Data retention in Spain
I was wondering if you could tell me for how long the data is retained by Adobe in Spain?

Your data retention is based on your contract, not on your location.
The Standard contract retention period is 2 years, if you were a long running client, you may have been grandfathered into a 3 year retention period.
However, you can negotiate with Adobe to add a longer retention period to your data (at a cost).
