag eVars, props, success events, segments, and calculated metrics to make reporting more efficient and accurate for all analysts, especially those that are new to Adobe Analytics. Tagging components simplifies the reporting process, as you can group items related to a specific project or analysis. For instance, you can group specific calculated metrics and segments created for a specific Campaign into groups dedicated to each Campaign Name to ensure analysts are leveraging the most optimal components for the analysis. A second example is to create tag groups for performance vs. conversion components to ensure analysts are selecting the appropriate items for either user performance or conversion dashboards.  You can add components to existing tag groups using the right-hand rail in Workspace. For the most part, values are as expected and I can find a matching Browser. However, some rows in my data feed are tagged as 0. Does that mean this value was missing from that hit and Excel is simply inserting a 0? (I know Excel does some strange things such as with the Event_List that do not appear when pulled into a SQL database).

Hi there,I have noticed an unexplained sudden drop in bounce rate for (see image attached):https://www.blackberry.com/us/en/solutions/endpoint-security/zero-trust-securityWe had bounce rate at about 80% for this page. On April 12, 2023 the bounced rate drop to 2.10% and even hit 0% on April 14, 2023. After April 12 the bounce rate for this page stayed has been about 2% or lower.There were no updates / changes made to our site around April 12. There is only one tracking script on the page. There are no redirects on this page.Any thoughts on what is causing this issue? ThanksNeil   

Hi all,I'm trying to understand the billing impact of using the Merge ID to update a given page view with data generated after the page view was logged. For example, when the page loads we fire a page view event. Then as the user scrolls, a third party provider dynamically populates elements on the page. We want to capture the impression ID for these elements in the original page view. So if we fire two more events with the same Merge ID, will that count as three hits against our contract? Thanks!

In building dashboards, when I try to measure visits for a group of pages, I have noticeably higher counts if I use "Page equals any of (list all the page names separate by comma)" compared to creating a definition row for each page name and separating them with boolean "OR".  What is the reason for this variance - my assumption is that they would be same visit count and using "equals any of" just helps cut down time of having to create a row for each page name.  Is it better to create a line/row for each page name separate with "OR" to get a more accurate count? Thank you.

We are seeing across our various report suites a large delta between total visits and the number of visits that have a referrer type associated with them. Based on the Adobe definition of this dimension I would assume every visit would have a referrer type as the "Typed/Bookmarked" type is intended as a catch all for any visit where adobe does not have any referrer information for it. The deltas we are seeing range from 20% of visits all the way up to 50% of all visits depending on the report suite we are looking at.   Is this common? Is there a particular reason a visit may not have any value here?

Hi Everyone,I am implementing the Optin feature for one of the websites and from the requirements, I have to keep AA and Target as TRUE always.I tried to implement it via a rule in Launch as - adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.ANALYTICS, true); adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.ECID, true); adobe.optIn.approve(adobe.OptInCategories.TARGET, true); adobe.optIn.complete();Whenever I check on the website, I can see that sometimes the OptIn permissions get updated and sometimes not. No idea why this scenario is appearing! So, I tried configuring Pre-Opt In approvals instead of configuring it in Launch rule.Now, whenever I access the website - I check for Adobe.OptIn.permissions and see AA as false, which should not be the case.Is there anything that I am missing here?

The question I'm trying to answer is: can I see the relationship of the first product page (we capture the product SKU on this page) in a visit, and see if that product/SKU is the same SKU on the checkout page? There are probably multiple ways to tackle this question but for starters I was curious if Hit Depth could be utilized for this. As of June 5, 2023, you can now share read-only links to Analysis Workspace projects with people who don’t have access to Adobe Analytics. This link enables sharing with people outside your organization or those within your organization who are not provisioned for Adobe Analytics, as this feature does not require users to log in. Not sure whose idea it was to add 'similar to' and 'used with' in calculated segments and metrics, but it is my least favourite feature and now in some instances makes it impossible to edit in workspace (using the pencil icon).  It also makes it slow when trying to look at the info in that segment/metric using the i, and as yet I have found no benefit just annoyance.  Some times i am lazy and just save the segment name as what AA suggests, if i dont think i will need to use it again.Now, some of those names are crazy long, so when they are in the 'suggested' or 'used with' you can no longer edit the segment with the pencil icon in workspace due to it going off the edge of the page - see image below.  

I have scheduled a report to be delivered at the end of the month, every month and can see that I have successfully set up the schedule since it says "on" next to the project. Where can I add emails to that specific schedule / edit the emails I have already assigned to that schedule? I can't click on "On". If I go to the project and click ''share" again it will pull up a new schedule to be created but I can't see my previous schedule(s) made.
