Adobe Analytics

Suppose I have the following evars, and recorded data:Dimensions:evar1 = Member_ID {A123, A422, B154, D481}evar2 = Survey_Responses {85, 90, 91, 93, 65}MonthUsing Adobe's freeform table, this would appear as follows: Default Tabular view:  OccurrencesMonth85909193Feb 2024       Member_ID         A1231000    A4220010    B1540100    D4810001  However, I would instead like the values for the survey response evar to be condensed into one column, and each member's response be reflected in that column. So for example, it would look something like this:   OccurrencesMonthEvar2 (Survey ResponsesFeb 2024    Member_ID     A12385    A42291    B15490    D48193 Is this possible in Adobe?

I have two cases :1) I have two site, both sites have different domains ?(note : we can't go from one domain to another domain )The ECID will be the same OR different ?2)I have two site, both sites have different domains ?(note: we can go from one domain to another domain)ECID will eb same OR different? do we need cross domain stitching in this case to make ECID same on both the domains ?

As of Saturday, any request made using the Data Warehouse API's Report.Queue has been returning considerably more data (roughly 10x more rows), inflating numbers when selecting more than 3 dimensions. When duplicating the report inside of Data Warehouse and setting the target to "email", the numbers return to normal, however, any request made using the API returns significantly more data.

Those pages can be marked separately through segment, that provision is there. Now I am trying to create a Fall out report of "Contact-Us" page and "Success" page. Hello Team, As part of my recent task, I am trying to display Adobe Analytics report data in my AEM application.I am able to generate Access token in my java application. Using this, I am able to get the report using 2.0 API: https://analytics.adobe.io/api/abcdef/reportsGenerating access token is part of  Server to Server Authentication. https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/ServerToServerAuthentication/My query is,  anyone has implemented to: get data from Adobe analytics from AEM application? I keep getting this error "This request was NOT successful because your browser stopped this request (net::ERR_ABORTED)" on a link click.The network call shows 'cancelled'. Same happens for any floodlight pixel implemented on these links. Does anyone know a solution to this? We have a campaign going live soon and need this urgently fixed.

Essentially a few variations. First caseVisitor arrives, views our disclaimer/cookie pop up (page background is greyed out)Leaves= Hard bounceSecond caseVisitor arrives views our disclaimer/cookie pop upAccepts and enters and sees page for the first time (without greyed out backgroun)Leaves= Soft bounceThird caseVisitor arrives (previously has accepted cookies so doesn't see popup)Leaves= Regular bounceFor extra info, we have an event firing when they see the pop-up (first time with grey background), Also, when they hit accept, it loads 2 page view beacons.Angela

I want to implement a form start event when a particular page loads but I am not sure if I should fire it on the page load call or fire it as a customLink?Does it make a difference if it fires on pageview or as a customLink?If I do fire it on the page view, how to I manage the page view rules? At the moment I have one page view rule firing on all pages. Now will I have to create separate rules for page views that fire different events or is there a better approach?

Hi,Hope someone can provide some clarification on the below.In Analysis Workspace, in dimensions, we see "Paid Search". I believe this is different to "Paid Search" set in Marketing Channel configurations.Question is, how is this report configured and what's the definition of the 2 items (paid, natural) displayed within this report? Here goes mine:I am Tanmay  working as a Community Manger for Adobe Analytics & Media Optimizer and have been with Adobe for the past 15 months now. I hold a MBA degree in Marketing and engineering degree in Electronics. Also, I am an Automobile Enthusiast and love to talk anything and everything related to Cars. I have authored case studies and articles on the automotive industry for a handful of publications and magazines. Also maintaining a Facebook page on cars. Apart from that I would usually spend time watching a TV series or gaming on my PC. I am a Call of Duty and Need for Speed fan. :)

Adobe gives guidelines for setting Visitor Engagement Period and advises "minimizing" this period.They give suggestions stating if you sell things like socks, use 3 days or more expensive items like cars, use longer! My company is more of the sock world but we have the default 30 days. Any recommendations of what your orgs use for the period?

I currently set page name into an evar with a dynamic variable. D=pageName. Using a dynamic variable allows me to capture up to 240 characters in the page name evar, as opposed to 100 characters if I simply copied the page name into the evar.The SDK apparently does not support dynamic variables. How would I accomplish the same outcome with the SDK?

Hi, In Launch, we have a single page load rule setup to count conversion events in both Adobe and DCM.When comparing Adobe Analytics data against the DCM click-based counts, we're seeing a delta of ~15%.  *Additional details:Adobe counts are higher than DCM countsLaunch Rule Details:Event type = `Core - Window Loaded`Condition set for data layer page name valueActions: Adobe (set/send/clear) is set first followed by the DCM tagI know this is within the "expected range" but I'd like to reduce this discrepancy if possible. Question: does anyone have recommended methods for reducing deltas across Adobe and Google (DCM) systems? (P.S. I realize we'll never get a 1:1 match and that comparing Adobe Analytics with DCM is far from apples-to-apples.)Thank you in advance.  *Updated to provide more detail

What will be the difference in reporting if I set the expiry to hit vs visit? I implemented a few events on a page including pageLoad. Other events were Search and Interaction. We wanted to break down by page name and section which was set to expire at hit. No data appeared. As soon as we changed all the eVars in to visit for search and page we were able to see it. Will changing the expiry of page name and section impact the numbers we see?

How do you approve the NDA in order to get access to the dataset and CJA

Hi there, Currently when I was facing trying to use a feature in AA freeform table it seems like the data is incorrect.Refer the screenshot below In the above mentioned screenshot, the left freeform is created using drag and drop feature with the total of '31,70,258'(visits)  whereas in the next table the dimension used with "Display only selected rows" feature with the visits of '64,51,571'. So, it is clearly visible that the deduplication is not present in the second table, because of which we can see higher counts in the data.But, this is not supposed to be the situation right.*Note: This is just an idea where this feature has to work in the similar way with drag & drop or through advanced filters.Any reason that why is this occurring only when we are viewing with the "Display only selected rows" feature.  

I had a rule for a list variable, but disabled 2 months before via Launch in the production library.#1 I don't see it in my browser data payload as expected#2 I'm 100% there no processing rules for this so wonder what feeding it still?? And it's not just few user or less volume to think of cache issue, which again unlikely as it's been 2 months Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
