Hi,  Is there a health check endpoint or something similar that we can use to verify if the Insertion API is up and running?We have a service that processes messages from a Kafka topic that would later be feed into Adobe Analytics through the Insertion API and would like to perform a health check so that we could pause processing of messages when it is unhealthy. Could someone point me to the right direction on how to achieve this? Thank you! Regards,Paul

Hello, We have 2 Appmeasurement running on the same page with 2 different namespace objects. Upon checking the analytics, the new implemented appmeasurement that is using the new report  suite has much lower hits compare to the old Appmeasurement. We can see on the network tab that the 2 image request fired synchronously. Also the size of old appmeasurement is bigger than the new appmeasurement. Intent is to send data to two different set of reporting suites in the same org's. One currently in place, implemented with existing App measurement (+10 years) . There is another app measurement with improved tags (reduced numbers of tags and remove the age of the tags) .  Thanks!  

I have two separate accounts that I log into (my company and a third-party company that monitors our Nasdaq investor pages).  They both worked find on 6/7/2023 but haven't sent scheduled reports since. I had just gained access to the third-party company and set up reports on 6/6/2023, so was pleased to see the report come in on the 7th.  But that was the last day that any of my scheduled reports came in. I rebuilt one of the reports and set the schedule to send me the report as a test, and it failed. Is it because the third-party company is using my work email as well and having 2 accounts with that email address is causing the scheduled reports to fail?  I'm so confused.  Is there a way to see WHY a scheduled report failed? I'm guessing it's because of the added account through Notified.com but am not sure.

I have an Electron desktop application I have integrated with the Adobe Analytics script, I can see my requests for tracking pages and actions in the network tab being sent with what appears to be the appropriate data collection query parameters.  The network request has a 200 status, however the data doesn't seem to make it to my dashboards. I am assuming there is an error in the ingestion engine somewhere. Is there a way to view the error logs for the ingestion of specific requests? Or another method I can use to debug what might be happening?  I am unable to install a chrome extension within the electron window.

Hi! We are excluding some office IPs from our report suit since years. Now suddenly we need historic data on the entire internal traffic of some pages. Is there a way I can export the raw data WITH the IPs we are normally excluding, so internal traffic can be historically found?  Is there raw data somewhere with the entirety of our traffic? I tried exporting with the data warehouse but there excluded ips are, well, excluded. 

with web SDK it's hard to find out which rule is firing, as setDebug() is does not work, adobe debugger give some data in console but it's not clear as setDebug(). Is there way to know which rules are firing for web SDK debugging? @jennifer_dungan  @andrey_osadchuk @isinha @akt0m3r @hemangini @amgup @rudrachaudhari 

Hello, we place tracking codes on links within 3rd party emails. With regard to our marketing channel processing rules, rather than solely relying on a tracking code as the criteria to define a channel, we also add the condition to have a referrer present too.But we have noticed that in most cases, the referrer info isn't past across by the browser and the traffic falls into Direct. Has anyone else had this issue and do you know the best way to deal wiith this? PS, the reason we include the additional condition for the referrer is to ensure that the traffic isn't just come from a bookmark, six months after the email is sent.

Hi Everyone, Please suggest why I am seeing this issue. This is occurring sometime.I also tried to find the issue and noticed that it was triggering because of getPercentPageViewed plugin.    

For example in my launch account I can see multiple page view rule set up but with omnibug I cant say which rule is pushing data on page load. Is there a way to find which rule send data on page load or event using chrome debugger tool? Also if you have some source link on how to use google browser debugger tool effectively that would be great.

Hi,  I am trying to create a classification out of the "Week" Dimension. Current week definition :  week 1 = Jan 1 - jan 7 , week 2 = Jan 8 - jan 14 and so onRequirement is we would like to create a classification of week 1 = Jan 3 - Jan10 , week 2 = jan 11-  Jan17 and so on. I am looking to have both weeks as per two different business requirementIs that something possible to do so with new implementation. 

As you can see in the picture below, the orders of our products are not adding up correctly to the number at the top. I am curious why this would be and how to fix it.  Thanks!

Hi all,I thought we would be able to use custom date ranges on the mobile scorecard builder starting April 22nd, 2021 (based on what I read here) but nothing has changed on my account. Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?The instructions on this page show a calendar icon next to the dropdown but no icon appears for me (see below).I also can't drag-and-drop custom date ranges from the component menu, since they're not showing up at all (see image below).Just looking to find out if there's something wrong with my account or if other people are experiencing the same thing with the mobile scorecard builder! 🙂

This would allow us to run a single pipeline and pop in a variable to iterate through 30-40 different segments. Is it possible to do this using the API, rather than just within an AA workspace? Hi,  I adobe analytics my predefined week is Saturday - Friday. But I have feature that changes weekly (Thurs-wednesday)I would like to create the following rolling date ranges: Last week, 2 weeks ago, 3 weeks ago, 4 weeks ago for the features' week over week comparison metrics.  I have the rolling weekly date range created, using current week minus few days and similar to that for the end date. But since the predefined week is sat- fri, the date range rolls based on that and give inaccurate dates.  For example: Expectation is for it to roll on every Thursday. Which is does and then it rolls on Saturday as the current predefined week changes. Any suggestion on how to have it roll only on Thursday?

Time spent being the KPI here  The objective of the report is to get total seconds spend viewing the report.Can anyone guide me if this reporting is accurate ? guide me on some best practice how not to use visit and hit data

Hi for the year 2023 we are seeing a higher traffic from Direct Marketing channel YoY and YTD as well. most the traffic 30% or more are marked under amazonaws.com.We do use amazon for display ads thus we did not bother much, however I feel these could be bot traffic.Any idea how to investigate this further to substantiate that this is bot traffic
